Description

TITRE : Serrure électromagnétique à pêne escamotable pour porte battante
La présente invention est relative à une serrure électromagnétique à pêne escamotable pour porte battante, c'est-à-dire une serrure comportant un pêne présentant une double pente, la porte pouvant être ouverte en tirant ou en poussant.
Sur les serrures connues, lorsqu'on exerce une action contre la porte, le pêne coulisse dans le plan de l'ouverture en comprimant un ressort de rappel.
Pour s'opposer à l'ouverture de la porte, ces serrures sont munies d'un dispositif de verrouillage empêchant le recul du pêne, dispositif constitué par un organe mécanique mobile faisant obstacle au recul du pêne en position de verrouillage.
Généralement, l'organe mécanique mobile de verrouillage est commandé par un électroaimant qui, lorsqu'il est excité, maintient l'organe précité en position de verrouillage. Si l'électroaimant n'est plus excité, l'organe précité s'escamote rappelé par un ressort.
Une telle serrure ne peut pas être utilisée dans le cas d'une porte qui, tout en étant maintenue fermée, doit pouvoir être ouverte si un événement fortuit se produit tel que le déclenchement d'une alarme d'incendie. Lorsqu'un tel événement se produit, il entraîne l'ouverture des circuits électriques soit d'une façon automatique soit suite à l'action du personnel de sécurité. Généralement, le déclenchement de l'alarme provoque un mouvement de panique à savoir qu'un grand nombre de personnes va exercer une action sur la porte (une issue de sortie de secours, par exemple) et il en résulte que chaque porte va brusquement être soumise à une force très importante et les parties mobiles (pêne et organe mobile de verrouillage) vont se bloquer les une contre les autres. L'expérience a montré que la coupure de l'alimentation électrique est sans effet car la force du ressort de rappel est bien trop insuffisante pour vaincre celle maintenant les pièces mobiles appliquées les unes contre les autres.
La solution consisterait à interrompre l'alimentation électrique dès l'instant où un événement intempestif se produit, mais là encore, l'expérience a montré que cette synchronisation était très difficile à obtenir. La serrure de l'invention, qui remédie à ces inconvénients, est remarquable en ce que le pêne usuel est porté par l'armature mobile d'un électroaimant, ladite armature maintenant le pêne en position de verrouillage sous l'action de deux forces agissant dans le même sens et résultant, pour l'une, de l'action de ressorts et, pour l'autre, de l'action du noyau de l'électroaimant lorsqu'il est excité.
Lorsque l'électroaimant est excité, le verrouillage est efficace et le pêne ne peut pas se déplacer. Lorsque l'électroaimant n'est pas excité, le pêne est en position de sortie, en prise avec la gâche, sous l'action des ressorts et la porte est donc maintenue fermée dans le plan de l'ouverture. Toutefois, une pression sur la porte permet de faire reculer le pêne. L'invention sera mieux comprise par la description qui va suivre faite en se référant au dessin annexé à titre d'exemple indicatif, seulement, sur lequel : -la figure 1 est une vue en élévation d'une serrure conforme à l'invention ; -la figure 2 est une vue en coupe effectuée selon la ligne 11-11 de la figure 1 ; -la figure 3 est une vue, analogue à celle 1 , montrant la position des éléments mobiles lors de l'ouverture de la porte.
En se reportant au dessin, on voit que de la façon connue la serrure se compose d'un corps 1 , fixé sur le champ de la porte par exemple, et d'une plaque 2, fixée sur la partie fixe et formant la gâche de retenue du pêne 3. Selon l'invention, le pêne 3 est porté par une plaque 4 pouvant se déplacer parallèlement au champ comportant la plaque 2.
La plaque 4 est soumise à l'action de ressorts 5 tendant à déplacer ladite plaque pour faire saillir le pêne.
La plaque 4 forme l'armature mobile d'un électroaimant dont le noyau
6 lorsqu'il est excité déplace ladite plaque en vue de faire saillir le pêne en s'opposant ensuite à son recul. C'est la position montrée sur les figures 1 et 2 sur lesquelles on constate que les ressorts 5 appliquent la plaque 4 contre le noyau 6.
Comme cela ressort du dessin, la plaque 4 est guidée sur des colonnes
7 dont les axes sont parallèles au sens de déplacement du pêne. Les ressorts 5 sont avantageusement guidés sur les colonnes 7. En fonctionnement normal, l'électroaimant est excité et le pêne ne peut donc pas reculer : la serrure est verrouillée. Si on interrompt l'alimentation de l'électroaimant, le pêne reste en prise avec la gâche sous l'action des ressorts 5, la porte se maintient fermée, mais elle n'est pas verrouillée et une simple poussée sur cette dernière permettra de l'ouvrir. Si un événement fortuit déclenche un mouvement de panique, des personnes vont se ruer vers les portes en exerçant une pression importante sur ces dernières, mais cette pression favorisera l'ouverture de la porte lors de la coupure du courant électrique alimentant l'installation. II ressort des explications ci-dessus, que la serrure de l'invention, contrairement à celles connues, assure une grande sécurité lors d'une réaction de panique.

Claims

REVENDICATIONS
1 -Serrure électromagnétique à pêne escamotable pour porte battante, caractérisée en ce que le pêne (3) est porté par une plaque (4), mobile, formant l'armature d'un électroaimant logé dans le corps (1 ) de la serrure, ladite plaque pouvant être déplacée, pour faire saillir le pêne, sous l'action de deux forces agissant dans le même sens.
2-Serrure selon la revendication 1 , caractérisée en ce que le déplacement de la plaque (4), formant armature, s'effectue selon une direction qui est celle, usuelle, de déplacement du pêne.
3-Serrure selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que la plaque (4) est toujours soumise à l'action de ressorts (5) qui tendent à la déplacer pour faire saillir le pêne.
4-Serrure selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que la plaque (4) est guidée sur des colonnes (7) dont les axes sont parallèles au sens de déplacement du pêne.
