Claims (10)

  1. Procédé de surveillance, en particulier de surveillance de feux tricolores, d'un emplacement routier contrôlé par des signaux lumineux, en particulier à un croisement ou un embranchement, comprenant un système de saisie d'images, en particulier au moins une caméra vidéo, dans lequel
    - des images sont saisies et préparées en continu par le système de saisie d'images, qui contiennent des pixels qui correspondent au moins à une partie de l'emplacement routier et au moins une partie de l'installation à signaux lumineux,
    - un véhicule arrivant à l'emplacement routier est reconnu sur la base des images,
    - un changement du signal lumineux de l'installation à signaux lumineux, en particulier vers le rouge, est reconnu, et
    - lors de l'entrée d'un véhicule dans l'emplacement routier après l'instant du changement du signal lumineux, ou bien après un instant qui se trouve à un écart prédéterminé par rapport à l'instant du changement du signal lumineux, des images sont mémorisées qui contiennent des pixels qui correspondent à au moins une partie du véhicule, en particulier son numéro d'immatriculation,
    caractérisé en ce que le changement du signal lumineux de l'installation à signaux lumineux est reconnu sur la base des images, en fait au moyen de l'intensité variable des pixels des images qui correspondent au signal lumineux.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que des images sont mémorisées sur une période temporelle prédéterminée, par exemple plusieurs secondes, ou bien
    en ce que des images sont mémorisées sur une période temporelle qui dure jusqu'à ce que le véhicule quitte la zone de vision (12) du système de saisie d'images.
  3. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que l'on mémorise aussi des images qui ont été saisies déjà pendant un temps déterminé avant l'instant du changement du signal lumineux, et/ou
    toutes les images saisies sont mémorisées temporairement, la mémoire intermédiaire étant de préférence réécrite en continu à la manière d'une boucle sans fin.
  4. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que les images mémorisées contiennent des pixels qui correspondent au moins à une partie du conducteur du véhicule, et qui permettent en particulier une identification du conducteur.
  5. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce qu'en se basant sur les images, le numéro d'immatriculation est automatiquement identifié, les images respectives étant de préférence mémorisées sous le numéro d'immatriculation du véhicule.
  6. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que simultanément à la saisie des images, on saisit l'heure et/ou la date et on les associe aux images, l'heure et/ou la date saisie étant affichée de préférence sur les images respectivement associées, et/ou
    en ce que l'on utilise une horloge radiocommandée pour la détection de l'heure et/ou de la date, et en ce que les temps provenant de la radiocommande sont consignés dans un fichier de protocole.
  7. Programme d'ordinateur avec des moyens formant code de programme pour mettre en oeuvre le procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, quand le programme est exécuté sur un ordinateur.
  8. Produit de programme d'ordinateur comprenant un programme d'ordinateur selon la revendication 7, dans lequel les moyens formant code de programme du programme d'ordinateur sont mémorisés sur un support de données lisible à l'ordinateur.
  9. Dispositif de surveillance, en particulier de surveillance de feux tricolores, d'un emplacement routier contrôlé par des signaux lumineux, en particulier à un croisement ou un embranchement, comprenant :
    - un système de saisie d'images, en particulier au moins une caméra vidéo, qui est réalisé pour la saisie et la préparation en continu d'images qui contiennent des pixels qui correspondent au moins à une partie de l'emplacement routier et au moins une partie de l'installation à signaux lumineux,
    - un système de traitement de données relié au système de saisie d'images, qui est réalisé pour reconnaître un véhicule entrant dans l'emplacement routier en se basant sur les images et pour reconnaître un changement du signal lumineux de l'installation à signaux lumineux, en particulier au rouge, et qui, lors de l'entrée d'un véhicule sur l'emplacement routier après l'instant du changement du signal lumineux, ou après un instant qui se trouve à une distance prédéterminée de l'instant du changement du signal lumineux, est réalisé pour mémoriser des images qui contiennent des pixels qui correspondent au moins à une partie du véhicule, en particulier le numéro d'immatriculation, et
    - un support de données, sur lequel les images à mémoriser peuvent être mémorisées,
    caractérisé en ce que la reconnaissance du changement du signal lumineux de l'installation à signaux lumineux a lieu en se basant sur les images, en fait au moyen de l'intensité variable des pixels des images correspondant au signal lumineux.
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication 9,
    caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu une mémoire intermédiaire pour la mémorisation temporaire de toutes les images saisies, et/ou
    en ce qu'il est prévu des moyens pour l'identification automatique du numéro d'immatriculation en se basant sur les images mémorisées, et/ou
    en ce qu'il est prévu des moyens pour saisir l'heure et/ou la date, en particulier une horloge informatique étalonnée ou une horloge radiocommandée, et des moyens pour associer l'heure et/ou la date aux images respectives.
