Abstract

L'invention concerne un système permettant d'identifier l'emplacement d'un véhicule obstruant un passage, comprenant un ou plusieurs modules d'identification d'obstruction (1) et une unité de commande à distance (3) reliés par des dispositifs de communication (8, 11, 13), permettant d'identifier l'emplacement d'un véhicule obstruant un passage. Pour utiliser ce système, on place un ou plusieurs modules d'identification d'obstruction (1) au niveau local, national ou global. Lorsque ces modules détectent un véhicule obstruant un passage, ils produisent automatiquement un code contenant au moins un identificateur unique, puis transmettent ce code à une unité de commande centrale (2), par l'intermédiaire de dispositifs de communication (8, 11). Lorsque l'unité de commande centrale (2) reçoit ce code, elle cherche automatiquement l'emplacement du véhicule obstruant le passage dans une base de données (10). Ensuite, l'unité de commande centrale (2) transmet l'emplacement du véhicule obstruant le passage à une unité de commande à distance (3), par l'intermédiaire de dispositifs de communication (11, 13).
