Description

In cooling furniture and the like intermediate walls are provided, which are made of sheet metal. For example, an intermediate wall is provided on the inside of the cabinet as a delimitation of the cold air flow against the goods space, which is arranged at a distance of about 3 to 5cm in front of the actual furniture back wall. The channel thus formed over the entire back and the ceiling of the furniture is used to direct the cold air, which is generated in the lower part of the furniture and blown by fans in the headboard of the furniture. At the front edge of this head part, the cold air flows out into the goods compartment of the refrigerator. The descending cold air is sucked off at the front edge of the furniture base, fed to the cooling unit and discharged by means of a blower from this cooling unit and blown up into the channel between the cooling furniture rear wall and intermediate wall, so that the circuit is closed. These so-called. Air baffles are usually still provided with openings that support the cold air distribution in the refrigerator. These openings are different from furniture type to furniture type and are tested in practice and then determined.

The preparation of these powder-coated or wet-painted steel sheet partitions is quite expensive, since they must be resistant to corrosion. In addition, expensive punching tools are needed to make the various apertures.

The object of the invention is to provide intermediate walls, in particular air baffles for refrigeration cabinets, which are simple and inexpensive to manufacture, but which are non-corrosive and the higher requirements meet with such refrigeration furniture. This object is achieved according to the features of claim 1.

The fact that the refrigerator is equipped with an intermediate wall, which is not load-bearing, consists only of a frame which is covered with a textile fabric, a film or a nonwoven, the production is much easier and is inexpensive. In addition, the weight of the partition is reduced to about 1/5, so that the refrigeration cabinet is much easier to handle. Breakthroughs are easy to bring into the fabric and do not require expensive punching tools. Furthermore, it is achieved that the partition is corrosion-free and can be easily cleaned.

If a separate frame which can be inserted into the refrigeration appliance is provided for the intermediate wall, the intermediate wall can be easily replaced. But it can also serve as a frame struts of Kühlstandsgestells where the fabric is attached directly. Preferably, the frame is made of light metal profiles and is therefore corrosion resistant. If a textile material is used for the covering, the openings can already be incorporated during production. By varying the density of the textile fabric, a certain desired air permeability can be generated. There are no need for punching tools at all.

By the EP 0 340 743 It is known to arrange a grid-like ceiling in the cargo compartment of a truck under the cold air outlet nozzles whose grids are covered with a textile porous fabric, which must be traversed by the entire cooling air and so for the emerging from the outlet nozzles cold air a good distribution over the entire ceiling surface to effect in the store room.

The US-A-4 402 192 describes a refrigerated cabinet in which the air flow is passed through a channel for the circulation of the issued goods. Since a loading of the goods compartments and the goods space should be made possible by the rear wall, this rear wall is made of flexible bellows accordion-like, which simultaneously form the door and air duct.

From the U.S. Patent 3,584,467 a refrigeration unit is known with an accessible from the front goods compartment, which is divided into horizontal compartments and is bounded on its rear side by an air duct, wherein the air duct on the goods side is formed by an intermediate wall and through the rear wall of the cabinet.

The refrigeration unit 1 usually consists of a housing 11, which has a rear wall 3. In the housing 11 individual shelves are arranged by shelves 4. In the lower part of the cabinet, the cooling unit 5 with fans 6 is arranged. The shelves with the shelves 4 are bounded by an intermediate wall 2 at its rear. An air channel 12 is thereby formed between this intermediate wall and the rear wall 3 of the refrigerated cabinet 1. In the horizontal part of the air channel 12 this is delimited by a horizontally arranged intermediate wall 21 against the top shelf.

By the fans 6, an air flow is generated, which sucks the air from the refrigerator and presses through the cooling unit 5, in which the air is cooled and pressed in the vertical part of the channel 12 upwards. Over the horizontal part of the channel 12, the air in the head part of the cabinet reaches the front and falls down there, being sucked out again at the bottom of the cabinet by the fans 6 and the cooling unit 5 is supplied.

So far, it has been customary to produce this intermediate wall 2 load-bearing from sheet metal and to provide with openings. Also in the headboard, the intermediate wall 21 was made of stable, stable sheet metal. As a result, the weight of the cabinet has been significantly increased and difficult transport and conversion of the cabinet in the sales area. Through the collection of condensation, these partitions 2, 21 are at risk of corrosion and must therefore be provided with a corrosion-resistant coating, for example by powder coating, baking enamel and the like. For this purpose, several operations are required, which significantly increase the production of such partitions.

