Ce dispositif comprend un panneau support (2) sensiblement vertical destiné à être fixé à un support, équipé de moyens de fixation (8, 9, 10) d'un sac en matière synthétique (17) contenant les produits (18) à distribuer, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend dans sa partie inférieure un réceptacle (3) destiné à la récupération des produits prélevés en excès, échappés ou tombés du sac en matière plastique (17), le réceptacle (3) étant ajouré.

Description

  • La présente invention concerne un dispositif de distribution de produits consommables jetables, tels que des masques ou des charlottes.
  • Ce dispositif peut être utilisé dans tous les domaines d'activité.
  • Cependant, il est plus particulièrement destiné aux marchés hospitalier et agro-alimentaire.
  • Une possibilité pour distribuer des produits consommables jetables est l'utilisation de boîte en carton du type boîte à mouchoir.
  • Mais il est interdit d'utiliser des boîtes en carton en agro-alimentaire à cause de l'humidité et du risque que des particules de produits arrivent dans les aliments.
  • Une autre possibilité pour distribuer des produits consommables jetables est l'utilisation de distributeurs dans lesquels sont déposés en vrac les produits à distribuer.
  • Un type de distributeur connu est constitué d'un boîtier comportant un capot et un socle percé.
  • Le chargement de ce type de distributeur s'opère en soulevant le capot et en plaçant dans le boîtier des produits consommables jetables, puis en refermant le capot.
  • Le socle du boîtier est percé d'un orifice central équipé de lèvres élastiques retenant les produits consommables à l'intérieur du distributeur.
  • Pour des raisons d'hygiène, ce type de distributeur ne peut être utilisé en agro-alimentaire ou en hôpital.
  • En effet, la plupart des produits consommables jetables utilisés en agro-alimentaire ou en hôpital doivent être protégés au maximum de toutes impuretés ou microbes, ce qui ne serait pas le cas dans des distributeurs où les produits sont déposés en vrac.
  • De plus, avec ce type de distributeur, il arrive souvent qu'un utilisateur prélève plusieurs produits à la fois. L'ensemble des produits prélevés en excès devient la plupart du temps inutilisable.
  • En effet, soit ces produits tombent au sol et deviennent donc, pour des raisons d'hygiène, inutilisables ou soit ils sont déposés par l'utilisateur sur une surface non propre et deviennent donc également inutilisables.
  • La présente invention vise donc à remédier à ces inconvénients.
  • Le problème technique à la base de l'invention est la réalisation d'un dispositif de distribution de produits consommables jetables permettant d'éviter la contamination des produits prélevés en excès ou tombant du sachet en matière synthétique.
  • A cet effet, l'invention concerne un dispositif de distribution de produits consommables jetables comprenant un panneau support sensiblement vertical destiné à être fixé à un support, équipé de moyens de fixation d'un sac en matière synthétique contenant les produits à distribuer, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend dans sa partie inférieure un réceptacle destiné à la récupération des produits prélevés en excès, échappés ou tombés du sac en matière plastique, le réceptacle étant ajouré.
  • Ainsi, lors d'un prélèvement de produit par un utilisateur, les produits s'échappant ou tombant du sac en matière synthétique sont récupérés dans le réceptacle, évitant ainsi leur contamination au contact du sol.
  • De plus, les produits prélevés en excès par l'utilisateur peuvent être déposés par celui-ci dans le réceptacle afin de ne pas les contaminer en les déposant sur une surface non propre.
  • De plus, le réceptacle étant ajouré afin de ne pas ménager de zone de rétention de poussière ou de liquide, notamment après nettoyage du dispositif, les produits tombés dans le réceptacle ou déposés par l'utilisateur dans le réceptacle ne peuvent pas être contaminés par celui-ci.
  • Avantageusement, le réceptacle comprend deux séries de barrettes transversales, les deux séries de barrettes étant disposées en quinconce.
  • Dans un mode de réalisation de l'invention, les deux séries de barrettes sont inclinées en sens inverse, de haut en bas et de l'extérieur vers l'intérieur du réceptacle.
  • Avantageusement, chaque barrette appartenant à la première série est reliée aux barrettes appartenant à la deuxième série qui lui sont adjacentes au niveau de leur extrémité inférieure, chaque coin de l'extrémité inférieure d'une barrette appartenant à la première série étant relié à un coin de l'extrémité inférieure d'une barrette appartenant à la deuxième série qui lui est adjacente.
  • Avantageusement, les moyens de fixations sont au nombre de trois, deux étant disposés à l'extrémité supérieure du panneau support et à l'opposé l'un de l'autre et un étant disposé au centre de l'extrémité inférieure du panneau support.
  • Dans un mode de réalisation de l'invention, les moyens de fixations sont des crochets.
  • Dans un mode de réalisation de l'invention, les deux crochets disposés à l'extrémité supérieure du panneau support sont plus longs que le troisième crochet afin de faciliter l'inclinaison vers le bas du sac en matière synthétique contenant les produits à distribuer.
  • De toute façon l'invention sera bien comprise à l'aide de la description qui suit, en référence au dessin schématique indexé représentant, à titre d'exemple non limitatif, une forme d'exécution de ce dispositif de distribution de produits consommables jetables.

