Claims (7)

  1. Unité hydraulique de commande pour un dispositif de battage ou d'extraction avec un vibrateur (11) présentant un dispositif de réglage des masses non équilibrées et un dispositif de serrage (10),
    caractérisée par
    une disposition de soupape(s) par le biais de laquelle - lorsqu'un levier de manoeuvre est actionné de manière à être déplacé hors de sa position zéro, avant la mise en marche du vibrateur (11) - le dispositif de serrage (10) sera ouvert et le dispositif (12) de réglage des masses non équilibrées sera réglé à une amplitude zéro, ensuite - en actionnant le levier de manoeuvre dans l'autre direction - ledit dispositif de serrage (10) sera fermé et, après que la pression maximale de fermeture est atteinte, le milieu hydraulique peut s'écouler librement vers le moteur hydraulique (13), et, en même temps, une partie du milieu hydraulique est conduite via une soupape d'étranglement (17) au dispositif de réglage des masses non équilibrées, lesdites masses non équilibrées étant réglées ainsi à retard de temps à l'amplitude maximale, et, en même temps, un élément accumulateur à ressort est chargé, et - lorsque ledit levier de manoeuvre est re-pivoté dans la position zéro - ledit vibrateur (11) s'arrêtant peu à peu, l'énergie dudit élément accumulateur chargé à ressort étant conduite au dispositif de réglage des masses non équilibrées de sort que celles-ci, avant de passer la fréquence de résonance, sont réglées à leur position exempte de force centrifuge.
  2. Unité hydraulique de commande selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que ledit vibrateur du dispositif de battage et d'extraction est relié à trois conduites hydrauliques (21, 26, 30) d'un agrégat hydraulique, d'un excavateur ou d'une jumelle.
  3. Unité hydraulique de commande selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait qu'un bloc de commande (1) pour actionner le dispositif de serrage (10) et le vibrateur (11) est relié à un bloc de commande (2) pour le dispositif (12) de réglage des masses non équilibrées.
  4. Unité hydraulique de commande selon la revendication 3, caractérisée par le fait que le bloc de commande (2) pour un dispositif (12) de réglage des masses non équilibrées présente une soupape d'étranglement (17) et une soupape de réglage (52).
  5. Unité hydraulique de commande selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée par le fait que ledit élément accumulateur à ressort est un accumulateur hydraulique de pression.
  6. Unité hydraulique de commande selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée par le fait que ladite soupape d'étranglement (17) présente une section réglable de passage.
  7. Unité hydraulique de commande selon la revendication 3, caractérisée par le fait que les fonctions du bloc de commande (1) et du bloc de commande (2) sont réunies dans un boîtier.
