Definitions
- the present invention relates to a motor vehicle lock according to the preamble of claim 1.
- the motor vehicle lock is particularly suitable as a tailgate lock, but can also be used as side door lock, rear door lock or hood lock use.
- a known motor vehicle lock ( DE 39 32 268 C2 ) has a pawl and a latch which are connected together by a spring.
- the spring is arranged so that the pawl is loaded in the direction of their Einfall ein.
- the spring loads the latch in the direction of the release position of the latch. This is to ensure that the latch is opened securely.
- the safe opening is not given, for example, when the door is iced and the vehicle door is therefore not pressed by the door seal in the direction of the open position.
- the latch is then held by the locking pin in its main closed position and the pawl is moved back into the position of incidence due to the spring force. Safe opening is therefore not possible under certain circumstances.
- the additional lever represents an additional cost factor and an additional risk factor (jamming, breakage).
- the starting point of the present invention forming motor vehicle lock ( DE 196 14 122 Al) provides for Morastigen motor vehicle locks a pawl, which can only return to the position of incidence after the movement of the latch in the release position.
- This is realized in that the pawl with the latch in pre-locking position has an overlap and the pawl is designed so that they can return by their motor drive only after relocation of the latch in the release position back into the position of incidence.
- the overlap between the latch and pawl is designed so that a scan of the pawl can be omitted by sensors.
- the disadvantage of this, however, is that this concept is only applicable to multi-door motor vehicle locks In addition, in frozen doors an increased force aurfcopy by the operator to open the vehicle door.
- the basic idea of the present invention is to provide a positive opening mechanism for the latch, which is adapted to the movement of the pawl and with the latch itself or with a motion-coupled with the latch latch element on the last part of the movement of the pawl in the overstroke position and / or during a further movement of the drive of the pawl after reaching the AushebeStellung the pawl is positively engaged, so that the latch is displaced by the forced-opening mechanism in the direction of the release position.
- the latch is displaced in any case a small piece forcibly in the case of excavated pawl in any case in the direction of the release position, so that a possibly existing initial blockage such. B. is effectively overcome by snow or ice.
- This constructive doctrine is based on the recognition that usually after an initial "breaking free" of the latch from the main closed position, the further opening of the vehicle door or door is easily possible, but at least by Studentsdekkung the latch is ensured with the path of movement of the pawl that the In any case, pawl no longer returned to the position of incidence.
- the motor vehicle door or flap can then be opened by hand anyway, even if it should still be charged by snow or otherwise.
- the motor vehicle lock in an advantageous embodiment, a holding means which prevents that the lock latch is pushed back after release by the pawl in the main closed position.
- the forced opening mechanism for the latch is also a forced-closing mechanism for the pawl, which displaces the pawl in the direction of their Einfallwolf when the latch from the release position in the direction their main closing position.
- the forced-opening mechanism on a driver which ensures the positive connection with the lock latch or with a motion-coupled with the lock element element A driver is so far particularly suitable because it can be integrated in a simple manner and thus inexpensively in the motor vehicle lock and at the same time allows a good power transfer to the latch.
- the forced opening mechanism has a lever, in particular on the pawl, which can be brought into positive engagement with the pawl kinematics. Preferred here is that the actuating forces for the pawl are kept low by the pawl kinematics.
- the forced opening mechanism can not be brought into positive engagement with the latch itself, but with a member coupled to the latch in a latching manner.
- This makes it possible between the pawl and the latch to arrange a pawl kinematics, by which the applied for the release of the latch is reduced to a minimum (as in the DE 103 12 304.0 described). Since in a motor vehicle door lock with low actuation forces, the effect of freezing the motor vehicle door is particularly disturbing, the positive opening here particularly advantageous.
- the forced opening mechanism is arranged on the pawl itself.
- the drive is then realized in a particularly simple manner and the coordination between the forced opening mechanism and the pawl is always given by a corresponding positioning on the pawl.
- Fig. 1 shows a motor vehicle lock 1 with a latch 2 and a pawl 3.
- the latch 2 which is here and preferably designed as a catch, is from a main closed position ( Fig. 1 ) into a release position ( Fig. 3 ) and vice versa.
- the pawl 3 has an incidence position ( Fig. 1 ), in which it holds the latch 2 in the main closed position
- the pawl 3 has a release position ( Fig. 3 ), in which the latch 2 is released.
- the pawl 3 passes an overstroke position, which in Fig.
- the pawl 3 In this overstroke position, the pawl 3 is wider than in the Dismounted lift-out, so that the latch 2 is released with a certain distance between the locking lug on the pawl 3 and the associated locking lug on the latch 2.
- the thus realized overstroke of the pawl 3 is here and preferably used according to the invention for a positive opening of the latch 2.
- the displacement of the pawl 3 is realized from its incident position in the Aushebegna means of a motor drive 4.
- the movement can also be done manually, so in a mechanical manner.
