Claims (8)

  1. Markierungsvorrichtung in der Form eines lichtaussendenden und/oder -reflektierenden Befestigungsstücks zum Anbringen auf einer Straßenoberfläche, wobei das Befestigungsstück als Streifen (1) mit einer Höhe von maximal 5 mm und mit zumindest einer geneigten Seitenfläche (4), die den sich nähernden Fahrzeugen zugekehrt ist und über die die Lichtaussendung (6) stattfindet, konfiguriert ist, wobei das Befestigungsstück (1) eine äußere Schutzschale (2, 2a) umfasst, die eine Lichtaussendevorrichtung mit Solarzellen (12), einer Batterie (13), einer Leuchtdiode (10) und Lichtwellenleitern (11), die in einer weichen Formmasse (3) eingelassen sind, enthält.
  2. Markierungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bauteile der Lichtaussendevorrichtung (10, 12, 13) als flache Elemente, die in derselben Ebene angeordnet sind, konfiguriert sind.
  3. Markierungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Leuchtdiode (10) innerhalb der Formmasse (3) angeordnet ist, und wobei die Lichtwellenleiter (11) von der Leuchtdiode her verlaufen und in der geneigten Seitenfläche (4) enden.
  4. Markierungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine oder mehr Linsen (5) in der geneigten Seitenfläche (4) vor den Enden der Lichtwellenleiter (11) vorgesehen sind.
  5. Markierungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schutzschale aus einer oberen Schale (2) und einer unteren Schale (2a) besteht, und wobei die Oberfläche (8) der oberen Schale (2) mit einer oder mehr Linsen über den Solarzellen (12) versehen ist.
  6. Markierungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die äußere Schutzschale (2, 2a) aus einem schlagzähen Material wie etwa Polycarbonat hergestellt ist.
  7. Markierungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die weiche Formmasse (3) aus Silikon hergestellt ist.
  8. Markierungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Befestigungsteil (1) ferner einen Lichtsensor, einen Temperatursensor und/oder eine Fernsteuerung zum Signalisieren von Verkehrsbedingungen umfasst.
