Claims (10)

  1. Vorrichtung (3) zum Befestigen eines Dachelements, insbesondere einer Schieferdachplatte (1), an einer Unterlage (2), wie etwa an einem Schalbrett oder einer Dachlatte bekannter Standarddicke, wobei diese Vorrichtung (3) die Form einer Stütze (4) aufweist, die an einem Ende in einem Haken (5) zum Festhalten des unteren Randes des Dachelements (1) und an ihrem anderen Ende in einem Haken (6) zum Befestigen an der Unterlage (2) endet, wobei der Befestigungshaken eine Zone zum Befestigen an der Unterlage (2) umfasst, die sich in einem Abschnitt (12) zum Verbinden mit der Stütze (4) fortsetzt, wobei der Verbindungsabschnitt (12) im angebrachten Zustand der Vorrichtung zwischen der Stütze (4) und der oberen Seite der Unterlage (2) einen Zwischenraum (15) zum Einfügen eines so genannten Unterdachelements (1) erstellt,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schenkel des Befestigungshakens (6) in der Zone zum Befestigen an der Unterlage (2) gestaltet sind, um ausschließlich die Seiten des Oberteils und des Unterteils der Unterlage (2) bekannter Standarddicke einzufassen, während der Abschnitt (12) zum Verbinden mit der Stütze (4) mit der Stütze (4) einen Winkel bildet, um den Einfügungszwischenraum (15) zu erstellen.
  2. Befestigungsvorrichtung (3) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Befestigungshaken (6) mit der Stütze (4) durch einen gekröpften Abschnitt (12) verbunden ist, um zwischen der Stütze (4) und der oberen Seite der Unterlage (2) einen freien Zwischenraum (15) zum Einfügen eines Unterdachelements (1) zu erstellen, wobei sich die Kröpfung (13) des Abschnitts (12), die am nächsten an dem Befestigungshaken (6) liegt, in der gleichen Ebene befindet wie der äußere Stützpunkt (16) des Haltehakens (5) an dem Dachelement, um durch Zusammenwirken der Kröpfung (13) und des äußeren Stützpunktes (16) des Haltehakens (5) eine Andrückwirkung des Unterdachelements durch den Haltehaken (5) zu erzielen.
  3. Befestigungsvorrichtung (3) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie aus Runddraht, bevorzugt aus Metall, besteht, der durch Biegen gestaltet wird, wobei mindestens eine Biegung an jedem Ende der Stütze (4) erstellt wird, um an einem der Enden der Stütze (4) einen Rücksprung oder einen gekröpften Abschnitt (12) zu bilden, der den Befestigungshaken (6) im Verhältnis zur Stütze (4) quer und axial versetzt, und um an dem anderen Ende der Stütze (4) zwischen der Stütze (4) und dem Haltehaken (5) einen offenen Winkel zu bilden, der dem Haltehaken (5) eine Orientierung verleiht, die eine schräge Einführung eines Dachelements ermöglicht.
  4. Befestigungsvorrichtung (3) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Befestigungshaken (6), der im Allgemeinen U-förmig ist, einen freien Schenkel (21) aufweist, dessen Stützpunkt oder Stützzone auf der Seite des Unterteils der Unterlage (2) im Wesentlichen fluchtrecht zu dem Verbindungsabschnitt (12) des Hakens (6) zum Befestigen an der Stütze (4) positioniert ist.
  5. Befestigungsvorrichtung (3) nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stützpunkt oder die Stützzone des freien Schenkels des Befestigungshakens (6) bei seiner Anbringung auf der Seite des Unterteils der Unterlage (2) einen Drehpunkt oder eine Drehfläche der Vorrichtung bildet, um die Anbringung erleichtern.
  6. Befestigungsvorrichtung (3) nach einem der Ansprüche 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der freie Schenkel (21) des Befestigungshakens (6), der sich auf dem Unterteil der Unterlage (2) im befestigten Zustand der Vorrichtung an der Unterlage (2) abstützt, die Form einer Spiralwindung annimmt.
  7. Befestigungsvorrichtung (3) nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der freie Schenkel (21) des Befestigungshakens (6) eine Rampe bildet, um die Unterlage (2) in den Haken (6) einzuführen.
  8. Befestigungsvorrichtung (3) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Haken (5) zum Festhalten des unteren Randes eines so genannten Überdachelements (1) im Allgemeinen U-förmig ist und einen freien Schenkel (8) und einen Schenkel (9), der zusammen mit der Stütze (4) einen offenen Winkel (α) bildet, um im Verhältnis zur Stütze (4) eine Achse für eine schräge Einführung des Dachelements (1) in den Haken (5) zu bilden, aufweist, wobei die Spitze des Winkels einen Stützpunkt (10) des Dachelements zwischen dem Haltehaken (5) und der Stütze (4) bildet, um ein Verschwenken durch Schwerkraft des Dachelements (1) zu ermöglichen, nachdem der Haltehaken (5) eingeführt wurde, wobei ein derartiges Verschwenken ein Festklemmen des Dachelements (1) zwischen dem Stützpunkt (10) und dem freien Schenkel (8) des Hakens (5) verursacht.
  9. Befestigungsvorrichtung (3) nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Winkel zwischen der Stütze (4) und dem Haltehaken (5) im angebrachten Zustand der Vorrichtung zwischen der Stütze (4) und dem Oberteil eines so genannten Unterdachelements (1), auf dem sich der Haltehaken (5) abstützt, einen freien Zwischenraum (11) bildet, der jegliches Aufsteigen von Wasser an der Stütze (4) entlang vermeidet.
  10. Befestigungsvorrichtung (3) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abschnitt (12) zum Verbinden des Befestigungshakens (6) mit der Stütze (4) derart gestaltet ist, dass im angebrachten Zustand der Vorrichtung die Stütze (4) sich im Wesentlichen parallel zu dem Dachelement, auf dessen Oberteil sich der Haltehaken (5) abstützt.
