Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Schleusentor. The invention relates to a lock gate.

Sluice gates are well known in the art. In many waterways locks are established to overcome differences in level of the water level. These locks can be closed against the course of the water with lock gates. In simple terms, a lock consists of a section of the waterway (channel, river or the like.) Which is closed at a front and a rear end each with a lock gate (lock chamber). In operation, a watercraft approaching from one side of the lock enters the lock through a lock gate, open in his view, in the lock, a rear lock gate being closed. Now, the first open floodgate is closed, and in the lock water is introduced or drained water from the lock to accomplish the required level compensation. Following a leveling, the initially closed, rear lock gate is opened and the vessel can continue its journey on the waterway.

For this purpose, known sluice gates can be laterally moved in a horizontal direction in order to be moved into or out of the area of the sluice. On the other hand, the sluice gates in the region of their door leaf usually have one or, as a rule, a plurality of openings which can be individually opened and closed for leveling the water level. The lock gate itself remains unchanged in its position during this process.

This known design of floodgates involves two difficulties. On the one hand must be provided for the same in the door leaf for flirting or emptying the lock system openings for closing the same with flaps, which are naturally below the water surface in the lock. This is disadvantageous during maintenance. In addition, a plurality of drives and comparatively complex controls for driving are usually provided in a number of more than one existing openings or opening flaps.

Another problem of the previously known sluice gates is that passes through the comparatively small openings, especially when flooding the lock chamber a locally sharply defined and remarkable in its flow rate water jet in the lock chamber. This water jet or at multiple openings these water jets provide considerable turbulence and restlessness on the water surface of the lock chamber. Of these, especially smaller boats, such as pleasure boats, sailboats or even canoes and rowing boats are affected. This problem even goes so far that if there is too rapid flooding of the lock through the openings mentioned, there is a risk of accidents involving the vessels in the lock, in particular the small vessels.

From document DE-214 to 349-C a lock gate is known according to the preamble of claim 1.

This is where the object of the invention. Namely, the purpose of the invention is to specify a sluice gate, which in particular has a simple and hydrodynamically favorable filling and emptying a lock chamber allowed, in particular, the formation of the adversely affecting in the prior art turbulence should be reduced in any case.

The solution to this problem consists in a lock gate with the features of claim 1. Advantageous embodiments of the invention are specified in the dependent claims 2 to 6.

According to the invention, the lock gate includes a frame in which the door leaf is movably suspended for movement in a substantially vertical direction. The frame contains as essential elements two vertical support columns, which are movable in total in the horizontal direction. At the support columns, the door leaf is suspended movable in the vertical direction.

Unlike lock gates according to the prior art, in the lock gate according to the invention can be dispensed with openings contained in the door leaf for filling or emptying the lock chamber. For filling or emptying the lock chamber, so to create a leveling, the door leaf is raised in the frame as a whole instead. Due to the large width of the lock gate is usually sufficient lifting by a few centimeters to bring about a leveling of the lock chamber within a reasonable period of time. The large width of the lock chamber means that even with a lifting of the door leaf to only a few millimeters already a comparatively large opening area is present, the strong flow velocities, as occurs when opening the existing in known lock gates compensation holes, reduces. Overall, results in a hydraulically much more favorable behavior of the floodgate, resulting in a quieter water level in the lock chamber during leveling.

The raising or lowering of the door leaf is effected by the present invention applied to the support columns and acting on the door leaf drive means. These drive means may be electric motors, hydraulic drives, pneumatic drives or the like. In the simplest case, the drives can also be mechanical drives provided for a manual drive. Currently preferred are hydraulic drives, the invention is not set to such drives. The usual travel of the door leaf in the vertical direction is about 0-850 mm, without the invention being limited to such a travel path.

According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the support columns rest with one lower end on a common or each on a car. The car (s) is / are movable on a ground. In total, the lock gate can be moved out of the area of the lock or driven into it onto this carriage. An advantage of the solution according to the invention lies in the fact that the lock gate can also be moved out of or out of the lock with a door leaf raised as desired, so that overall a very flexible handling of the lock is possible.

Schubstange) bedarf.According to a further advantageous embodiment of the invention (claim 3) it is provided that the support columns are connected to a device for transmitting a substantially horizontally extending driving force for horizontal displacement of the sluice gate. Such a device may be a substantially horizontally extending push rod, which is connected to a further end with a drive. With the help of this device, the lock gate can be moved in total in the horizontal direction, without this requires a vertical displacement of this device (eg push rod).