- the motor drive 4 is effective only for the movement of the incident position in the raising position and overstroke position. The movement of the picking back to the position of incidence can then in other ways, such. B. be realized by a spring.
- the motor drive 4 here and preferably has an electric motor 5 and a transmission 6.
- the gear 6 has a worm 7 and a plurality of gears 8, 9, which are arranged so that the pawl 3 here and preferably from the incident position in the Aushebewolf is movable.
- Fig. 1 is not apparent that there is a driver on the underside of the gear 9, which engages in a guide also located below the gear 9 on the pawl 3. But that is the principle of operation of the prior art, for example from the DE 39 32 268 C2 or DE 196 14 122 A1 , It may be referred to.
- a pneumatic or a hydraulic drive can be provided.
- the motor vehicle lock 1 has a forced opening mechanism 10 whose movement is matched to the movement of the pawl 3.
- the forced opening mechanism 10 is here and preferably arranged and coupled to the motor drive 4 that it comes into positive engagement with the latch 2 as soon as the pawl 3 has released the latch 2.
- Another movement of the motor drive 4 which also moves the pawl 3 in its overstroke position ( Fig. 2 ), causes the forced-opening mechanism 10, the latch 2 displaced forcibly in the direction of the release position of the latch 2.
- the Movement of the pawl 3 from the Aushebewolf in the overstroke position is thus the part of the movement with respect to the forced-opening mechanism 10 on the latch 2 is effective.
- the pawl 3 has an overstroke position.
- the movement, which causes the forced opening mechanism 10 positively engages the latch 2 or a movement-coupled with the latch element 2 element can also be a further movement of the drive 4 of the pawl 3 after reaching the release position of the pawl 3.
- the pawl 3 can remain in this case in their Aushebewolf.
- the forced opening mechanism 10 Since the pawl 3 is usually displaced when closing the motor vehicle door in its overstroke position, the forced opening mechanism 10 is also in the displacement of the latch 2 in the main closed position with the latch 2 in a form-fitting engagement.
- the forced opening mechanism 10 is arranged on the pawl 3 or is coupled thereto in accordance with movement, the pawl 3 is displaced by the forced opening mechanism 10 of the lock latch 2 in the direction of the incidence position, so that the forced opening mechanism 10 is also referred to as compulsory Closing mechanism is used and thus ensures the incidence of the pawl 3 in the incident position.
- the motor vehicle lock 1 has a holding means 11, which prevents the latch 2 is pushed back after release by the pawl 3 in the main closed position.
- the holding means 11 is here and preferably designed as a spring, which loads the latch 3 in the direction of the release position This ensures that the latch 3 does not by itself, d. H. due to a load by resting on the flap snow o. dg1. returns to its main closing position.
- the pawl 3 is also associated with a spring which loads the pawl 3 in the direction of their Einfallwolf.
- the holding means 11 for the latch 2 and the spring for the pawl 3 one and the same spring. However, these can also be different elements.
- the forced opening mechanism 10 is designed here as a driver, which interacts with a counterpart 12 on the latch 2.
- the counterpart 12 is a contact surface on which the carrier comes into positive engagement with the system, as a result of which the latch 2 is displaced in the direction of the release position.
- the forced opening mechanism 10 may also have a lever, a toggle mechanism, a control cam, a cable, a gear o. The like. Instead of the driver. It is only important that the forced opening mechanism 10 is matched to the movement of the pawl 3 and adapted to the latch 2 is positively engaged.
- the forced opening mechanism 10 is arranged on the pawl 3 itself.
- the coordination between the movement of the pawl 3 and the movement of the forced-opening mechanism 10 is ensured in a particularly simple manner.
- the forced opening mechanism 10 can also be arranged on or in another part of the lock mechanism. However, it should then at least indirectly be driven by the motor drive 4 of the pawl 3 and have no own drive.
- the motor vehicle lock 1 also has a holding means 13, by which prevents the pawl 3 falls from its release position back into the position of incidence, as long as the latch 2 has not been moved back to the main closed position.
- the holding means 13 is provided here as a contact surface on the latch 2, on which the pawl 3 rests under the spring force of the spring 11, but prevents the re-falling of the pawl 3.
- the embodiment shown here shows a motor vehicle lock 1 with only one closed position, namely the main closing position.
- the teaching can also be used in multi-door motor vehicle locks.
- the effect of the forced opening mechanism 10 is then limited to a closed position, preferably the main closed position.
- Fig. 4 shows a Horastiges motor vehicle lock 1 in which the pawl 3 is part of a pawl assembly 14
- the pawl assembly 14 holds the latch 2 with a main catch 15 in its main closed position and a pre-latch 16 in its Vorschsted sued.
- the pawl arrangement 14 has a pawl kinematics 17 in addition to the pawl 3.
- the pawl kinematics 17 here has two levers 18, 19, wherein the main catch 15 and the preliminary catch 16 are arranged on the first lever 18 and the second lever 19 serves to couple the pawl kinematics 17 with the latch 2.
