Claims (10)

  1. Vorrichtung zur Verpackung einer Dichtung (10) mit einerseits einer an die Form der Dichtung (10) angepassten Schutzfläche (22) mit mindestens einem vorstehenden Element (24) auf einer ihrer Seiten, an dem sich ein Teil der Dichtung (10) durch Einklemmen oder durch Einrasten festlegen kann, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie andererseits Greifmittel umfasst, deren Form an jene des vorstehenden Elements angepasst ist, damit das vorstehende Element (24) leicht deformiert werden kann, um die Dichtung (10) freizulegen.
  2. Vorrichtung zur Verpackung einer Dichtung mit mindestens einer Öffnung (12) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mindestens eine vorstehende Element (24) das Festlegen der Dichtung durch Einklemmen an mindestens einer ihrer Öffnungen gewährleistet.
  3. Vorrichtung zur Verpackung einer Dichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mindestens eine vorstehende Element (24) die Form einer U-förmigen Rippe hat, deren Außendurchmesser etwas kleiner als der der Öffnung (12) der Dichtung ist, wobei am Außenumfang mindestens eine Ausstülpung (26) vorgesehen ist, damit die Dichtung durch Einklemmen an der Öffnung (12) gehalten werden kann.
  4. Vorrichtung zur Verpackung einer Dichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rippe (24) mindestens zwei diametral gegenüberliegende Ausstülpungen (26) umfasst, wobei der Abstand D zwischen den Enden der Ausstülpungen etwas größer als der Durchmesser der Öffnung (12) der Dichtung (10) ist.
  5. Vorrichtung zur Verpackung einer Dichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Greifmittel die Form eines hohlen Buckels (28) haben, der das vorstehende Element (24) durch Drücken leicht deformieren kann, um die Dichtung (10) freizulegen.
  6. Vorrichtung zur Verpackung einer Dichtung nach Ansprüchen 4 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der hohle Buckel (28) eine längliche Form hat, wobei die an der Rippe (24) vorgesehenen Ausstülpungen (26) rechtwinklig zu den im Wesentlichen geradlinigen Abschnitten der länglichen Form zu beiden Seiten der länglichen Form vorgesehen sind.
  7. Vorrichtung zur Verpackung einer Dichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Mittel umfasst, mit denen sie vorübergehend an einer Untergruppe (30) befestigt werden kann, die einer der Untergruppen entspricht, zwischen die die Dichtung im Betrieb eingeschoben werden muss.
  8. Vorrichtung zur Verpackung einer Dichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie am Umfang der Schutzfläche (22) vorgesehene Klauen (32) umfasst, die sich im Wesentlichen senkrecht zur Schutzfläche (22) in derselben Richtung wie das vorstehende Element (24) erstrecken und deformiert werden können, um die Untergruppe (30) in der Ruheposition ausreichend festzuklemmen und die Verpackungsvorrichtung an der Untergruppe zu halten.
  9. Vorrichtung zur Verpackung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das freie Ende (40) der Klauen (32) gebogen oder aufgeweitet ist.
  10. Vorrichtung zur Verpackung einer Dichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abmessungen und Formen der Schutzfläche (22) so ausgelegt sind, dass sie einen Verschluss für mindestens eine Öffnung in der Untergruppe (30) bildet, wenn die Vorrichtung auf die Untergruppe platziert wird.
