In dem Dosengehäuse 2 ist eine einstückige Dichtung 6 in Form eines Ringes mit U-förmigem Querschnitt auf einer innen umlaufenden Rippe 9 aufgenommen, welche für die Abdichtung sowohl gegen den Kontaktträgereinsatz 5 (vgl. Fig. 2) als auch gegen einen bei geöffnetem Deckel 3 eingesetzten (nicht dargestellten Stecker) bestimmt und geeignet ist. Zu diesem Zweck hat der Kontaktträgereinsatz 5 eine einsteckseitig weisende Schulter 8, welche sich an die bodenseitige Fläche der Dichtung 6 anlegen kann, während der nicht dargestellte Stecker beim Einstecken in das und Verriegeln in dem Dosengehäuse 2 mit einer Stirnfläche an die einsteckseitige Fläche der Dichtung 6 zur Anlage kommt. Zur Verriegelung des Steckers gegenüber dem Dosengehäuse 2 weist letzteres auf seiner Innenwandfläche wenigstens einen Verriegelungsnocken 27 auf, welcher der Führung einer entsprechenden Bajonettnut des Steckers dient. Bei vollständigem Einsetzen und Eindrehen des Steckers in das Dosengehäuse 2 wird somit seine Stirnfläche zuverlässig an die Dichtung 6 angepresst.In the

Die Bajonettführungen 14 und die dazugehörigen Bajonettnocken 15 können ungleichmäßig bzw. unsymmetrisch über den Umfang des Kontaktträgereinsatzes 5 bzw. des Dosengehäuses 2 verteilt sein, um eine Codierung festzulegen.
