Die Scheuermittel-Zusammensetzung 6 wird durch Aufsprühen auf die Reinigungsfläche 4 aufgetragen. Claims (11)

  1. Scouring element (1), comprising a carrier material (2) consisting of a sheet-like textile structure (3) which is formed by means of a nonwoven consolidated by water jet and which has at least one cleaning surface (4) with a relief pattern (5), the cleaning surface (4) being covered with a scouring-agent composition (6) which is arranged on the cleaning surface (4), characterized in that the shaping of the relief pattern takes place during the water-jet consolidation of the sheet-like structure.
  2. Scouring element according to Claim 1, characterized in that the scouring cloth (1) has only one cleaning surface (4) and one gripping surface (7), the gripping surface (7) being formed by the sheet-like textile structure (3).
  3. Scouring element according to either one of Claims 1 and 2, characterized in that the scouring-agent composition (6) consists of a binder (8) and of scouring particles (9).
  4. Scouring element according to one of Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the binder (8) is based on phenol resin and/or based on acrylate.
  5. Scouring element according to one of Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the scouring particles (9) are formed by mineral and/or organic scouring particles (9).
  6. Scouring element according to one of Claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the relief pattern (5) is formed by a knobbed structure having circular knobs (10).
  7. Scouring element according to one of Claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the ratio of the thickness of the carrier material (2) to the thickness of the scouring-agent composition (6) amounts to between 1:2 and 1:10, preferably 1:5.
  8. Scouring element according to one of Claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the scouring cloth (1) has a thickness of at most 3 mm, preferably of 1 mm.
  9. Scouring element according to one of Claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the weight per unit area of the sheet-like textile structure (3) amounts to between 50 and 200 g/m2, preferably to 150 g/m2.
  10. Method for producing a scouring element (1) according to one of the preceding claims, having the following steps:
    • production of a sheet-like textile structure (3) from a fibre material (11);
    • consolidation of the sheet-like textile structure (3) and shaping of the relief pattern (5) of the at least one cleaning surface (4) by water-jet consolidation in one operation;
    • production of a scouring-agent composition by the intermixing of a binder (8) with scouring particles (9);
    • spraying of the scouring-agent composition (6) onto the cleaning surface (4).
  11. Use of the scouring element (1) according to one of Claims 1 to 9 as a disposable scouring cloth.
