  • the present invention relates to a shoe-storable bag having independent cavity or cavities or compartment(s) of the bag which enables to store and carry shoe and shoes such as high-heeled shoes, in which needed items to be stored and carried are not limited only to shoes and may include a baby bottle, a chilled product, and a water bottle.
  • U.S. Patent 4,917,290 discloses a rigid shoe tore bag formed from a single corrugated board blank which is die-cut and scored with fold lines.
  • the present invention has been developed so as to solve the above mentioned problems.
  • a shoe-storable bag which enables to store and carry a shoe member or/and members wherein the bag includes at least one independent cavity or compartment to receive independently each of shoes, each independent cavity or compartment has an opening at the corresponding side face of the bag, the opening is to be adapted for ease of taking in and out of the shoe member.
  • a shoe-storable bag which enables to store and carry a shoe member and members, wherein the bag comprises at least a pair of the independent cavities or compartments to receive independently one shoe member, each independent compartment has an opening at the corresponding side face of the bag, the opening thereof is to be adapted for ease of taking in and out of the shoe member.
  • the bag comprises further at lease one common cavity or compartment to receive personal items such as a purse, cosmetic and the like.
  • the each compartment to receive shoe member is tapered or gradually confined along from the entrance to the dead end of the compartment or cavity, the partition between the compartments is slanted and the opening entrance thereof mounted each other at the opposite side of the bag.
  • the cavity to receive independently a shoe is in form of enclosure which is tapered along from the opening entrance thereof to the dead end thereof, and each of the opening entrance of the cavity has a closing mechanism such as button or zipper fastener.
  • each shoe member such as high-heeled shoe member is stored independently and respectively in an independent cavity or compartment arranged in the structure of a bag, and then, a cover for the cavity or compartment can be closed e.g. by closing mechanism such as a fastener or a button mechanism so that the bag could appear as a unified bag, or as an all-in-one bag.
  • the bag in accordance with the present invention can be designed in any type of bags, such as a squared type, a cube type, a curved bag, so as to satisfy any of the designer's need and wish.
  • the bag, the cavity and compartment of the present invention can be manufactured from cloth, leather, flexible plastic soft resin film, clothing plastic skin and the like so as to provide good appearance and design.
  • the materials from which the bag and the cavity and compartment of the present invention should not be limited to the above mentioned material.
  • the style, design and material of the bag of the present invention will be modified in accordance with the need, the present fashion and the desires of the user and consumer.
  • FIG. 1 shows a box or tote type of the bag.
  • FIG. 2 shows a Boston bag type of the bag in accordance with the present invention.
  • the style and design of the bag can be modified and changed in accordance with the spirit of the present invention.
  • FIG. 1 illustrates a bag 1 in tote style having a pair of handles 3 at the top of the bag, and a fastener 2 mounted on the top surface 4 of the bag, so that one can easily take out and put in from the top surface the personal item(s) as stored in the top compartment 10 of the bag 1.
  • the bag 1 in accordance with the present invention comprises a pair of the independent compartments 8 and 9 to receive independently a shoe member 12 preferably at the lower or bottom portion of the bag 1 as shown in the drawings.
  • each of shoe members can be stored independently in each of the cavities or compartments, and therefore, can not get in touch with together, and then, do not hurt by getting in touch in the bag. Further, each of shoe members can be tightly packed in the cavity or compartment so as to adapt the size of the shoe, and therefore, the size of the bottom of the shoe would correspond to the size of the bottom of the tote bag. Therefore, it is relatively easy to hand and carry the bag including the shoes.
  • the bottom wall of the bag (the compartment 9) of FIG. 1 is made of relatively rigid but light and water resistant material such as polymerics, fabrics and the like, and then would be in form appropriate to store the shoe member.
  • the partition 12 made of the same material as that of the bottom wall is mounted between the compartments 8 and 9 at the appropriate level in the bag 1, and further, the partition 13 is provided between the compartments 9 and 10 to form the compartment for the personal items.
  • This partition 13 would be made of the same material so as to form the bottom wall of the compartment 10 in use for the personal items.
  • the entrance opening 14 of the shoe member 15 is provided at the minor side face of the bag 1 (which is not the major face having the handles 3) at the position corresponding to the position of the compartments 8 and 9 to receive independently a pair of the shoe members.
  • the entrance opening 14 should have a relatively large width and height as shown in the drawings, so that one can enable ease of opening and taking out and in the shoe members from the pair of the comportments 8 and 9.
  • the relatively large cover 5 is provided hingedly on the side wall 16 of the bag, to form peripheral fastener 6 and 7 at the three lines of the peripheral of the cover 5.
  • Each of the shoe members 15 can be taken out and in easily and readily from the large entrance opening 14 because of the large entrance opening. In this arrangement, the cover 5 is lifted upward from the bottom level.
  • the bag can be designed so that the cover 5 should be let down from the top of the cover. Further, the cover can be cut into the upper and lower portions so that the upper and lower portions of the cover can be separately open and then each of the shoe members can be independently taken out and in from the compartments 8 and 9.
  • Each of the shoe members 15 can be independently stored separately in the independent compartments 8 and 9. When the cover 5 is closed, the bag appears unified and can be designed in any way. Further, because each of the shoe members can be independently stored in the separate compartments, the shoe members cannot be deformed during stored, and do not hurt each the other.
  • FIG. 2 illustrates a bag of Boston type wherein a pair of cavities 8 and 9 arranged in upper and lower portions of the bottom part of the bag 1.
  • the entrance opening 14 for the cavities is formed or defined by the line fasteners 6 and 7 along with the margin of the cover 5.
  • Each of the shoe members 15 is stored independently and separately in each of the cavities 8 and 9 arranged independently at the upper and lower portions of the bottom part of the bag 1 as shown in FIG. 2. Therefore, each of the shoe members does not get touch together with and then, they does not hurt nor be hurt and further, is not deformed together because of separate and independent storing.
