Definitions
- the invention relates to a coffee machine according to the preambles of claims 1 and 12.
- Coffee machines of the prior art work on different principles.
- the most common models are the so-called non-pressure coffee machines.
- water flows from a reservoir into an electrically heated tube.
- heated water is then forced through a riser to an outlet, over which the heated water then drips into a coffee filter. From this coffee filter, the filter coffee can then flow into a jug at atmospheric pressure.
- espresso machines there is an increased pressure in the area of the coffee powder, for example 15 bar.
- This Inmehlauf ⁇ receiving device generally comprises a sieve for receiving the coffee.
- the coffee grounds receiving device is arranged during operation in a region sealed off from the atmosphere, which is referred to as a pressure chamber or brewing chamber.
- the water for preparing the coffee is first of all transferred from a water container into a heatable intermediate container. From this intermediate container, the heated water passes to a pump driven by an electric motor, from which it is supplied under elevated pressure, for example 2 to 3 bar, to a coffee grounds receiving device provided in a sealed brewing chamber.
- a so-called coffee pod machine it is provided that the coffee is not introduced into the coffee grounds receiving device in loose form as ground coffee, but in shape a Currentpads, that is surrounded in a compacted form with filter paper, is inserted into a holder.
- the holder is arranged in a brewing chamber, which is formed from a Brühkam ⁇ meroberteil and a sealingly connectable with this Brühhuntunterteil. About the Brühhuntoberteil heated water or steam is fed into the brewing chamber.
- the holder for the coffee pads can be part of the Brühtreunterteils or used as a separate part in this.
- the brewing chamber lower part has an outlet opening from which the prepared coffee can emerge.
- the holder can be designed so that the heated water or steam can flow through the coffee pads largely unhindered.
- Coffee machines are known in which the coffee is not fed directly from the brewing chamber into the user-provided receptacle, e.g. a cup, splashes, son ⁇ first runs in an outlet container and is passed through an outlet pipe in the cup.
- the outlet tank serves to avoid contamination by the coffee spraying out of the brewing chamber.
- the coffee flows intermittently from the outlet container in the cup, which can create the user the impression of a defect and the formation of a high-quality crema can disturb the coffee.
- the object of the invention is to further develop a generic coffee machine in such a way that the prepared coffee flows evenly into the container provided by the user.
- the invention is based on the generic coffee machine in that the Aus ⁇ spout pot has a bottom with a rib structure.
- the rib structure slightly delays the coffee spout from the spout, so that any inconsistencies in the coffee flow from the brewing chamber are evened out and the coffee flows evenly into the cup. This uniformity of the coffee flow allows undisturbed training of a high-quality crema.
- the ribs of the rib structure are arranged spirally or radially tapering on the outlet pipe.
- the exact choice of the spiral angle can be adjusted in terms of the injection speed and optionally-timing of the coffee from the brewing chamber such that the coffee flow undergoes only a minimal delay, which is necessary to ensure the desired uniformity of the coffee flow.
- the running of the rib structure on the outlet pipe ensures a complete emptying of the outlet pot, so that no coffee residues remain in the outlet pot.
- the ribbed structure of the bottom is exchangeable. It has surprisingly been found that the design of the rib structure has an influence on the quality of the crema, in particular on its pore size. Due to the interchangeability of the rib structure, e.g. as an exchangeable bottom plate or as a separate insert, the crema production can be adapted to the individual preferences of the user.
- the ribs form a barrier which divides the outlet pot into at least a first and a second region, wherein in the first region the outlet pipe is arranged, in the second region of the coffee flowing from the brewing chamber runs and there is at least one connection between the first and second areas through which coffee can pass from the second to the first area.
- a separate catchment area and a discharge area are realized, each of which can have optimized designs for their specific tasks.
- the size and / or wall structure of the catchment area can be designed in terms of optimized crema formation, while the outflow area can be optimized for rapid and complete outflow of the coffee.
- the barrier preferably has at least one overflow section which has a lower barrier height than adjacent barrier sections which serve as retaining sections. This represents an embodiment of the said connection between the two areas.
- the delay of the coffee outlet from the outlet pot can be determined by the height of the overflow section in coordination with the inlet speed of the coffee from the brewing chamber. This time also influences the quantity and quality of the crema.
- the barrier has at least one passage extending to the bottom of the outlet pot. This would correspond to an overflow section of zero height.
- the discharge delay could be selected by the size of the passage.
- both an overflow section and an opening are provided.
- the liquid coffee will predominantly flow through the passage, while the foamy crema predominantly swells over the overflow section into the outlet region.
- the spout pot has a lid with an opening through which coffee can pass from the brewing chamber into the spout.
- the lid prevents overflooding in the drain pan and prevents soiling of the machine interior. This property is enhanced by the lid is preferably sealed against the spout.
- the inside of the lid facing the interior of the outlet pot has a further rib structure.
- An additional interaction between the crema and the ribs can take place at this rib structure, so that the above-mentioned the effect on the pore size of the crema.
- This rib structure is preferably interchangeable with the lid.
- the lid in connection with the above-described embodiment of the rib structure of the bottom as a barrier with fürse and possibly overflow section, it is advantageous if the lid is used at different heights, its opening is arranged so that coffee from the brewing chamber in the first region of the spout can reach, and the rib structure of the lid so corresponds to the passage in the barrier, that the size of the passage is adjustable by selecting the insertion height of the lid.
- the passage size and in particular the above-mentioned tuning of the passage size to the overflow level can be varied by adjusting the passage size. It is therefore easily possible for each user to make his individual settings for generating a preferred crema quality.