- the pawl assembly 14 has a holding position in which the latch 2 is held in its main closed position. In this holding position, the pawl kinematics 17 is blocked by the pawl 3.
- the displacement of the latch 2 from the Hauptschlieli ein in the direction of its release position is insofar only possible if the pawl 3 is displaced in its Aushebewolf with respect to the pawl kinematics 17.
- the pawl 3 has the forced opening mechanism 10 here in the form of a lever arm arranged on the pawl 3.
- the forced opening mechanism 10 is positively engaged in overstroke position of the pawl 3 with the first lever 18 of the pawl kinematics 17 and displaces the first lever 18 so that the pawl kinematics 17 displaces the latch 2 in the direction of its release position ( Fig. 4 ).
- the first lever 18 acts here as the movement-coupled with the lock latch 2 element, which positively engages with the forced opening mechanism 10.
- the forced opening mechanism 10 serves here and preferably also as a forced closing mechanism ( Fig. 5 )
- a forced closing mechanism By the forced opening mechanism 10 is displaced in the displacement of the latch 2 from the release position in the direction of the main closed position by means of the pawl kinematics 17 so that thereby the pawl 3 is displaced in the direction of their Einfall ein.

Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a motor vehicle lock according to the preamble of
The motor vehicle lock is particularly suitable as a tailgate lock, but can also be used as side door lock, rear door lock or hood lock use.
In order to prevent a reentry of the pawl in the incident position after the lifting of the pawl, it is known to provide a mechanical lever, the so-called. Snow load lever on the motor vehicle lock. The snow load lever falls upon reaching the Aushebestellung the pawl relative to the pawl so that the pawl is held in the Aushebestellung until the latch has reached its release position. In this position of the latch of the snow load lever is freely pivoted by the pawl, so that it is functional again with respect to the main closed position of the latch This mechanical technique is indeed proven and useful, since they have the problem of not self-opening flap or door, for example, when exposed to snow , if there is insufficient return force of the gasket or if the gasket is frozen, it will be sent to a solution.
The additional lever, however, represents an additional cost factor and an additional risk factor (jamming, breakage).
The exclusion of a re-engagement of the pawl in the incident position can also be realized purely control technology in motor-driven pawls. For this purpose, it is necessary to scan the movement of the latch until it reaches the release position by means of microswitches. However, this variant is both expensive and error prone.
The teaching of the present patent application is based on the problem of specifying a motor vehicle lock, in which an opening in a simple way at any time safely realized.
The above problem is solved in a motor vehicle lock with the features of the preamble of
The basic idea of the present invention is to provide a positive opening mechanism for the latch, which is adapted to the movement of the pawl and with the latch itself or with a motion-coupled with the latch latch element on the last part of the movement of the pawl in the overstroke position and / or during a further movement of the drive of the pawl after reaching the AushebeStellung the pawl is positively engaged, so that the latch is displaced by the forced-opening mechanism in the direction of the release position.
As a result, the latch is displaced in any case a small piece forcibly in the case of excavated pawl in any case in the direction of the release position, so that a possibly existing initial blockage such. B. is effectively overcome by snow or ice. This constructive doctrine is based on the recognition that usually after an initial "breaking free" of the latch from the main closed position, the further opening of the vehicle door or door is easily possible, but at least by Überdekkung the latch is ensured with the path of movement of the pawl that the In any case, pawl no longer returned to the position of incidence. The motor vehicle door or flap can then be opened by hand anyway, even if it should still be charged by snow or otherwise.
In order to ensure after the first overcoming of the blockade that the pawl does not fall back into the position of incidence and thus subsequently the possibility of an unwanted re-occurrence is given, the motor vehicle lock in an advantageous embodiment, a holding means which prevents that the lock latch is pushed back after release by the pawl in the main closed position.
Thus, the closing of the motor vehicle lock is ensured as well as the opening, it is advantageous if the forced opening mechanism for the latch is also a forced-closing mechanism for the pawl, which displaces the pawl in the direction of their Einfallstellung when the latch from the release position in the direction their main closing position.
Preferably, the forced-opening mechanism on a driver, which ensures the positive connection with the lock latch or with a motion-coupled with the lock element element A driver is so far particularly suitable because it can be integrated in a simple manner and thus inexpensively in the motor vehicle lock and at the same time allows a good power transfer to the latch.
In an alternative embodiment, the forced opening mechanism has a lever, in particular on the pawl, which can be brought into positive engagement with the pawl kinematics. Preferred here is that the actuating forces for the pawl are kept low by the pawl kinematics.
It is particularly advantageous if the forced opening mechanism is arranged on the pawl itself. The drive is then realized in a particularly simple manner and the coordination between the forced opening mechanism and the pawl is always given by a corresponding positioning on the pawl.

In the embodiment shown here, the displacement of the
In
For the invention, however, it is not necessarily necessary that the
Since the
In addition, the
The
The forced
In the embodiment shown here, the forced
The
The embodiment shown here shows a
