Description

The invention relates to a work table according to the preamble of claim 1. It relates in particular to a work table for the workshop area.

Such a workbench is for example from the GB-A-2 287 207 out.

Worktables in the workshop area, but also in all other areas, are used in the work tables, serve on the one hand for receiving the tool or work equipment and on the other hand for receiving or storing the material to be processed. In the workshop area, the tools are often mounted firmly on the worktop of the worktable. The installation of tools on the work table, however, inevitably leads to a reduction of the then available for the materials to be machined surface on the work table.

In addition, especially in workshops a variety of tools, such as wood, metal or other processing machinery or equipment needed, so that on the one hand a correspondingly large work surface is needed only for the tools on the other for the materials to be processed. As a rule, therefore, the work surface is not sufficient.

One solution to this problem is often to use smaller and thus mobile variants of the individual tools. However, such tools are associated with performance limitations, so that their use is not possible, especially in the professional field.

Out DE 41 06 073 C2 a work table is known which has a recess in a worktop, in which optionally different, arranged on a worktop segment tools can be mounted and added by means of a rotating mechanism. Thus, although a much more favorable utilization of the surface of a work table is achieved, the associated effort is comparatively high, especially when the intended machine magazine is designed as a rotary magazine. In addition, in any case, only one machine can be brought into the plane of the worktop of the work table.

Another solution is to mount only the required tool on the work table. The change of a tool in this case, however, is time consuming, so that in general for each tool a separate work table is needed.

The object of the invention is to eliminate the disadvantages of the prior art. In particular, a work table should be specified, which allows the use of two or more tools on - compared to the prior art - small work surface.

Zweckmä-ßige Ausgestaltungen ergeben sich aus den Merkmalen der Ansprüche 2 bis 5.This object is solved by the features of claim 1. Expedient refinements emerge from the features of claims 2 to 5.

The work table according to the invention allows a significantly better space utilization. This also offers advantages in the installation of fume hoods, the due to the more compact arrangement of the tools only need to have a small area of effect. Furthermore, the work table according to the invention, if the legs are designed to be foldable, can be easily transported in vehicles, so that a local use otherwise only separately transportable tools is possible.

sich das Arbeitsplattensegment entweder in einer ersten Ebene oder in einer zweiten Ebene befindet;
die zweite Ebene in bezug auf die Höhe des Arbeitstisches unterhalb der ersten Ebene verläuft;
In the embodiment of the present invention, the top of the worktop segment is arranged in the locked state parallel to the top of the worktop, wherein
the worktop segment is either in a first plane or in a second plane;
the second plane extends below the first plane with respect to the height of the work table;
the top of the worktop segment and the top of the worktop form a plane when the worktop segment is in the first plane; and
the top of the worktop segment is below the top of the worktop with respect to the height of the worktop when the worktop segment is in the second plane.

In this embodiment, the axis of rotation is arranged below the first plane of the worktop. The guides, in which the axis of rotation is mounted, are preferably formed in so-called turning blocks, which are arranged on the underside of the worktop or on the worktable in the area of the stand elements below the worktop.

Preferably, the distance between the first plane and the second plane is variable. This is preferably achieved by moving the parallel to the top of the worktop extending axis of rotation perpendicular to the worktop. For this purpose, preferably the turning blocks in which the guides are located, moved up or down, for which purpose, for example, the turning bell along a screw thread can be moved up or down.

This embodiment has the advantage that the worktop segment can be locked in different heights. In this way, for example, larger equipment that would otherwise have to be mounted on a lower table, easily be mounted on the worktable according to the invention.

für jedes Arbeitsplattensegment zumindest vier Arretierhebel vorgesehen sind;
zwei erste Arretierhebel in der ersten Ebene und zwei zweite Arretierhebel in der zweiten Ebene angeordnet sind;
The means for locking the worktop segment are formed in the worktop as a locking lever, but wherein
at least four locking levers are provided for each worktop segment;
two first locking levers in the first plane and two second locking levers in the second plane are arranged;
each working lever has a first position and a second position, in the first position the worktop segment is rotatable in the worktable (unlocked state of the worktop segment) and in the second position the worktop segment is lockable in the worktable (locked state of the worktop segment), and
the worktop segment is either in the first plane by means of the first locking lever or the worktop segment is locked in the second plane by means of the second locking lever.

The second locking lever are suitably fastened by means of a first fastener to the work table. These first fasteners and thus the second locking lever should be foldable under the table, where they, if they are needed to lock the worktop segment in the second level, can be folded out.

If the distance between the first and the second plane is changed, then the distance between the first fastener and the underside of the worktop must be changed so that the second locking lever are in the second plane.

A first edge of the worktop segment forms in the locked state in the first plane part of an outer edge of the worktop.

The first edge of the worktop segment has a first groove, the second edge of the worktop segment opposite this edge having a second groove and the worktop having a first land that is complementary to the first and the second groove,
wherein the first ridge is disposed in the edge of the worktop which, when the worktop segment is in the first plane, abuts the second edge of the worktop segment in the locked state of the worktop segment, and wherein
in the locked state of the web, when the worktop segment is in the first plane, engages the second groove and in the unlocked state, the engagement between the web and the second groove is released.

