Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Gebinde für mehrkomponentige Massen, der im Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1 genannten Art.The invention relates to a container for multicomponent masses, referred to in the preamble of claim 1. Art.
By means of suitable Auspressgeräten the multicomponent mass is mixed and discharged via a mixer element to the ready-to-use mass. For the serviceability of the applied mass compliance with the mixing ratio when emptying the multi-chamber bag is essential.
For containers that are stored in the partially empty state or at elevated temperatures for a long time, liquid components of one of the mortar components, such. B. resin, which can migrate between the multi-chamber bag and the inner contour or the inner wall of the housing of the cartridge. This infiltration can bring about a reduction of the frictional forces between the film material and the inner wall of the housing, so that the auxiliary chamber folds or constricts during the extrusion process. This leads to a serious change in the mixing ratio, whereby the correct curing of the mixed mass and thus ensuring the load values to be achieved are no longer guaranteed.
The object of the invention is to provide a container with a housing and arranged in the housing multi-chamber bag, in which a folding or constriction of the chambers even after storage of the partially emptied container or after prolonged storage in the unopened state of the container at a higher temperature during the extrusion process is prevented, this container is used in conventional Auspressgeräten.
The object is solved by the features of the independent claim. Advantageous developments are set forth in the subclaims.
According to the invention, a laminar connection region is provided for releasably connecting the multi-chamber bag and the housing, which extends along the longitudinal extent of the multi-chamber bag and at least along part of the circumference of the multi-chamber bag.
With the detachable connection of the multi-chamber bag to the housing is partially the immigration of a liquid constituent of one of the components, for. B. a mortar component, and prevents constriction or folding of the chambers of the multi-chamber bag during Auspressvorgang. The created connection is designed such that the outer contour of the multi-chamber bag peels off from the inner contour of the housing during the extrusion process, without generating significantly higher counter forces. If the connection between the multi-chamber bag and the housing is too strong, the ejection piston could progress Squeezing process tear the film packaging of the multi-chamber bag partially, the mixing ratio of the components to be mixed is adversely affected.
With the container according to the invention, the period of use in teilausgepressten state is significantly extended, which is advantageous for practical and economic reasons for the user. In addition, with the container according to the invention, a stable mixing ratio of the masses arranged in the multi-chamber bag is also ensured if the specification of the storage temperature, for example due to entrained containers in a vehicle of the user in midsummer, has not been complied with.
Preferably, the planar connecting region extends along the circumference along the outer contour of the multi-chamber bag only one chamber, whereby the constriction or folding of this chamber of the multi-chamber bag is advantageously prevented during Auspressvorgang. Advantageously, the planar connecting region extends along the circumference along the outer contour of the multi-chamber bag in the region of the smaller chamber. In the smaller chamber or in the secondary chamber z. B. the hardener provided, the dosage of which decisively influences the setting behavior of the ready-to-use mass. With this embodiment of the inventive container, a stable mixing ratio is advantageously ensured in the partially pressed state or after a longer storage time of the container.
Preferably, the planar connection region is formed by an adhesive arranged between the inner contour of the housing and the outer contour of the multi-chamber bag. The adhesive is selected in such a way that the outer contour of the multi-chamber bag, which is at least partially bonded to the inner contour or the inner wall of the housing, dissolves again during the extrusion process, without generating significantly higher counterforces. Ideally, the adhesive is formulated so that it can be applied liquid to low viscosity, so that the multi-chamber bag is easily inserted into the housing of the container and the adhesive reacts only afterwards to a plastoelastic mass with sufficient tack, but with low peel strength. Under peel strength is understood in this context sufficient strength against axially acting in the longitudinal axis of the container forces, said strength at a sufficient pressurization z. B. by an extrusion piston on the multi-chamber bag without significantly higher counter forces can be overcome. The viscosity of the adhesive is advantageously chosen in the application of the same, that a processing on a automatic plant is possible. The adhesive is arranged, for example, on the outer contour of the multi-chamber bag prior to insertion thereof into the housing. When inserting the multi-chamber bag into the housing, the adhesive is distributed along the longitudinal direction. Alternatively, the adhesive is arranged, for example, on the inner contour of the housing prior to insertion of the multi-chamber bag into the housing. Also in this alternative arrangement, as the multi-compartment bag is inserted into the housing, the adhesive is distributed along the longitudinal direction.
Preferably, the adhesive has a layer thickness between 0.01 mm and 2.0 mm, wherein the adhesive particularly advantageously has a layer thickness between 0.5 mm and 1.0 mm. With layer thicknesses in these areas a sufficient adhesive adhesion during storage and at the same time the detachment of the predetermined area of the outer contour of the multi-chamber bag from the inner contour of the housing during the pressing process are ensured.
In an advantageous embodiment of the container, the adhesive is a physically setting adhesive, such as. As a solvent-based adhesive, a dispersion adhesive, a rubber adhesive, a hot melt adhesive, a contact adhesive, a pressure sensitive adhesive or a plastisol.
In a further preferred embodiment of the container, the adhesive is a chemically curing adhesive, which are available as one-component or multi-component systems. For example, systems based on cyanoacrylates, polyurethanes, silicones, methacrylates, epoxy-amine systems or silane-modified polymers are used. Suitable systems are for. As a silicone rubber or a silane-modified polyether.
Particularly advantageously, the adhesive is a polyurethane adhesive which has a NCO / OH equivalent ratio of 0.8 to 1.2 in a preferred embodiment. With such a polyurethane adhesive is given a sufficient tackiness with a low peel strength.
