Abstract

L'invention concerne une charnière à ressort pour une paire de lunettes, comportant une partie charnière (3), guidée de manière coulissante dans un boîtier (4) côté branche dans le sens longitudinal de la branche, un élément d'ancrage (6) s'engageant dans une ouverture (5) du boîtier et faisant saillie de la partie charnière (3) dans le sens de coulissement, lequel élément d'ancrage (6) présente une tige d'ancrage (7) et une traverse (8) à l'extrémité de la tige d'ancrage (7), ainsi que deux ressorts hélicoïdaux (10) parallèles à la tige d'ancrage (7) et placés de chaque côté de cette tige d'ancrage (7), lesquels ressorts s'appuient sur une butée, associée au boîtier, par leur extrémité côté charnière et sur la traverse (8) de l'élément d'ancrage (6) par leur extrémité opposée. L'objectif de cette invention est de permettre une insertion de la partie charnière (3) et des ressorts hélicoïdaux (10) après une fixation du boîtier (4) sur la branche des lunettes. A cet effet, les deux ressorts hélicoïdaux (10) sont insérés axialement dans un alésage respectif (9) du boîtier qui est ouvert par rapport à l'ouverture (5) du boîtier destinée à la tige d'ancrage (7) et les alésages (9) du boîtier logent chacun une pièce d'arrêt (11) formant la butée pour les ressorts hélicoïdaux.
