The invention has for its object to develop a scrubbing body, which is simple and inexpensive to produce and which has an improved cleaning effect in hard to reach places, such as corners and edges.
This object is solved by the features of
Zur Lösung der Aufgabe umfasst der Scheuerkörper die technischen Merkmale des Anspruchs 1.To achieve the object, the scrubbing body comprises the technical features of claim 1.
By hydroentangling, a nonwoven fabric having a low basis weight and a small thickness can be provided. A hydroentangled nonwoven fabric has a higher strength than, for example, a mechanically needled nonwoven fabric. A scrubbing body made of such a nonwoven fabric has a high strength with a small thickness, whereby the scrubbing body is particularly well suited for cleaning hard to reach places. The relief pattern improves the cleaning effect of the scrubbing body with firmly adhering dirt. The cleaning effect is further improved by the scouring agent composition applied to the cleaning surface.
The scrubbing cloth may only have a cleaning surface and a gripping surface, wherein the gripping surface is formed by the textile fabric. A bonded by hydroentanglement nonwoven fabric has a pleasant, textile and soft touch. As a result, the nonwoven fabric can be used directly as a grip surface. The abrasive body then has a small thickness and is flexible, whereby the cleaning of hard to reach places is improved.
The scouring composition may consist of a binder and scouring particles. The binder binds the scouring particles tightly. A solution consisting of binders and scrubbing particles can be sprayed onto the textile fabric in a simple and cost-effective manner. By the binder of the scouring body is additionally solidified.
In one embodiment, the binder may be phenolic resin based. A phenolic resin-based binder has high hardness, high abrasion resistance. In another embodiment, the binder may be acrylate-based. Acrylate-based binders have a pleasant feel. In a further embodiment, the binder may consist of a mixture of acrylate and phenolic resin. The properties of both binder materials then influence the feel and hardness of the material.
The scouring particles can be formed by mineral and / or organic scouring particles.
For example, quartz, aluminum oxide, silicon carbide, chalk or glass granules can be used as mineral abrasives. Mineral abrasives are very durable and inexpensive. Mineral abrasives have a high hardness and therefore have a scratching scouring effect.
Mineral abrasives are thus particularly suitable for the removal of very firmly adhering dirt.
Non-mineral or organic abrasives are for example polyurethane, PMMA or nutshells. Non-mineral or organic abrasives are easy to process and are also inexpensive. The non-mineral or organic abrasives have a lower hardness than the mineral abrasives. Therefore, these abrasives have a non-scratching scouring action and are particularly suitable for cleaning sensitive surfaces.
The relief pattern can be formed by a nub structure with circular nubs. Circular knobs are simple geometric shapes that are easy to produce. It can be arranged a variety of surveys in the form of knobs on the cleaning surface. Continuous depressions, in which dirt can accumulate, are avoided with circular nubs.
The ratio of the thickness of the support material and the thickness of the abrasive composition may be between 1: 2 and 1:10, preferably 1: 5. This results in a thin scrubbing body with a high abrasive effect. The water absorption of the scrubbing body is low.
The scrubbing body may have a maximum thickness of 3 mm, preferably 1 mm. Such a scrubbing body has a small thickness with sufficient stability. Due to the small thickness, the scrubbing body is particularly suitable for cleaning hard to reach places and can be stored to save space.
The basis weight of the textile fabric may be between 50 and 200 g / m 2, preferably 150 g / m 2 . A scrubbing body of such a fabric is lightweight and stable due to hydroentanglement.
- Herstellung eines textilen Flächengebildes (3) aus einem Fasermaterial (11);
- Verfestigung des textilen Flächengebildes (3) und Formgebung der zumindest einen Reinigungsfläche (4) durch eine Wasserstrahlverfestigung;
- Herstellen einer Scheuermittel-Zusammensetzung durch Vermischen eines Binders (8) mit Scheuerpartikeln (9);
- Aufsprühen der Scheuermittel-Zusammensetzung (6) auf die Reinigungsfläche (4).
- Production of a textile fabric (3) from a fiber material (11);
- Solidification of the textile fabric (3) and shaping of the at least one cleaning surface (4) by hydroentanglement;
- Preparing a scouring composition by mixing a binder (8) with scouring particles (9);
- Spraying the scouring agent composition (6) onto the cleaning surface (4).
The shaping of the relief pattern, for example the circular, raised knobs and the solidification of the fiber material formed from the fiber material takes place in one step. This eliminates an additional process step as it would be required for example in the production of the knobs by hot deformation. Mixing the abrasive composition with a binder prior to application allows for the replacement or removal of the scrubbing particles. The application rate of the abrasive composition (6) is between 220 and 300 g / m 2 . It can be easily and inexpensively scouring body made with different compositions of binder and scouring particles. By spraying the abrasive composition after preparation of the relief structure, the knobs are additionally solidified and stabilized.
As a further solution to the problem, the scrubbing body is used as a disposable scrubbing cloth. The cleaning cloth is easy and inexpensive to produce and has a small footprint due to the small thickness. This makes it particularly advantageous for use as a disposable cleaning cloth.