  • Figure 3 est une vue en perspective d'un dispositif selon l'invention sur lequel est fixé un sac en matière synthétique contenant des produits à distribuer.
  • Les figures 1 et 2 représentent un dispositif de distribution de produits consommables jetables 1 selon l'invention.
  • Le dispositif de distribution de produits consommables jetables 1 est réalisé en une seule pièce et comprend un panneau support 2 et un réceptacle ajouré 3.
  • Le panneau support 2, sensiblement vertical, comprend une surface plane de fond 4, de forme sensiblement rectangulaire, comportant des premiers moyens de fixation 5 du panneau support 2 sur un mur ou contre un autre support.
  • La surface plane de fond 4 est entourée par une paroi périphérique 6 sensiblement perpendiculaire à la surface de fond 4. La cavité formée par la paroi périphérique 6 et la surface plane de fond 4 délimite un logement pour des sacs en matière synthétique contenant les produits à distribuer, par exemple des masques ou des charlottes.
  • La paroi périphérique 6 possède un bord périphérique 7 replié vers l'extérieur qui est équipé de seconds moyens de fixation 8, 9, 10 d'un sac en matière synthétique contenant les produits à distribuer.
  • Le bord périphérique 7 de la paroi périphérique 6 est prolongé sur trois de ses côtés par un jupe 11 s'étendant jusqu'au mur ou au support sur lequel la surface de fond 4 est fixée. Seul le côté inférieur du bord périphérique 7 n'est pas prolongé par la jupe 11.
  • La jupe 11 est prolongée à chacune de ses extrémités inférieures par les parois latérales 12, 13 du réceptacle ajouré 3.
  • Le réceptacle 3 comprend deux séries de barrettes transversales 14, 15, de forme sensiblement rectangulaire, disposées en quinconce et deux parois latérales 12, 13 sensiblement inclinées de haut en bas vers l'intérieur du réceptacle 3 et reliées chacune à la jupe 11.
  • La première série de barrettes comporte quatre barrettes 14 et la seconde série de barrette comporte cinq barrettes 15.
  • Les deux séries de barrettes sont inclinées en sens inverse, de haut en bas et de l'extérieur vers l'intérieur du réceptacle 3.
  • Chaque barrette 14 appartenant à la première série est reliée aux barrettes 15 appartenant à la deuxième série qui lui sont adjacentes au niveau de leur extrémité inférieure, chaque coin de l'extrémité inférieure d'une barrette 14 appartenant à la première série étant relié à un coin de l'extrémité inférieure d'une barrette 15 appartenant à la deuxième série qui lui est adjacente.
  • De plus, chaque barrette 14 appartenant à la première série est reliée aux barrettes 14 appartenant à la première série qui lui sont adjacentes par un pont de matière 16 au niveau de leur extrémité supérieure, chaque coin de l'extrémité supérieure d'une barrette 14 appartenant à la première série étant relié à un coin de l'extrémité supérieure d'une barrette 14 appartenant à la première série qui lui est adjacente par un pont de matière 16, sauf en ce qui concerne bien entendu les deux barrettes 14 situées respectivement près des parois latérales 12, 13, celles-ci ne sont reliées qu'à une seule barrette 14 appartenant à le première série.
  • L'extrémité supérieure de chacune des parois latérales 12, 13 du réceptacle 3 est reliée respectivement au coin libre de l'extrémité supérieure de la barrette 14 qui lui est adjacente par un pont de matière 16.
  • L'extrémité inférieure de chacune des parois latérales 12, 13 du réceptacle 3 est reliée respectivement au coin libre de l'extrémité inférieure de la barrette 15 qui lui est adjacente.
  • L'extrémité supérieure de chaque barrette 15 appartenant à la deuxième série se trouve en retrait de la surface plane de fond 4 afin de ne pas gêner la fixation du panneau support 2 sur un mur ou contre un support.
  • Les premiers moyens de fixation 5 du panneau support 2 sur un mur ou contre un autre support sont des fentes horizontales ménagées dans la surface de fond 4.
  • Deux fentes sont ménagées à l'extrémité supérieure de la surface de fond 4 et à l'opposé l'une de l'autre et troisième fente est ménagée au centre de l'extrémité inférieure de la surface de fond 4.

