Claims (15)
- Door stop integrated into a door panel, with an actuating mechanism integrated into the lock case, having a door stop plunger (2) with a plunger foot (3), the plunger being guided in a housing (1) and downwardly pretensioned by means of a spring (4), and having a pulling member (5, 7) connecting the door stop plunger (2) with an actuating mechanism, characterised in that the actuating mechanism is accomodated in the lock casing of the door and has an actuating member (6, 31, 53) which is movable between a first stable position, corresponding to the release position of the door stop, and a second stable position, corresponding to the operating position of the door stop, and which has an area or part connected to the pulling member and projecting out of the lock casing on the rear, or is connected to the pulling member within the lock casing, said pulling member being inserted into the lock casing, and deflected, through a rear opening therein.
- Door stop according to claim 1, wherein the actuating element is an actuating lever (6) which is combined with the door hardware and operably coupled, by means of the pulling member (7) inserted, via a deflection element, into the lock casing through a rear opening, or by means of a rod assembly, to the plunger (2) which is pretensioned into the lowered operating position by the spring (4), and which can be locked in the position corresponding to the raised resting position of the plunger (2).
- Door stop according to claim 2, wherein the actuating lever (6) is connected, in a rotationally fixed manner, to a shaft or disk (8) on the periphery of which the pulling member (7) is mounted.
- Door stop according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the actuating lever (6) is arranged on the door hardware (B) and has a detent (10) engageable with a complementary catch recess (11) of the door hardware (B), and wherein the actuating lever (6) can be moved against the pretensioning force of a spring (12) relative to the door hardware (B) in order to disengage the detent (10) from the catch recess (11).
- Door stop according to claim 1, wherein the door handle (K) serves as the actuating element, and a mechanism (31, 36, 38) that can be actuated by means of the door handle is integrated into the door lock, with a lever projecting out of the lock casing on the rear, said lever actuating the pulling member (7) connected to the plunger (2).
- Door stop according to claim 5, wherein the mechanism integrated into the door lock has a lever (31) which is pivotably mounted with its front end region, is projecting from the lock casing with its rear end connected to the pulling member or rod assembly and is guided in a guiding slot (32) with a lateral upper catch opening (33), and which can selectively be disengaged from its upper locking position (31a) or raised from its lower position (31b) into the upper locking position (31a) by means of a member seated on the square shaft of the door handle.
- Door stop according to claim 6, wherein the lever (31) has a lateral cranking (37) or a lateral knob or the like, and the member (34) seated on the square shaft of the door handle has a cam (36) which, when the door handle (K) is raised, performs a pivoting movement against the cranking (37) or the knob of the lever (31) and thus pushes the lever (31) sideways out of its upper locking position (31a).
- Door stop according to claim 7, wherein the member (34) seated on the square shaft of the door handle has a driving element (35) which interacts with a coupling element (38) linked to or arranged on the lever (31), performs a pivoting movement when the door handle is pressed down and raises the lever (31), by driving along the coupling element (38), from its lower position (31b) into its upper position (31a) in which said lever engages the catch opening (33) because of its corresponding lateral pretionsioning.
- Door stop according to claim 1, wherein the nut (51) of the locking mechanism has a lever (53) projecting out of the lock casing on the rear, said lever being connected to the end of the pulling member (5, 7) which is deflected downwards by means of a deflection member (61), and wherein the nut (51) can be locked in a position corresponding to the release position of the door stopper by means of a manually operable locking element (57, 71).
- Door stop according to claim 9, wherein the locking element (71) has a pawl (74) that interacts with a locking projection (57) of the nut (51).
- Door stop according to claim 10, wherein the pawl (74) is part of a rotatably mounted (72) angle lever (71) which can be operated against the pretensioning force of a spring (73), in order to release the nut (51), by means of a push button leg (75) projecting into an opening of the striking plate of the lock.
- Door stop according to any one of claims 1 to 11, wherein further a latching bolt (42) is connected to the actuating member (53) via another pulling member (44, 45), said latching bolt being arranged on the upper portion of the door and being pretensioned in a housing (41) by means of a spring (43).
- Door stop according to any one of claims 1 to 12, wherein the pulling member is the pulling rope (7, 45) of a Bowden cable (5, 44).
- Door stop according to claim 12 and according to any one of claims 9 to 11, wherein a pivotable casing (62) is linked (63) to the the lock casing on the rear thereof, said pivotable casing having a deflection pulley (61) for the pulling member (7) of the door stop plunger (2) as well as hanging devices (64, 65) for the sheath of the Bowden cables (5, 44) of the door stop plunger (2), or of the latching bolt (42), respectively.
- Door stop according to claim 12 and according to any one of claims 9 to 11, wherein in the upper portion of the door frame or down at the bottom, in a position corresponding to the closing position of the door, sheet metal plates or similar members are provided, said plates or members having ramps for the latching bolt (42) or the plunger foot (3), respectively, as well as bolt receiving openings for engaging the latching bolt (42) or the plunger foot (3), respectively.
