Claims (6)
- Stützlösung in einer Faserbahnmaschine für einen Satz Walzen, welcher einen Körperrahmen (10) und zumindest zwei Walzen aufweist, wobei der Körperrahmen (10) direkt an Maschinenstützbalken (11) und an einem unteren Fundament (12) der Bahnmaschine befestigt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das untere Fundament (12) an dem Boden eines Hohlraums (13) vorgesehen ist, der in dem Maschinenniveau (MP) einer Maschinenhalle ausgebildet ist, und dass sich die Maschinenstützbalken (11) von dem unteren Fundament (12) in Richtung des Maschinenniveaus (MP) erstrecken.
- Stützlösung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Fundament (12) ein steifes Betonfundament ist.
- Stützlösung gemäß Anspruch 1 und/oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der Satz Walzen zumindest teilweise unterhalb eines Maschinenniveaus (MP) befindet.
- Stützlösung gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der Hohlraum (13) für einen Satz Walzen unterhalb des Maschinenniveaus (MP) erstreckt.
- Stützlösung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Satz Walzen, der einen Vielspaltkalander bildet, ein geteilter Satz Walzen ist oder aus zumindest zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Sätzen von Walzen besteht.
- Stützlösung gemäß Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Hubrahmen oder eine Wartungsplattform (14), die für den geteilten Satz Walzen oder die beiden aufeinanderfolgenden Sätzen von Walzen gemeinsam vorgesehen ist, zwischen dem Satz Walzen des geteilten Satzes Walzen oder der aufeinanderfolgenden Sätze von Walzen angeordnet ist.
