Claims (9)

  1. Unter Druck stehende Dose (1), umfassend einen verschlossenen Behälter (2, 3) mit einem Zugangsbereich (6), an dem der verschlossene Behälter (2, 3) als erstes geöffnet wird, und ein Produkt (5), das eine zu einem Kopfraum (7) benachbarte Produktoberfläche (55) bildet, wobei das Produkt (5) mit dem Kopfraum (7) in Fluidverbindung mit dem Zugangsbereich (6) in dem verschlossenen Behälter (2, 3) eingeschlossen ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der verschlossene Behälter (2, 3) angepasst ist, um das Volumen des Kopfraums (7) zu minimieren, während die Höhe (h, h') des Kopfraums oberhalb der Produktoberfläche (55) am Zugangsbereich (6) maximiert wird.
  2. Unter Druck stehende Dose (1) nach Anspruch 1, bei der der verschlossene Behälter (2, 3) mindestens ein Anziehungsmerkmal (11) aufweist, das sich in den Kopfraum (7) bis zu einer Stelle in Annäherung oder im Kontakt mit der Produktoberfläche (55) erstreckt, wobei das Anziehungsmerkmal (11) außerhalb des Zugangsbereichs (6) liegt.
  3. Unter Druck stehende Dose (1) nach Anspruch 2, bei der ein nach innen zu konkaver Teil des verschlossenen Behälters (2, 3) das Anziehungsmerkmal (11) liefert.
  4. Unter Druck stehende Dose (1) nach Anspruch 3, bei der das Anziehungsmerkmal (11) von einer Reihe von sich allmählich vertiefenden Wülsten gebildet wird, die angeordnet sind, um der Form einer Kuppel zu folgen, die sich zum Inneren des verschlossenen Behälters (2, 3) hin erstreckt.
  5. Unter Druck stehende Dose (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, bei der der verschlossene Behälter (2, 3) einen Körper (2) mit einer Öffnung zum Einführen des Produkts (5) und einen Deckel (3) umfasst, der angeordnet ist, um die Öffnung zu bedecken und zu verschließen, nachdem das Produkt (5) eingeführt worden ist
  6. Unter Druck stehende Dose (1) nach Anspruch 5, bei der der Körper (2) und Deckel (3) durch eine Schraubgewindeanordnung (42, 43) miteinander verbunden sind, und die Schraubgewindeanordnung (42, 43) angepasst ist, um es zu erlauben, den Deckel (3) in Bezug zum Körper (2) anzuheben, bevor man die Dose (1) auf Atmosphärendruck entlüften lässt.
  7. Dosenkörper (2) und Deckel (3), die durch eine Schraubgewindeanordnung (42, 43) miteinander verbindbar sind, wobei die Schraubgewindeanordnung (42, 43) angepasst ist, um während des Abschraubens des Deckels (3) vom Körper (2) den Deckel (3) in Bezug zum Körper (2) um eine vorbestimmte Strecke anzuheben.
  8. Dosenkörper (2) und Deckel (3) nach Anspruch 7, bei denen der Umfang des Körpers (2) und des Deckels (3) angeordnet sind, um am Ende der Hubbewegung des Deckels (3) in Bezug zum Körper (2) einen Spaltabschnitt bereit zu stellen.
  9. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer unter Druck stehenden Dose (1), umfassend die Schritte:
    - Nehmen eines Körpers (2) mit einer Öffnung,
    - Befüllen des Körpers (2) mit einem Produkt (5) durch die Öffnung, um eine Produktoberfläche (55) zu bilden,
    - Nehmen eines Deckels (3), der angepasst ist, um den Körper (2) zu verschließen, während über der Produktoberfläche (5) ein Kopfraum (7) gebildet wird,
    - Beaufschlagen des Kopfraums (7) mit Druck und Verschließen der Öffnung des Behälters (2) mit dem Deckel (3),
    - wobei der verschlossene Körper (2) und Deckel (3) ausgelegt sind, um die Höhe des Kopfraums (7) an dem Punkt zu maximieren, wo der Deckel (3) als erstes geöffnet wird.
