Claims (4)
- Procédé de fabrication de structures de surface partielles comprenant la fourniture d'un substrat support, l'application d'une laque d'emboutissage, le moulage de la structure emboutie dans la laque d'emboutissage et l'application d'une couche métallique, caractérisé en ce quea) après l'application de la laque d'emboutissage sur toute la surface, on réalise un moulage de la structure emboutie sur toute la surface,b) ensuite, une laque de recouvrement est partiellement appliquée,c) au cours d'une troisième étape, une peinture soluble dans un solvant est appliquée de manière partiellement coïncidante sur la laque de recouvrement appliquée au cours de l'étape b),d) au cours d'une quatrième étape, une couche métallique est appliquée sur toute la surface,e) après quoi, au cours d'une cinquième étape, la peinture appliquée au cours de l'étape c) est enlevée conjointement avec la couche métallique présente sur cette peinture sous l'effet d'un solvant, éventuellement en combinaison avec un effet mécanique.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'on utilise une composition de laque polymère comme laque de recouvrement.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la structure emboutie est nivelée par l'application de la laque de recouvrement dans ces zones.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'application des couches se fait à l'aide d'un procédé Insetter.
