Claims (10)

  1. Méthode pour le conditionnement de conteneurs (12) à partir d'un ruban (1) possédant un film supérieur (2), un film intermédiaire (4) et un film inférieur (3), qui sont thermoscellés les uns aux autres le long de lignes de thermoscellage périphériques (8, 11), de manière à définir au moins une rangée de conteneurs (12) équipés d'une première cavité de confinement (5) entre ledit film supérieur et ledit film intermédiaire, et d'une deuxième cavité de confinement (6) entre ledit film intermédiaire et ledit film inférieur, dans laquelle au moins une bande dudit film supérieur (2) dudit ruban (1) est enlevée le long d'au moins une première ligne de coupe longitudinale (9), de manière à définir une pluralité d'ouvertures (90) permettant d'accéder à ladite première cavité de confinement (5) de chaque conteneur (12), et à laisser découverte au moins une bande longitudinale dudit film intermédiaire (4), la méthode comprenant les étapes suivantes :
    - alimentation automatique du ruban (1),
    - remplissage de la première cavité de confinement (5) avec un premier produit,
    - découpage de ladite portion de film intermédiaire (4) laissée découverte, la long d'au moins une deuxième ligne de coupe longitudinale (68), de manière à générer une ouverture (69) permettant l'accès à ladite deuxième cavité de confinement (6) de chaque conteneur,
    - remplissage de ladite deuxième cavité de confinement (6) de chaque conteneur avec un deuxième produit, et
    - thermoscellage de ladite première et de ladite deuxième ligne de coupe longitudinale (9, 68), de manière à fermer lesdites ouvertures (90, 69) permettant d'accéder respectivement à la première et à la deuxième cavité (5, 6) de chaque conteneur.
  2. Méthode selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que dans lesdites étapes de remplissage de la première cavité (5) et de la deuxième cavité (6), la première ouverture d'accès (90) et la deuxième ouverture d'accès (69) de chaque conteneur sont respectivement agrandies.
  3. Méthode selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que dans l'étape de découpage de la portion découverte du film intermédiaire (4) permettant de générer ladite deuxième ligne de coupe longitudinale (68), ledit film intermédiaire (4) est espacé dudit film inférieur (3).
  4. Méthode selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que dans ladite étape d'alimentation du ruban (1) dans une machine automatique, la portion de ruban dans laquelle le film intermédiaire (4) est découvert est soutenue par un support longitudinal (22) et tirée au moyen de groupes de traction (30, 50) équipés de rouleaux de traction (31) permettant de faire avancer ledit ruban (1) sur le support longitudinal (22).
  5. Méthode selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ledit ruban (1) comprend deux rangées de conteneurs (12) disposés par paires de part et d'autre par rapport à une portion centrale constituée d'une bande longitudinale dudit film supérieur (2) et de deux bandes longitudinales dans lesquelles ledit film intermédiaire (4) est découvert.
  6. Appareil (20) pour le conditionnement de conteneurs (12) à partie d'un ruban (1) possédant un film supérieur (2), un film intermédiaire (4) et un film inférieur (3), qui sont thermoscellés les uns aux autres le long de lignes de thermoscellage périphériques (8, 11), de manière à définir au moins une rangée de conteneurs (12) équipés d'une première cavité de confinement (5) entre ledit film supérieur et ledit film intermédiaire et d'une deuxième cavité de confinement (6) entre ledit film intermédiaire et ledit film inférieur, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une bande dudit film supérieur (2) dudit ruban (1) est enlevée le long d'au moins une première ligne de coupe longitudinale (9), de manière à définir une ouverture (90) permettant d'accéder à ladite première cavité de confinement (5) de chaque conteneur (12), et à laisser découverte au moins une bande longitudinale dudit film intermédiaire (4), l'appareil (20) comprenant en outre :
    - un groupe d'alimentation de ruban (1),
    - une première station de remplissage (40) pour le remplissage de ladite première cavité (5) de chaque conteneur avec un premier produit,
    - une station de découpage (60) pour le découpage de ladite au moins une portion de film intermédiaire (4) laissée découverte, le long d'au moins une deuxième ligne de coupe longitudinale (68), de manière à générer une pluralité d'ouvertures (69) permettant d'accéder à ladite cavité de confinement (6) de chaque conteneur,
    - une deuxième station de remplissage (70) pour le remplissage de ladite deuxième cavité de confinement (6) de chaque conteneur avec un deuxième produit, et
    - une station de thermoscellage (80) pour le thermoscellage de ladite première et de ladite deuxième ligne de coupe longitudinale (9, 68), de manière à fermer lesdites ouvertures (90, 69) permettant d'accéder respectivement à la première et à la deuxième cavité (5, 6) de chaque conteneur.
  7. Appareil selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que lesdites première et deuxième stations de remplissage (40, 70) comprennent des éléments de préhension (42, 72) capables de saisir respectivement le bord (9) du film supérieur définissant l'ouverture (90) permettant d'accéder à la première cavité (5) et le bord (68) du film intermédiaire (4) définissant l'ouverture (69) permettant d'accéder à la deuxième cavité, de manière à agrandir lesdites ouvertures (69) permettant d'accéder à ladite deuxième cavité, de manière à agrandir lesdites ouvertures permettant d'accéder à la première et à la deuxième cavité de chaque conteneur.
  8. Appareil selon l'une des revendications 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que ladite station de découpage comprend au moins une plaque de support (61) soutenant une plaque d'espacement (63) disposée en fonction d'un plan substantiellement horizontal, et une lame de coupe (65) avec un profil de coupe incliné par rapport à ladite plaque d'espacement (63), dans lequel ladite plaque d'espacement (63) est capable de se loger dans ladite deuxième cavité (6), en-dessous de ladite portion de film intermédiaire (4) laissée découverte, de manière à espacer le film intermédiaire (4) par rapport au film inférieur (3), afin d'effectuer le découpage longitudinal (68) dans ledit film intermédiaire (4).
  9. Appareil selon l'une des revendications 6 à 8, caractérisé en ce que ledit groupe d'alimentation comprend un support longitudinal (22) soutenant la portion de ruban dans laquelle le film intermédiaire (4) est découvert, et au moins deux groupes de traction (30, 50) équipés de rouleaux de traction (31) pour faire avancer ledit ruban (1) sur le support longitudinal (22).
  10. Appareil selon l'une des revendications 6 à 9, caractérisé en ce que ledit ruban (1) comprend deux rangées de conteneurs (12) disposés par paires de part et d'autre par rapport à une portion centrale constituée d'une bande longitudinale dudit film supérieur (2) et de deux bandes longitudinales dans lesquelles ledit film intermédiaire (4) est découvert.
