An der Filterunterschale 7a ist ein die Außenkontur darstellender, vollständig um die Filterunterschale 7a umlaufender, vorstehender Rand als Arretierabschnitt 13 vorgesehen. Der Rand oder Arretierabschnitt 13 kann unmittelbar an der Filterunterschale 7a ausgebildet sein, oder mittelbar dadurch, dass er an einem separaten Trägerrahmen ausgebildet ist, an welchem die Filterunterschale 7a befestigt ist. Beim Einsetzen der Ölfiltereinheit 6 in die Befestigungsvorrichtung 2 wird der Rand auf das Grundteil 3 gesetzt und dann wird das Halteteil 5 um die dem Ölwannenboden abgewandte Schulter des Arretierabschnitts 13 gebogen, so dass eine formschlüssige Verbindung entsteht. Der Falzbereich 4 umgreift den Rand an der Seite, so dass das Gehäuse 7 auch seitlich in vorgegebener Lage gehalten ist. Um das Umbiegen und die Ausbildung des Falzbereiches 4 in der vorgegebenen Lage zu erleichtern, ist es eine Sollbiegestelle 4a vorgesehen, die sich an dem Halteteil entlang der vorgegebenen Position der oberen Kante des Arretierabschnitts 13 befindet, und entlang welcher das Halteteil 5 auf den Arretierabschnitt 13 gebogen wird. Zwischen Grundteil 3 und Sockelfläche 11 wird zur Befestigung der Befestigungsvorrichtung 2 auf der Ölwanne 1 Klebstoff 14 eingebracht. Der Klebevorgang ermöglicht eine genaue Positionierung des Bördelrahmens, welchen die Befestigungsvorrichtung 2 bildet, so dass die Ölfiltereinheit entsprechend genau in der Ölwanne positioniert werden kann. Wenn das Grundteil 3 und die Sockelfläche 11 wie in dem dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel vollständig umlaufend als geschlossener Ring ausgeführt und der Außenkontur der Ölfiltereinheit 6 angepasst sind, kann durch eine ununterbrochene, abdichtende Verklebung der Filterunterschale 7a mit der Sockelfläche 11 auch eine Abdichtung des Hohlraumes zwischen der Filterunterschale 7a und dem darunter liegenden Ölwannenbodenbereich 1a erfolgen. Das hat den Vorteil, dass dort keine unerwünschten Ablagerung, wie beispielsweise Ölsumpf, entstehen kann. Die bessere Abdichtwirkung wird erreicht, wenn der Klebstoff als Raupe aufgebracht wird. Diese Abdichtung kann auch erreicht werden bzw. noch verstärkt werden, wenn zwischen Grundteil 3 der Befestigungsvorrichtung 2 und dem Arretierabschnitt 13 Klebstoff (nicht dargestellt) eingebracht wird. Gemäß
Die Ölfiltereinheit 6' ist aus der Filteroberschale 7b, einem Bodenbereich 16 der Ölwanne 1 und einem die Filteroberschale 7b und den Bodenbereich 16 der Ölwanne 1 dicht verbindenden Trägerrahmen 17 gebildet. Hinter dem freien Ende des Grundteils 3 und parallel dazu ist eine Nut 19 im Grundteil vorhanden, die zum Sockelbereich 11 offen ist. In dem von der Nut 19, dem Rand 16 und dem Sockelbereich 11 gebildeten Bereich ist öldichter Klebstoff eingebracht, so dass das Grundteil 3 über die gesamte Länge des Bördelrahmens 18 dicht zum Sockelbereich 11 abschließt. - Securing device (2) for securing a component in an oil pan (1), comprising a base member (3) and at least one retention member (5) which is arranged on the base member (3) for producing a preferably reversibly releasable, substantially positive-locking connection with respect to the component, the base member being connected to the oil pan (1), characterised in that the retention member (5) is an integral component of the base member (3) and the retention member (5) can be bent via a folding region.
- Securing device according to claim 1, characterised in that the base member (3) is a sheet metal strip.
- Securing device according to claim 2, characterised in that the sheet metal strip is constructed as a ring.
- Securing device according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the component has a locking portion (13).
- Securing device according to claim 4, characterised in that the locking portion (13) constitutes the outer contour of the component.
- Securing device according to claim 4 or 5, characterised in that the shape of the base member is adapted to the locking portion (13).
- Securing device according to any one of claims 4 to 6, characterised in that the retention member (5) partially surrounds the locking portion (13) of the component in a positive-locking manner.
- Securing device according to any one of claims 4 to 6, characterised in that the retention member (5) completely surrounds the locking portion (13) of the component in a positive-locking manner.
- Securing device according to any one of claims 4 to 8, characterised in that a seal is provided between the base member (3) and the locking portion (13).
- Securing device according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterised in that a seal is provided between the base member (3) and the oil pan (1).
- Securing device according to claim 9 or 10, characterised in that the seal is an adhesive.
- Securing device according to any one of claims 1 to 11, characterised in that the connection between the oil pan (1) and the base member (3) is produced by means of an adhesive.
- Securing device according to claim 11 or 12, characterised in that the adhesive is applied as a bead.
- Securing device according to any one of claims 1 to 13, characterised in that retention members (5) are arranged at opposing sides of the base member.
- Securing device according to any one of claims 1 to 14, characterised in that two or more components can be secured at the same time with one securing element (2).
- Securing device according to any one of claims 1 to 15, characterised in that the component (2) is a filter unit.
- Securing device according to any one of claims 1 to 15, characterised in that the component (2) is a magnet.
- Securing device according to any one of claims 1 to 15, characterised in that the component (2) is a pump.
- Securing device according to claim 16, characterised in that the filter unit is an oil filter unit.
- Securing device according to any one of claims 1 to 19, characterised in that the oil pan (1) is an oil pan for motors or automatic gear mechanisms.
- Method for securing a component in an oil pan (1), characterised by adhesively-bonding a base member of a securing device (2) according to any one of claims 1 to 20 in the oil pan (1), inserting the component and bending the at least one retention element around the at least one locking portion of the component.
