Claims (5)
- Vorrichtung zum Verriegeln einer Bullaugentür einer Waschmaschine und ähnlicher Geräte, umfassend ein Gehäuse (1), welches einen Schieber (7), der mit dem Ende eines an der Maschinenbullaugentüre gesicherten Hackens (6) zusammenwirkt, und eine elektromechanische Verzögerungsvorrichtung (20), welche zum Blockieren des Schiebers (7) beim Auftreten vorherbestimmter Bedingungen mittels eines Verriegelungszapfens (21) eingerichtet ist, beherbergt, die elektromechanische Verzögerungsvorrichtung (20) umfasst:einen Thermistor (23), der elektrisch mit der Betriebssteuerung der Waschmaschine verbunden ist, und an den eine Spannung durch einen ersten (26) und einen zweiten Anschluss (29) beim Öffnen der Bullaugentüre anlegbar ist,ein Schnappkontaktmesser (22) zum Verbinden des ersten Anschlusses (26) mit einem dritten Anschluss (27), um eine Spannung an die Maschinenantriebe anzulegen und den Verriegelungszapfen (21) zu betreiben, wenn es durch den Thermistor (23) geheizt wird,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Schaltanordnung zwischen dem Thermistor (23) und dem ersten Anschluss (26) bereitstellt, wobei die Anordnung zwei Metallmesser (28, 29) umfasst, deren Enden aus dem Gehäuse der Verzögerungsvorrichtung (20) herausstehen und einander gegenüberliegend in Korrespondenz mit einem an dem Schieber (7) befestigten leitfähigen Element (11) positioniert sind, um die Kontaktmetallmesser (28, 29) zu verbinden, wenn die Bullaugentüre geschlossen ist, und deren Verbindung zu unterbrechen und den Thermistor (23) auszuschalten, wenn die Bullaugentüre geöffnet ist.
- Verriegelungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das leitfähige Element (11) als elastischer Kontakt ausgebildet ist, der an einem an dem Schieber (7) befestigten Querelement (12) angeordnet ist.
- Verriegelungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kontaktanschlüsse oder -messer (29) von der elektromechanischen Verzögerungsvorrichtung (20) hin nach außen in einen als Schnellverbindungskontakt ausgebildeten Sitz ragen.
- Verriegelungsvorrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elektromechanische Verzögerungsvorrichtung (20) ein Schnappkontaktmesser (22) umfasst, welches den Verriegelungszapfen (21) betreibt und selbst wiederum Bimetallanordnung betrieben wird, welche zwei durch den Thermistor (23) beheizbare Streifen (24 und 25) umfasst.
- Verriegelungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Streifen (28) mit einer Einstellmadenschraube (30) mit dem Bimetallstreifen (25) verbunden ist.
