Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Tissuepapierbahn, die aus einer Fasern umfassenden Stoffsuspension hergestellt wird, wobei die Stoffsuspension einen Mahlgrad von weniger als 21°SR hat und derart beschaffen ist, dass aus dieser ein Laborblatt nach TAPPI 205 SP 95 (Rapid Köthen) hergestellt werden kann, dessen Reißlänge, gemessen nach TAPPI 220 und TAPPI 494, bei zumindest einem spezifischen Mahlgrad (MGspezifisch) größer oder gleich dem Wert ist, der sich aus 0,55(km/SR)*(MGspezifisch-10°SR) ergibt, wobei der spezifische Mahlgrad aus einem Mahlgradbereich von 15°SR bis kleiner als 21°SR, insbesondere 15°SR bis 19°SR ausgewählt ist.The invention relates to a method for producing a tissue paper web which is produced from a pulp comprising a pulp, wherein the pulp suspension has a freeness of less than 21 ° SR and is such that from this a laboratory sheet according to TAPPI 205 SP 95 (Rapid Köthen) whose tear length, measured according to TAPPI 220 and TAPPI 494, at least one specific freeness (MW specific ) is greater than or equal to the value which is 0.55 (km / SR) * (MW specific -10 ° SR ), wherein the specific freeness is selected from a freeness range of 15 ° SR to less than 21 ° SR, especially 15 ° SR to 19 ° SR.