It is also advantageous if, as provided according to claim 4, the drive means in an area of the lock gate are arranged, which is located in operation above the water surface. Such an arrangement of the drive means simplifies their maintenance or possible repair, since the maintenance or repair personnel can simply work above the water surface without it being necessary for this purpose to completely empty the lock chamber or possibly even to expand the lock gate.

For the storage of the sluice gate on the support columns sliding bearings are preferred, in which particular sliding bushes can be selected (claim 5).

Finally, it is preferred that the door leaf is formed in the manner of a folding work of trapezoidal profiles. This type of training of the door leaf allows a lightweight yet stable construction of the door leaf. The fact that in the door leaf no lines or units for the drives to open the previously known from the prior art compensation openings must be accommodated more, allows the comparatively thin construction of the door leaf. This and also the construction claimed according to claim 6 allows the construction of a lightweight and thus with correspondingly low-dimension drives movable door leaf. In addition, the formation of trapezoidal Treibselschutzstrukturen on the side edges of the door leaf is preferred.

Fig. 2
Further advantages and features of the invention will become apparent from the following description of an embodiment with reference to the accompanying figures. Showing:
Fig. 1
a view of a lock gate according to the invention with lowered door leaf; and
Fig. 2
one of the Fig. 1 comparable view with raised door leaf of the lock gate.

The attached figures are schematic and not to scale. They are only for explanation and the better Understanding the invention. In the figures, like parts are given the same reference numerals.

In the figures, a lock gate according to the invention is designated by 1. In both figures, the same embodiment of the lock gate 1 is shown in FIG Fig. 1 in the vertical direction "closed", in Fig. 2 raised in the vertical direction by a gap S.

The lock gate 1 contains a door leaf 2, which is constructed in the manner of a folding work of trapezoidal profiles. This type of formation of the door leaf 2 has the advantage that the latter applies a comparatively low weight. The trapezoidal profiles have at their lateral edges trapezoidal bevels, which are referred to as Treibselabweiser 13. By this Treibselabweiser 13 befindliches in the lock flotsam is rejected by the lock gate 1. These structures also cause an increased strength of the door leaf second

The door leaf 2 is suspended in a frame formed essentially of the support columns 3 and 4. The support columns 3 and 4 extend substantially in the vertical direction and are fixedly mounted with their lower end on a respective carriage 5, 6. The carriages 5, 6 serve for the horizontal movement of the entire lock gate 1, for which purpose they run on a base 12. For this purpose, the carriages 5, 6 can be guided on rails, for example.

The door leaf 2 is, as already mentioned along the support columns 3, 4 mounted vertically movable. Serve sliding bushings 7, which run on corresponding sliding guide sections of the support columns 3, 4. In the upper region of the support columns 3, 4 fixed hydraulic drives 8 are arranged in each case with the support columns 3, 4, which are connected via a respective suspension 9 with the door leaf 2. Not visible in the figure, two hydraulic drives 8 per support column 3.4 are provided in the drawing plane behind each other. These cause a redundancy of the overall drive.

The hydraulic drives 8 consist essentially of hydraulic cylinders, which can be acted upon by hydraulic pressure to move a piston. The cylinder is connected to the support column 3 and 4, the piston with the suspension 9. The hydraulic drives 8 are arranged at the lock gate so that they are all above the level of compensation in the lock chamber to be closed with the lock gate 1. So the hydraulic drives 8 are easily accessible for maintenance or repair work.

In the upper region of the lock gate 1, the support columns, in particular the support column 4 are connected to a substantially horizontally extending push rod 10. The support column 4 is fixed for this purpose with a fixation 11 on the push rod 10. The push rod 10 in turn is connected to a drive, which can move it in the vertical direction for lateral displacement of the lock gate. 1

In practice, the lock gate for closing the lock chamber is moved vertically, with sealing surfaces are provided, against which the lock gate, to close the lock chamber substantially watertight.

For a leveling of the lock chamber by means of the hydraulic drives 8, the door leaf 2 is guided in total on the support columns 3, 4 raised. As a result, a gap S, through which the lock chamber can be filled or emptied, forms in the lower region of the lock gate 1. Due to the comparatively large width of the gap (corresponding to the width of the entire door leaf), even at a small opening height it already has a comparatively large cross-sectional area, so that the flow velocity of the incoming or outgoing water is comparatively low and correspondingly disturbances of the water surface within the lock chamber prevented or significantly reduced.

From the above description of the embodiment, the further advantages and features of the invention become clear, It should be understood, however, that the embodiment is merely illustrative of the invention, not limited. The scope of the invention will become apparent from the following claims.
