Claims (7)
- Dispositif pour fondre un toner, en particulier un toner en poudre vers un matériau d'impression, ledit dispositif comprenant :un rouleau de fusion (1), qui peut être chauffé et qui est en contact avec le toner pendant la fusion ;un rouleau de donneur (6) qui est en contact bout à bout avec la surface du rouleau de fusion (1) pour appliquer un additif de fusion liquide sur la surface du rouleau de fusion (1) ; etun rouleau de travail (7) qui est disposé, de préférence, parallèlement à l'axe du rouleau de fusion (1) et en contact bout à bout avec la surface du rouleau de donneur (6), ou qui peut être mis en contact bout à bout avec ladite surface du rouleau de donneur (6)caractérisé en ce que
le rouleau de travail (7) peut être déplacé de manière oscillante dans sa direction axiale. - Dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le rouleau de travail peut être entraîné de manière oscillante.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel le rouleau de travail est un rouleau d'enduction ou un rouleau à friction permettant d'étendre l'additif de fusion liquide, notamment, une huile de fusion.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, dans lequel le rouleau de donneur est parallèle à l'axe du rouleau de travail.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4, dans lequel le rouleau de travail est un rouleau d'enduction, et dans lequel le rouleau d'enduction est disposé parallèlement entre le rouleau de donneur et un rouleau doseur qui tire l'additif de fusion d'un réservoir et sert d'élément de transfert pour l'additif de fusion.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 5, dans lequel le rouleau de travail est un rouleau d'enduction, et dans lequel la surface du rouleau d'enduction est constituée d'un matériau dur et très peu élastique.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, dans lequel la surface du rouleau d'enduction a été lissée.
