Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé et un équipement permettant de surveiller et de guider un entraînement physique dans une salle d'entraînement physique comprenant d'au moins plusieurs dispositifs d'entraînement physique. Les personnes pratiquant les exercices sont équipées d'unités de mesure de fréquence cardiaque, telles que des bandes de fréquence cardiaque (2), au moyen desquelles la fréquence cardiaque des personnes pratiquant les exercices est mesurée pendant la session d'entraînement physique. Selon la présente invention, les informations relatives à la fréquence cardiaque mesurée sont transmises substantiellement en temps réel et sans fil à une unité électronique (7) présente dans chacun des dispositifs d'entraînement physique (3) et depuis laquelle les informations relatives à la fréquence cardiaque sont transmises à un ordinateur du système (11) surveillant les performances de l'entraînement physique.
