Method for preparing a pile, the method comprising the steps of arranging in a mould (1) a plastic fill element (4) and at least one positioning means for positioning the plastic fill element (4) in the mould (1), pouring concrete into the mould (1) such that the fill element (4) is substantially enclosed by the concrete, and at least partially curing the poured concrete; and pile.
