An der hier oberen Kante des Verrastungsbleches kann eine rechtwinklig abgebogene Halte- oder Führungsvorrichtung 45 vorgesehen sein, die eine stabilisierende Halterung des übergestülpten Entriegelungsringes 10 ermöglicht.
Darüber hinaus ist auch eine Variante (Fig. 2c) gezeigt, in der das Verrastungsblech als PE-Federkontakt 46 ausgebildet ist.

Die Fig. 3 zeigt einen Ausschnitt des Gehäuseoberteiles 20 mit seiner Schmalseite 23 auf der das Verrastungsblech 40 verrastet ist.
Dabei ist erkennbar, wie das Verrastungsblech hinter einem aus dem Bund 21 herausgeformten, nach oben ragenden, und von der Schmalseite 23 beabstandeten Flächenelement 28, in dem so gebildeten Schlitz 24 fixiert ist. Auf diesem Flächenelement 28 ist die Sperrklinke 25 angeordnet, die zweiseitig über eine Ecke an dem Flächenelement angeformt ist, während die diagonal gegenüberliegende Ecke freigestellt ist, so dass eine taschenähnliche Struktur zum Hintergreifen gebildet ist.

Weiterhin sind zwei aus dem Entriegelungsring hervorragende Verrastungselemente 12 erkennbar, mittels derer die zweite Hälfte des hier ausgeblendeten Entriegelungsringes zu verbinden bzw. zu verrasten ist.

Wobei anzumerken ist, dass die Schrägelemente 18 in den Eckbereichen des Entriegelungsringes angeordnet sind und sich somit außerhalb der Anordnung der Rastnasen 32 am Gehäuseunterteil befinden.

Im verriegelten Zustand sind die beiden Verriegelungselemente, die Sperrklinke 25 und die Freigabeklinke 15 mit ihren hier senkrecht gegeneinander stehenden Abwinkelungen 16, 26 unmittelbar übereinander angeordnet. (Fig. 6b)
Durch einen Druck (entsprechend Pfeil D) auf die Betätigungslasche 14 am Entriegelungsring 10 wird die untere Freigabeklinke 15 nach innen gedrückt und gelangt in die Tasche 27 unterhalb der Sperrklinke 25. (Fig. 6c)
Damit ist die Verriegelung freigegeben und der Entriegelungsring 10 kann (entsprechend Pfeil Z) angehoben werden. (Fig. 6d)
Gleichzeitig greifen jetzt die Schrägelemente 18 am Entriegelungsring 10, die unterhalb der Schräge 43 an dem Verrastungsblech 40 angeordnet sind, gegeneinander, womit der untere Teil des Verrastungsbleches seitlich nach außen gezogen wird und die Verrastung mit den Rastnasen 32 am Gehäuseunterteil 30 aufhebt und so das Gehäuseoberteil 20 vom Gehäuseunterteil 30 beziehungsweise Stecker 2 und Gegenstecker 3 endgültig trennt.

Claims (7)

  1. A locking device for plug connector housing halves, formed of an upper housing part (20) and a lower housing part (30) having an axially displaceable unlocking ring (10) enclosing the upper housing part (20), characterized in that
    the unlocking ring (10) includes at least one actuating tab (14) which is exposed on three sides and can be moved inwards, a release catch (15) having an angled portion (16) which is directed inwards being formed integrally with the actuating tab (14),
    a blocking catch (25) pointing outwards and having an angled portion (26) is integrally formed with the upper housing part (20), and
    in the locked condition of the plug connector, the angled portion (16) of the release catch is arranged so as to abut against the angled portion (26) of the blocking catch (25) which points outwards from the upper housing part (20).
  2. The locking device according to claim 1, characterized in that
    the unlocking ring (10) is formed of two identical half-shells (11) which are connected by means of detent members (12).
  3. The locking device according to claim 1, characterized in that
    at least one metal latching plate (40) is arranged on the upper housing part (20).
  4. The locking device according to claim 1 or 3, characterized in that
    the upper housing part (20) is adapted to be latched with detent noses (32) on the lower housing part (30) by means of the metal latching plate (40).
  5. The locking device according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that
    the metal latching plate (40) has a slanting portion (43) provided thereon which can be acted upon by a slanting portion (18) on the unlocking ring (10).
  6. The locking device according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that
    the unlocking sleeve (10) consists of a closed frame.
  7. The locking device according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that
    the metal latching plate (40) has at least one window-like cutout (42).
