- the system of the "G 10 q ring lamp sockets" of the model series 26.712 shown therein includes sockets and holders, whereby one socket and optionally additionally several holders are used for each ring lamp.
- the socket and the holders have on their housings pivotally mounted, made of wire bent and substantially C- or U-shaped securing bracket.
- the circlips are pivoted after attaching the lamp cap to the terminal block of the socket on the lamp and thus hold them firmly on the socket or holder.
- terminal block As far as a version is mentioned, it consists of a terminal block with integrated electrical contacts and a surrounding housing, which also stores the circlip pivotally and is provided with attachment members for attachment to a luminaire part. Terminal block and housing together form a socket.
- the present invention does not relate primarily to a lamp socket, but a terminal block alone or as part of a ring lamp socket.
- connection block is not fastened in the luminaire, as a rule - if present - the retaining clips of the holders are connected to the lamp and the electrical connection is made to the connection block.
- the invention solves this problem with the features of claim 1 and is therefore characterized in that the securing bracket is associated with an ejector that separates the base of the lamp and the terminal block from each other with the opening movement of the securing bracket.
- the essential essence of the invention thus consists in that an ejector element is combined with the securing bow, which ensures that the lamp base is moved out of the connection block with the release (open pivoting) of the securing bow.
- This prevents the above-described destructive striking the lamp to light parts or other adjacent objects and therefore represents a significant improvement in particular with types of luminaires with flying lamp connections.
- the handling is also much easier, since the securing bracket can be operated with one hand, so that the second hand of the user can hold the lamp supportive. Jerky movements when removing the lamp from the terminal block are safely avoided according to the teachings of the invention. Also, a removal of the terminal block by train on the lines can be avoided. Such pulling entails the risk of damage to the connection points in itself.
- the securing bracket and the ejector member can be assigned to one another such that in an intermediate position the securing bracket no longer restrains the lamp, but the lamp-side socket contact pins have not yet moved completely out of the contacts of the terminal block.
- the securing bracket is designed resiliently and / or arranged so that it can dodge, if he should still be in the extension range of the lamp.
- the spring elasticity of the securing bracket in the interest of an automatic tolerance compensation advantage.
- securing bracket and ejector form a one-piece component.
- This component may be a relatively simple plastic injection molded part.
- it is also within the scope of the invention to make it of another material, e.g. made of sheet metal or wire.
- securing bracket and ejector each form an arm of a two-armed pivot lever in the manner of a rocker arm.
- the two can Arms of the pivot lever in an approximately C- or L-shaped assignment to each other.
- an embodiment of the invention provides that the pivot lever is arranged with its pivot axis in the connection block.
- the pivot lever can be arranged on the front side of the connection block in a receiving gap and held in place by a cover placed on the front side of the connection block.
- the cover can be plugged into the terminal block - possibly redetachable - in a simple and montageetechnisch favorable manner.
- Fig. 1 shows a ceiling lamp 10 with a lamp housing 11 and two annular bulbs 12, 13, which is commonly referred to as ring lamps because of their ring shape.
- two lamp sockets 14 are attached according to the number of ring lamps 12, 13.
- the lamp sockets are labeled 15.
- the reference numeral 16 indicates bow-shaped pivotable brackets which are placed after insertion of the lamps 12 and 13 in the associated sockets 14 partially around the respective lamp tube to hold the ring lamps 12 and 13 in place.
- the luminaire 10 illustrated in FIG. 2 differs from the luminaire illustrated in FIG. 1 in that no lamp sockets 14 are provided, but only connection blocks 17, of which in Fig. 2 of the inner ring lamp 12 associated terminal block is visible. With 18 circlips are designated with which the lamp base 15 and the terminal block 17 are releasably held together. This will be discussed in detail below.
- terminal blocks 17 of the type which are used "nakedly" in the exemplary embodiment of FIG. 2 are integrated in the lampholders 14 in FIG. 1, which may also be designed as so-called double-decker holders.
- Fig. 1 is a fixed assignment of the lamp sockets 14 to the lamp panel 11 with a defined supply of the conductor, not shown, from the back of the lamp 10 ago.
- the conductor connection in the luminaire shown in FIG. 2 is "flying" because the assignment of the connection block 17 to any defined point of the luminaire sheet 11 can be selected relatively freely.
- the invention has therefore created an ejector system with the aid and ease of handling of which the separation of the lamp base 15 from the terminal blocks 17 (either exposed ( Figure 2) or corresponding to Figure 1 integrated into a socket housing) is very simple.
- Fig. 3 shows a terminal block 17, a securing mound 18 and a cover plate 39.