Further, the work table should in this case for each worktop segment have a second fastener with a second web, which is parallel to the first web in the second plane, so that the first groove engages after rotating the worktop segment by 180 ° in the second web.

Thus, when the worktop segment is in the second plane, the second leg abuts the second edge of the worktop segment in the locked state of the worktop segment, the second leg being in the locked state, when the worktop segment is in the second plane Nut engages and in the unlocked state, the engagement between the second web and the first groove is released.

If the distance between the first and the second plane is changed, then the distance between the second fastening element and the underside of the worktop must be changed so that the second web is in the second plane.

The axis of rotation need not necessarily be formed as a continuous axis. Preferably, the two ends of the axis of rotation are rather designed as bolts, on the one hand anchored in the worktop segment and on the other hand in the guides, such as the turning blocks are stored.

There are preferably provided several worktop segments. The length and width of the worktop segments may differ. Further, both worktop segment according to the first embodiment and segments of the second embodiment can be combined in a work table.

Each worktop segment has for locking the same preferably four locking grooves, wherein in the locked state in each case two locking lever are in engagement with the locking grooves of the worktop segment. The locking levers, which are provided in the first embodiment, as well as the locking levers, which are provided in the first plane of the embodiment, are preferably embedded in the outer edge of the worktop. The grooves of the worktop segments are designed so that the part of the locking lever located in the grooves, in the locked state can be pulled out of the grooves of the respective worktop segment, so that the engagement of the locking lever dissolved in the locking grooves and then rotated the worktop segment can be.

The locking grooves are expediently formed in the first edge and the second edge of the worktop segment, wherein the first groove and the second groove can pass into the Arretierungsnuten.

The first two locking levers are locked in place when the worktop segment is in the first plane Condition initially engaged with the two grooves of the first edge. To rotate the worktop segment by 180 °, the locking levers are released, carried out the rotation and then locks the two second locking lever in the second edge, which now forms part of the outer edge of the worktop. This process is reversible.

The work table 1 shown in Figures 1 and 4 to 6 has a worktop 2, which is applied to table legs 3. In the table top recesses 4 are formed (Fig. 2), in which worktop segments 5 are arranged. The worktop segments are arranged in Fig. 1 respectively in the first plane, so that the top of the worktop segments 5 and the worktop 2 form a plane. On the underside of the worktop 2 second locking lever 7 are mounted on first fasteners 20, which, since all worktop segments 5 are in the first plane, are folded inwards. The second locking lever 7 can be unfolded (dotted representation) when the worktop segment 5.2 is to be rotated in the second plane. In this case, the worktop segment 5.2 is rotated on a rotation axis which is mounted in the turning blocks 8. The turning blocks 8 are also attached to the underside of the worktop 2.

At the bottom of the table legs 3 runners 9 and rollers 10 are formed. The rollers 10 can be folded over a folding mechanism 11 and folded. The work table is mobile in the unfolded state of the rollers and thus easily displaced as a whole.

The worktop 2 shown in Fig. 2 has in the region of the recesses first webs 12, guides 14 and locking grooves 17. In the locked state, when the work surface 2 is in the first plane, the web 12 engages in the second groove 16 (FIGS. 3, 8, 9). In this way, the worktop 2 is locked in its respective position in addition to the locking devices. On the underside of the worktop 2 turning blocks 8 and second fasteners 21 are further formed with second webs 13, with which height adjustable worktop segments are realized according to the embodiment of the present invention. The first groove 16 engages in the second webs when the worktop segment 5.2 is in the locked state in the second plane.

The first 20 and second fasteners 21 and the turning block 8 are each secured by threaded rods on the underside of the worktop 2, so that they can be screwed up or down.

The worktop segments 5 may have any structure, as long as they have the properties described above, in particular the recesses 4 of the worktop 2 completely fill and have the intended grooves and axes of rotation. According to FIG. 3, worktop segments 5 are constructed in three layers in an advantageous variant: a first cover plate 22, on the upper side of which a frame 23 is mounted. The cover plate 22 facing away from the side of the frame 23 is covered by a second cover plate 24. By this construction of the worktop segments, the necessary first and second grooves can be easily formed by the frame 23 is formed offset with respect to the first and second edge of the worktop segment 5 inwardly.

On the underside of the worktop 2, two turning blocks 8 and a second fastening element 21 are formed with a second webs 13 for the worktop segments 5.2 according to the embodiment. In the case of a U-shaped recess 4, the first fastening element 21 is arranged at the base of the "U", while a respective turning block 3 is provided on each leg of the "U" (see in particular FIG. 7). For worktop segments 5.1 according to the embodiment not according to the invention such devices are not required, wherein the worktop segments 5.1 are not height adjustable, but only rotatable.