FIG. 2 shows the structure of an intermediate wall according to the invention, which consists of a frame 7, which has stiffeners 71 in the corners and is provided with a covering 22. Such a frame 7 can be made very favorable from profile material ago, with aluminum profiles are particularly suitable because they are light and resistant to corrosion. The fabric 22 is attached by folding and staples to the frame 7. In addition, a bond can be made. Without gluing the fabric can be easily removed for cleaning and washed like a normal fabric in a washing machine.

FIG. 3 shows a fabric 23, which is made of a PVC film forth. Since this is airtight, openings 24 are arranged to allow an exchange of air to the refrigerator. Depending on the design of the refrigerator, these openings are arranged and also determined in size. For the required cooling flow, it may be appropriate to arrange openings only in the upper part. When subdividing the cooling compartment into compartments by means of intermediate floors 4, it is expedient to determine the openings in size and arrangement for the relevant compartment, if necessary again to provide openings or a specific air permeability only in the upper part of the compartment.

When using a textile covering such breakthroughs can be incorporated into the fabric in its manufacture, so that further operations, such as the punching of openings are not required. The fabric is suitably made of synthetic threads and by appropriate bonding structures a certain required air permeability generated. Of course, it is also possible to arrange the binding structures according to the division of the cooling space or the flow conditions so that the air permeability of the fabric, for example in the upper part is greater than in the lower part. It can be used both a knitted fabric, as well as a woven fabric for the covering. By varying the density of the bond, the air permeability of the substance can be influenced even without special opening structures so that the required air exchange is given to the cooling compartment. This can be achieved by selecting the thread material, but also by the thread or stitch density. This shows the particular advantages of a textile covering, since the production of a textile material is very flexible and can be adapted without much effort this both the desired flow conditions in the refrigerator and in the visual appearance.

To attach the fabric 22 may be provided at the edges with corresponding reinforcements for attachment. Will the frame, as in FIG. 4 represented formed by a longitudinally split profile, the fabric can be clamped between the two profile parts and secured in this way particularly evenly and yet releasably. To FIG. 4 the frame 7 consists of a profile 70 which is bolted to a frame part profile 70 '. In between, the covering 22 or 23 is held in place by clamping. Another way shows FIG. 5 in which a clamping strip 72, the clothing 22, 23 moves into the profile 7 and clamped. With this embodiment, a tensioning of the fabric 22, 23 is easier. In case of damage, the covering can be easily replaced.

In the partition walls described so far, an extra frame produced for the intermediate wall was used, on which a fabric was attached. The intermediate wall thus produced can be used in the refrigeration units and also easily removed again. In FIG. 6 is a curtain wall 22 shown with frame profiles 7, wherein the intermediate wall 22 is inserted between the support profiles 74 of the cabinet and each attached thereto. As a rear wall is used in this cooling furniture insulation 31 which is fixed to the support profiles 74, so that an air duct 12 in the width of the support profiles 74 is formed. In this air duct 12, the cooling air rises, as already described above, by the fan effect upwards into the head of the refrigerated cabinet.

The arrangement in FIG. 7 has the advantage that is formed by the covering a continuous rear wall in the shelves, so that the support profiles 74 in their color need not be matched to the fabric to achieve a consistently uniform back wall in the shelves. The frame 7 of the intermediate walls 22 abut one another and are each attached to a support profile 74. This arrangement also has the advantage that the air duct 12 has a slightly larger cross section due to the greater distance between the rear wall 22 and the insulation 31.

In FIG. 8 has been dispensed with a separate framework for the intermediate wall. The support profiles 75 each have a recess 76 into which the fabric is drawn with a clamping strip 73. This avoids vertical frame profiles. The partition is very stable.

Above, the intermediate wall 22,21 is described as a baffle for the cold air from the cooling unit in the head of the refrigerator. In principle, however, all non-supporting partitions can be made in a refrigerated cabinet in this way, whereby the refrigeration cabinet is extremely easy and cheaper to manufacture. In addition, these partitions can be designed in the field of view of the subjects in a simple manner and use for advertising purposes. As a covering fabrics or films can be used in a variety of colors.
