Abstract

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Dämpfungseinrichtung (100) für ein Fahrgestell eines Fahrzeugs, insbesondere eines Schienenfahrzeugs, mit einem Dämpfelement (110) zur Dämpfung der Radsatzhubbewegung zumindest eines Radsatzes des Fahrgestells.
Um zu erreichen, dass die Vertikalkräfte des Fahrzeugs bestmöglich gedämpft werden, ist erfindungsgemäß vorgesehen, dass das Dämpfelement (110) mit Dämpfungsreduktionsmitteln (260) versehen ist, die innerhalb eines vorgegebenen Schwingungsfrequenzbereichs (ω1 < ω < ω3) unterhalb der Hubeigenfrequenz (f3) der Radsatzhubbewegung des Fahrgestells die Dämpfungswirkung des Dämpfelements (110) reduzieren oder vollständig abschalten.
