A device for selectively blocking and unblocking an actuating movement, applicable to a safety lock, the device comprising at least one elongated key featuring coding reliefs and a mechanism (10) into which the key is introduced by a translation movement along a longitudinal axis (X-X') up to a stop position, the mechanism (10) comprising a device (30) for authenticating the coding reliefs, a pumping device (40) selectively adopting a coupling configuration in which the key is rotatably coupled around the longitudinal axis (X-X') with the actuating movement, or a non-coupling configuration in which the key and the actuating movement are not rotatably coupled, and a barrel (50) inside which the authenticating and pumping mechanisms (30, 40) are received, the authentication device (30) adopting in the stop position of the key and depending on the coding reliefs of the key, either an authorizing configuration in which the key is free to perform an additional translation along the longitudinal axis (X-X') from the stop position thereof to a coupling position, or a prohibiting configuration in which the key is blocked in translation from the stop position thereof to the coupling position thereof, the pumping device (40) adopting respectively the coupling and non-coupling configurations thereof when the key occupies the coupling and stopping positions thereof, characterized in that it comprises means for blocking the pumping device (40) in the non-coupling configuration when the barrel (50) is cut off, the means for blocking the pumping device (40) comprising a bar (60) extending over the entire axial length of a cylinder (51) of the barrel (50) and a mobile blocking member (71) normally arranged in a housing (72), the mobile blocking member (71) being released from the housing (72) thereof when the bar (60) is cut off with the cylinder (51).

The device according to claim 1, characterized in that the pumping device (40) comprises a rear pump block (41) mobile in axial translation with respect to the barrel (50) between advanced and recessed positions respectively corresponding to the coupling and non-coupling configurations, and a return member biasing the block towards the advanced position thereof, with the key in going from the stopping position thereof to the coupling position thereof moving the rear pump block (41) from the advanced position thereof to the recessed position thereof against the bias of the return member, the means for blocking the pumping device (40) blocking the rear pump block (41) in the advanced position when the barrel (50) is cut off.

The device according to claim 2, characterized in that the barrel (50) comprises, in addition to the cylinder (51) having a longitudinal axis provided at one front axial end with an orifice (518) for introducing the key, a burglar-deterrent block (52) integral with a rear axial end of the cylinder (51) opposite the introduction orifice (518), and a longitudinal channel (53) extending beyond the introduction orifice (518) in which the authorizing and pumping devices (30, 40) are arranged, the burglar-deterrent block (52) having an axial face (523) towards which the rear pump block (41) will move in going from the advanced position thereof to the recessed position thereof, the bar (60) being integral in axial translation with the rear pump block (41), and the mobile blocking member (71) axially intervening between the rear pump block (41) and the axial face (523) of the burglar-deterrent (52) block when the bar (60) is cut off with the cylinder (51).
  4. The device according to claim 3, characterized in that the bar (60) extends along a radially exterior part of the cylinder (51).
  5. The device according to claim 4, characterized in that the bar (60) is arranged in a groove (517) made in a radially exterior face of the cylinder (51).
  6. The device according to any of claims 3 to 5, characterized in that the bar (60) comprises a first axial part (61) coupled in axial translation with the rear pump block (41) and carrying a first rear stop (62), a second axial part (63) normally coupled with the first one in axial translation and carrying a second rear stop (64), and an elastic member (65), the first rear stop (62) bearing on a bearing face (416) of the rear pump block (41) turned towards the axial face (523) of the burglar-deterrent block (52), the second rear stop (64) intervening between the first rear stop (62) and this axial face (523), and the elastic member (65) biasing the first and second stops (62, 64) axially in the direction of mutual spacing apart, the second rear stop (64) being arranged remote from said axial face (523) in the advanced position of the rear pump block (41) and comprising a shutter (642) sealing the housing (72) of the mobile blocking member (71), which second stop (64) being spaced apart towards said axial face (523) by the elastic member (65) when the bar (60) is cut off up to a spaced-apart position in which the shutter (642) is no longer sealing the housing (72).
  7. The device according to claim 6, characterized in that the first and second axial parts (61, 63) are integral in translation longitudinally by respective front sides opposite the first and second rear stops (62, 64).
  8. The device according to claim 6 or 7, characterized in that the means for blocking the pumping device (40) comprise an elastic member biasing the mobile blocking member (71) out of the housing (72) thereof when the shutter (642) is not sealing the housing (72).
  9. The device according to any of claims 6 to 8, characterized in that the second rear stop (64) in the spaced-apart position thereof is bearing on the axial face (523) of the burglar-deterrent block (52), the mobile blocking member (71) intervening between the second rear stop (64) and the rear pump block (41).
  10. The device according to claim 9, characterized in that the shutter (642) extends in parallel to the longitudinal axis (X-X') and is rigidly fastened by a first axial side on the second rear stop (64), the shutter (642) extending towards the first rear stop (62) from said side, the mobile blocking member (71) intervening when leaving the housing (79) thereof, between a second axial side of the shutter opposite the first one and the rear pump block (41).
  11. The device according to any of claims 3 to 10, characterized in that the housing (72) is made in the rear pump block (41).
  12. The device according to any of claims 3 to 11, characterized in that the means for blocking the pump device (40) comprise at least two identical and parallel bars (60) diametrically opposed to the cylinder (51), and two mobile blocking members (71) each cooperating with one bar (60).
