Abstract

Bei einer Wickelvorrichtung für bahn- oder bandförmiges Material sind zur Erzielung eines fliegenden Wellenwechsels an einem um eine waagerechte Achse drehbaren Drehorgan (1) zwei um 180° versetzte Wickelhülsen (2, 3) mit abnehmbaren Wickelhülsen (26) drehbar gelagert und angetrieben. Während des Verschwenkens der bewickelten Wickelwelle (2) in die Entnahmeposition bei fortlaufendem Wickelvorgang wird der bis dahin in einem lösbaren Lager (10) gelagerte freie Lagerzapfen (6) durch den Stützschenkel (15) eines beweglich abgestützten sowie senkrecht geführten und schwenkbaren Stützrahmens (13), dessen anderer Schenkel (14) gelenkig und lösbar an das Drehorgan (1) gekoppelt ist, abgestützt. An den Stützrahmen ist eine Hilfsandrückwalze (24) schwenkbar und höhenverstellbar gekoppelt. Die Vorrichtung ist baulich und antriebsmäßig einfach ausgebildet.