  • Les deux crochets 8, 9 sont plus longs que le crochet 10 afin de faciliter l'inclinaison vers le bas du sac en matière synthétique contenant les produits à distribuer, afin de récupérer si besoin est, le produit dans le réceptacle 2.

  • Le sac de matière synthétique 17 comprend trois orifices adaptés pour permettre sa fixation sur les crochets 8, 9, 10 ménagés dans le bord périphérique 7.
  • Le sac 17 comprend également une ouverture centrale 19 ménagée dans sa face avant afin de permettre un prélèvement de produits 18 lorsque le sac 17 est fixé sur le panneau support 2.
  • L'ouverture centrale 19 se trouve à la verticale du réceptacle ajouré 3, ainsi ce dernier permet la récupération des produits échappés ou tombés de l'ouverture 19 du sac en matière synthétique 17.
  • De plus, le réceptacle 3 étant ajouré afin de ne pas ménager de zone de rétention de poussière ou de liquide, notamment après nettoyage du dispositif 1, les produits tombés du sac 17 dans le réceptacle 3 ou déposés dans le réceptacle 3 par l'utilisateur ne sont pas contaminés.
  • Il va de soi que l'invention n'est pas limitée à la forme de réalisation, décrite ci-dessus à titre d'exemple, mais qu'elle en embrasse au contraire toutes les variantes de réalisation entrant dans le champ de protection défini par les revendications ci-annexées.

Claims (7)

  1. Dispositif de distribution de produits consommables jetables (1) comprenant un panneau support (2) sensiblement vertical destiné à être fixé à un support, équipé de moyens de fixation (8, 9, 10) d'un sac en matière synthétique (17) contenant les produits (18) à distribuer, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend dans sa partie inférieure un réceptacle (3) destiné à la récupération des produits prélevés en excès, échappés ou tombés du sac en matière plastique (17), le réceptacle (3) étant ajouré.
  2. Dispositif de distribution de produits consommables jetables (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le réceptacle (3) comprend deux séries de barrettes transversales (14, 15), les deux séries de barrettes étant disposées en quinconce.
  3. Dispositif de distribution de produits consommables jetables (1) selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les deux séries de barrettes (14, 15) sont inclinées en sens inverse, de haut en bas et de l'extérieur vers l'intérieur du réceptacle.
  4. Dispositif de distribution de produits consommables jetables (1) selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que chaque barrette (14) appartenant à la première série est reliée aux barrettes (15) appartenant à la deuxième série qui lui sont adjacentes au niveau de leur extrémité inférieure, chaque coin de l'extrémité inférieure d'une barrette (14) appartenant à la première série étant relié à un coin de l'extrémité inférieure d'une barrette (15) appartenant à la deuxième série qui lui est adjacente.
  5. Dispositif de distribution de produits consommables jetables (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de fixations (8, 9, 10) sont au nombre de trois, deux étant disposés à l'extrémité supérieure du panneau support (2) et à l'opposé l'un de l'autre et un étant disposé au centre de l'extrémité inférieure du panneau support (2).
  6. Dispositif de distribution de produits consommables jetables (1) selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de fixations (8, 9, 10) sont des crochets.
  7. Dispositif de distribution de produits consommables jetables selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les deux crochets (8, 9) disposés à l'extrémité supérieure du panneau support (2) sont plus longs que le troisième crochet (10) afin de faciliter l'inclinaison vers le bas du sac en matière synthétique (17) contenant les produits à distribuer (18).