A worktop segment 5.1 can be rotated as follows in its recess 4 of the worktop 2 (FIG. 8):

Locking position: In Fig. 8a, the worktop segment 5.1 is locked in the recess 4, wherein the first web 12 of the worktop 2 is in engagement with the groove 16. On the underside of the worktop segment 5.1, a tool 27 is attached. The top of the worktop segment 5.1 and the top of the worktop 2 form a plane. The first locking lever 6 engage in the locking grooves 17 of the worktop segment 5.1, which formed in the groove 15 are a. To rotate the worktop segment 5.1, the locking lever 6 are released and the worktop segment 5.1 pulled in the direction of arrow, the engagement between the first web 12 and the groove 15 is released.

Rotational position: By pulling the state shown in Fig. 8b is reached, in which the original position of the tool is shown dotted. By pulling the rotation axis (usually realized by two bolts) along the guides 14 (Fig. 7) also pulled over a segmental arc 29 from the locking position to the rotational position. The segmental arc is arc-shaped to prevent unwanted return of the worktop segment from the rotational position to the locking position. When pulling the worktop segment of the locking position in the rotational position of the spring-like arc of the segmental arc is pressed down so that such a change in position without much effort, but only if at least some traction is spent, can be completed.

Rotation: In the rotational position, the worktop segment 5.1 is rotated by 180 ° in the direction of the arrow (FIG. 8c), with the previous underside of the worktop segment 5.1 coming upwards.

Locking position: By pushing the worktop segment 5.1 in the direction of the arrow (FIG. 8d), the rotational position is left and the worktop segment 5.1 arrives again in a locking position, the tool 27 now being located on the upper side of the worktop segment 5.1. The first web 12 is engaged with the groove 15 of the worktop segment 5.1, so that a locked position has been reached. By sliding in the direction of arrow, the axis of rotation is simultaneously pushed from the rotational position into the locking position on the segmental arc 29 along the guides 14. The (now) top of the worktop segment 5.1 and the top of the worktop 2 in turn form a plane. The first locking lever 6 engage in the locking grooves 17 of the worktop segment 5.1, which are formed in the groove 16, a.

A renewed rotation of the worktop segment 5.1 from this position to the original position is readily possible.

A worktop segment 5.2 can be rotated as follows in its recess 4 of the worktop 2 (FIG. 9):

Locking position: In Fig. 9a, the worktop segment 5.2 is locked in the recess 4 in the first plane, wherein the first web 12 of the worktop 2 is in engagement with the groove 16. The axis of rotation 28 of the worktop segment 5.2 is mounted in turning blocks 8. The axis of rotation 28 is rotatably connected via two flanges 30 with the worktop segment 5.2. Each turning block 8 has a segmental bow 29. The top of the worktop segment 5.2 and the top of the worktop 2 form a plane. The first locking lever 6 engage in the locking grooves 17 of the worktop segment 5.2, which are formed in the groove 15, a. To rotate the worktop segment 5.2, the worktop segment 5.2 is pulled in the direction of the arrow, wherein the engagement between the first web 12 and the groove 16 is released. The second locking lever 7 are in the folded position. They are unfolded before pulling (dotted line).

Rotational position: By pulling, the state shown in Fig. 9b is reached. In this case, by pulling the axis of rotation 28 (usually realized by two bolts) along the turning blocks 8 via the segmental arc 29 pulled from the locking position to the rotational position. The segmental arc is arc-shaped to prevent unwanted return of the worktop segment from the rotational position to the locking position. When pulling the worktop segment 5.2 of the locking position in the rotational position of the spring-like arc of the segmental arc 29 is pressed down, so that such a change in position without much effort, but only if at least some traction is spent, can be completed.

Rotation: In the rotational position, the worktop segment 5.2 is rotated in the direction of the arrow (Fig. 9c) by 180 °, where it from the first level to the second Level passes and the previous bottom of the worktop segment 5.1 now forms the top.

Locking position: By pushing the worktop segment 5.2 in the direction of the arrow (FIG. 9d), the rotational position is left and the worktop segment 5.2 again arrives in a locking position, wherein it is now in the second plane. The second web 13 is engaged with the groove 15 of the worktop segment 5.2, so that a locked position has been reached. By pushing in the direction of arrow, the axis of rotation is simultaneously pushed from the rotational position to the locking position on the segmental arc 29 along the turning blocks 8. The second locking lever 7 engage in the locking grooves 17 of the worktop segment 5.2, which are formed in the groove 16, a. A renewed rotation of the worktop segment 5.2 from this position in the second plane to the position in the first plane is readily possible.

Each of the first and second locking levers is rotatably mounted on a spar 31 (FIG. 10). The locking lever has a counter-integrated integrated sliding block 35 with retaining hooks 32, on which by means of a spring 33 pressure is exerted. The retaining hook 32 is engaged with a retaining plate 34 which is attached to an outer leg of the locking groove 17. The spring 33 prevents accidental release of the retaining hook 32 of the support plate 34 and thus the locking lever of the locking groove 17. The locking lever is pulled to release the locking between worktop segment 5 and worktop 2 from the locking groove 17, wherein by pressing the sliding block 35 of the retaining hook 32 out of engagement with the retaining plate 34 passes. For locking the worktop segments 5 on the worktop 2, the locking lever 7 is pressed into the locking groove 17, wherein the retaining hook 32 comes into engagement with the retaining plate 34.
