Claims (14)
- Système de profilés (10, 10', 10") avec au moins un profilé creux (12) de section rectangulaire qui est constitué d'au moins une tôle métallique repliée plusieurs fois et reliée par les arêtes terminales et qui comporte sur les surfaces extérieures au moins deux rainures longitudinales (14) qui sont de forme rentrante et voisines l'une de l'autre, dont les tronçons de tôle (20) reliant un fond de rainure (16) à une zone de partie rentrante (18) sont adjacentes et dont les fonds de rainure (16) délimitent un canal creux (24) qui s'étend pratiquement autour de l'axe médian longitudinal (22) et qui sert à loger des éléments de support ou d'assemblage, les tronçons de tôle (20) adjacents qui forment une traverse (26) étant assemblés de manière fixe l'un à l'autre, caractérisé en ce que les tronçons de tôle (20) sont soudés ensemble dans une zone (28) de la traverse (26), un premier cordon de soudure correspondant (30) s'étendant dans le sens de la longueur du profilé creux (12), et en ce que la zone (28) est située à proximité de celle des extrémités de la traverse (26) qui pointe vers les fonds de rainure (16).
- Système de profilés (10, 10', 10") selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le profilé creux (12) comporte trois rainures longitudinales (14).
- Système de profilés (10, 10', 10") selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le profilé creux (12) comporte quatre rainures longitudinales (14) et en ce que tous les fonds de rainure (16) délimitent le canal creux (24).
- Système de profilés (10, 10', 10") selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que chaque fond de rainure (16) est concave et en ce que le canal creux (24) est conçu avec une section transversale approximativement circulaire.
- Système de profilés (10, 10', 10") selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que celle des surfaces de chaque fond de rainure (16) qui pointe vers le canal creux (24) comporte individuellement une empreinte filetée ou un taraudage complet pour loger une vis.
- Système de profilés (10, 10', 10") selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les extrémités libres de la tôle métallique après la déformation de celle-ci en profilé creux (12) ont été réunies pour former un fond de rainure (16).
- Système de profilés (10, 10', 10") selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le profilé creux (12) est constitué de première et deuxième demi-coques (32, 34) dont les extrémités pointant l'une vers l'autre ont été réunies à chaque fois en un fond de rainure (16).
- Système de profilés (10, 10', 10") selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que les deux demi-coques (32, 34) sont conçues de manière identique.
- Système de profilés (10, 10', 10") selon l'une des revendications 6 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le profilé creux (12) a été fermé au moyen d'une soudure ou les deux demi-coques (32, 34) ont été réunies au moyen d'une soudure en formant respectivement un deuxième cordon de soudure (36) ou des deuxième et troisième cordons de soudure (36, 38) qui s'étendent à chaque fois dans le sens de la longueur du profilé creux (12).
- Système de profilés (10') selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que deux profilés creux (12) sont soudés ensemble de manière à former une section transversale rectangulaire et en ce que les quatrième et cinquième cordons de soudure (40, 42) s'étendent dans le sens de la longueur dans la zone d'assemblage à proximité des surfaces extérieures respectives.
- Système de profilés (10") selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un autre profilé creux (12) est soudé à l'un des deux profilés creux (12) de manière à s'aligner avec celui-ci et en ce que des sixième et septième cordons de soudure (44, 46) s'étendent dans le sens de la longueur dans la zone d'assemblage à proximité des surfaces extérieures respectives.
- Système de profilés (10, 10', 10") selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que tous les cordons de soudure (30, 38 à 46) ont été faits au moyen d'un faisceau laser.
- Système de profilés (10, 10', 10") selon l'une des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce que le profilé creux (12) est en acier spécial.
- Système de profilés (10, 10', 10") selon l'une des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce que le profilé creux (12) a été fabriqué au moyen d'un procédé de laminage dans un train de laminoirs.
