Claims

Ansprüche Expectations
1. Heckklappe eines Kraftfahrzeugs mit zumindest einem Klappenteil, das mittels einer Schwenklagereinrichtung am Fahrzeugheck schwenkbar gelagert und aus seiner Schließstellung nach oben in eine Offenstellung verschwenkbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwenklagereinrichtung seitlich jeweils zwei Schwenkhebel (8, 9) in Vier- oder Mehrgelenkanordnung aufweist, die einerseits karosserieseitig angelenkt sind und an denen andererseits jeweils mittels eines Schwenkgelenks (15 bzw. 16) das Klappenteil (3) angelenkt ist, daß das Schwenkgelenk (15) des ersten Schwenkhebels (8) am Klappenteil (3) zumindest zeitweise feststeht und das Schwenkgelenk (16) des zweiten Schwenkhebels (9) an einer am Klappenteil (3) angeordneten Führung (17) relativ zum ersten Schwenkgelenk (15) verschiebbar gelagert ist und daß eine Steuereinrichtung (19) die Schwenkbewegung des zweiten Schwenkhebels (9) beim Öffnen und Schließen des Klappenteils (3) derart steuert, daß das Schwenkgelenk (16) des zweiten Schwenkhebels (9) über seine Positionsveränderung relativ zum Schwenkgelenk (15) des ersten Schwenkhebels (8) ein Verschwenken des Klappenteils (3) um das Schwenkgelenk (15) des ersten Schwenkhebels (8) bewirkt.1.