- the terminal block 17 is a molded body of insulating material, in particular plastic or porcelain. It includes contacts 20 (see also Fig. 11) for the electrically conductive connection of electrical connection conductors, not shown, and socket contact pins 21 of a lamp base 15 (see Fig. 11).
- the contacts 20 have at their rear conductor terminal ends screwless terminals 22 and at their opposite ends fork spring 23 for receiving the lamp contact pins 21.
- the fork springs 23 of the contacts 20 can also be seen in Fig. 3.
- the circlip 18 has two pivot bearing pins 24, and the terminal block 17 associated, in Fig. 3 with 25 bearing pin receptacles 25 which are open to the front side 38 of the terminal block 17, so that the bearing pin 24 of the securing bracket 18 in the bearing receivers 25th can be clipped. This condition is shown in FIG.

- the already mentioned cover plate 39 is provided. It has laterally in opposing arrangement latching hooks 27, which engage from behind inside the edge 28 of the terminal block 17 and can dwell in latching openings 29 located there.
- the cover plate 39 has otherwise according to the number and Arrangement of the lamp contact pins 21 (FIG. 11) four through-openings 40 for this on.
- pivot axis S of the securing bracket 18 is designed as a two-armed lever, one arm 30 represents the actual circlip 18 and the other arm 31 is an ejector 32, whose function will be described in detail below.
- FIGS. 5 and 6 illustrate a terminal block 17 with a safety clip 18 pivotally mounted therein in three characteristic positions thereof.
- Fig. 5 shows the securing bracket in its operative position in which he partially engages the lamp or its lamp base not shown here above and on the side facing away from the terminal block 17 side.
- the ejector element 32 is located in an inoperative rest position retracted in the gap 26 of the connection block 17.
- Fig. 7 The other extreme end position is shown in Fig. 7.
- the securing bracket 18 is pivoted so far back that he no longer contacts the lamp.
- the ejector member 32 is in its farthest from the terminal block 17 projecting position, the actual ejection position.
- the ejector member 32 has come out of the terminal block 17 so far that it has pushed the lamp base so far from the terminal block 17, that its contact pins just contact the contacts in the terminal block, while the securing bracket 18 is pivoted so far is that you could now separate the lamp substantially force-free by hand from the terminal block 17.
- FIGS. 5 to 7 show in schematic views also in FIGS. 8 to 10, which require no further detailed description of FIGS. 5 to 7 due to the detailed explanation of FIGS.
- the securing bow 18 is made of elastic material or is designed resiliently, so that the withdrawal of the lamp cap 15 from the terminal block 17 without hindrance by the partially behind the lamp 12 located securing bracket 18 is possible.
- the two lever arms 30 and 31 having, as a rocker arm designed retaining clip 18 is - as shown in all drawings - in one piece and consists in the illustrated embodiment of a plastic injection molded part. It should also be mentioned that the securing bracket 18 has two stop lugs 37, which meaningfully limit the open pivoting of the securing bracket 18 in the direction of the arrow 33.
- FIG. 12 shows that, with an otherwise identical connection block 17, it is alternatively possible to use securing hooks 18 and 18 'having different sizes in order to take into account lamps with different tube and base diameters.
Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a terminal block for lamps, in particular ring lamps, with a Isolierstoffkörper and arranged therein electrical contacts for connecting conductors on the one hand and socket pins of the lamp on the other hand, and with a terminal block associated with the pivotable securing bracket for the lamp connected to the terminal block, the securing bracket in the Use position with a holding leg at least partially surrounds.
Reference is made to the state of the art on page 161 of the main catalog 2004/2007 of the Applicant. The system of the "G 10 q ring lamp sockets" of the model series 26.712 shown therein includes sockets and holders, whereby one socket and optionally additionally several holders are used for each ring lamp. The socket and the holders have on their housings pivotally mounted, made of wire bent and substantially C- or U-shaped securing bracket. The circlips are pivoted after attaching the lamp cap to the terminal block of the socket on the lamp and thus hold them firmly on the socket or holder.
As far as a version is mentioned, it consists of a terminal block with integrated electrical contacts and a surrounding housing, which also stores the circlip pivotally and is provided with attachment members for attachment to a luminaire part. Terminal block and housing together form a socket.
In practice, it is customary to firmly mount such sockets and possibly one or more lamp holders on a lamp sheet. But it is also a so-called flying arrangement possible in which waived a version as such and only one terminal block (and possibly holder) is used. Therefore, the present invention does not relate primarily to a lamp socket, but a terminal block alone or as part of a ring lamp socket.
Attaching a ring lamp in a corresponding lamp takes place so that the lamp cap is contacted with a terminal block. Then you swing the safety bar and possibly the one or more securing bracket of / the other holder on the lamp. When disassembling a lamp, proceed in reverse order.
In the case of a flying connection, which is characterized in that the connection block is not fastened in the luminaire, as a rule - if present - the retaining clips of the holders are connected to the lamp and the electrical connection is made to the connection block. When removing the lamp you can either first lamp base and terminal block separated from each other and then open the retaining clip of the additional holder or vice versa.
It is essential here, however, that due to the desired tight fit of the contact pins of the lamp in the contacts of the terminal block when releasing the lamp high pull-out forces occur after the sudden overcoming the control over the resulting movement is lost and you are located with the lamp in the vicinity Parts abuts. This can damage or even break the lamp.
This is where the invention starts. It is based essentially on the object, a terminal block with an associated with him To provide safety clip available, which allows the user in the first place when removing the lamp from the terminal block easier handling.
The invention solves this problem with the features of claim 1 and is therefore characterized in that the securing bracket is associated with an ejector that separates the base of the lamp and the terminal block from each other with the opening movement of the securing bracket.
The essential essence of the invention thus consists in that an ejector element is combined with the securing bow, which ensures that the lamp base is moved out of the connection block with the release (open pivoting) of the securing bow. This prevents the above-described destructive striking the lamp to light parts or other adjacent objects and therefore represents a significant improvement in particular with types of luminaires with flying lamp connections. At the same time, the handling is also much easier, since the securing bracket can be operated with one hand, so that the second hand of the user can hold the lamp supportive. Jerky movements when removing the lamp from the terminal block are safely avoided according to the teachings of the invention. Also, a removal of the terminal block by train on the lines can be avoided. Such pulling entails the risk of damage to the connection points in itself.
Since the ejector is motion-coupled with the terminal block, there is also a novel advantage when inserting a lamp in the terminal block at the same time. This presses their base namely against the ejector, which now inevitably moves the safety bar. As a result, it is achieved that at Using a lamp of the safety bar automatically comes into its operative position on the lamp. This is advantageous not only in terms of the simplified handling aspect, but also from the viewpoint of the mechanical and electrical safety of the entire assembly.
In a concrete embodiment of the principle according to the invention, the securing bracket and the ejector member can be assigned to one another such that in an intermediate position the securing bracket no longer restrains the lamp, but the lamp-side socket contact pins have not yet moved completely out of the contacts of the terminal block. In this way, it can be achieved in the desired case that the lamp base and connection block still remain loosely connected mechanically without the lamp being able to fall out. Nevertheless, a substantially force-free removal of the lamp by hand is possible without the safety bracket hindered. In particular, in this context, it is expedient if the securing bracket is designed resiliently and / or arranged so that it can dodge, if he should still be in the extension range of the lamp. Moreover, the spring elasticity of the securing bracket in the interest of an automatic tolerance compensation advantage.
In an advantageous embodiment, securing bracket and ejector form a one-piece component. This component may be a relatively simple plastic injection molded part. However, it is also within the scope of the invention to make it of another material, e.g. made of sheet metal or wire.
In a further embodiment, it is provided that securing bracket and ejector each form an arm of a two-armed pivot lever in the manner of a rocker arm. The two can Arms of the pivot lever in an approximately C- or L-shaped assignment to each other.
With regard to the attachment and / or assignment of the securing bow to the connection block, an embodiment of the invention provides that the pivot lever is arranged with its pivot axis in the connection block. In this connection, the pivot lever can be arranged on the front side of the connection block in a receiving gap and held in place by a cover placed on the front side of the connection block. The cover can be plugged into the terminal block - possibly redetachable - in a simple and montageetechnisch favorable manner.

Fig. 1 shows a
The
For the overall understanding, it should be mentioned that terminal blocks 17 of the type which are used "nakedly" in the exemplary embodiment of FIG. 2 are integrated in the
For both lamps described so far applies with respect to the assembly and disassembly of the
The invention has therefore created an ejector system with the aid and ease of handling of which the separation of the

Fig. 11). The
As can also be seen from FIGS. 3 and 4, the
In order to keep the securing
Based on the defined by the
Fig. 5 shows the securing bracket in its operative position in which he partially engages the lamp or its lamp base not shown here above and on the side facing away from the
The other extreme end position is shown in Fig. 7. Here, the securing
Here, the
The situations shown in perspective in FIGS. 5 to 7 show in schematic views also in FIGS. 8 to 10, which require no further detailed description of FIGS. 5 to 7 due to the detailed explanation of FIGS. However, it should be mentioned, with reference to FIG. 9, that it can be advantageous if the securing
Due to the above description, it is now clear that with the opening of the securing
Fig. 5 und 8) bringt. If, conversely, one imagines the insertion of a
The two
Finally, FIG. 12 shows that, with an otherwise
