Abstract

L'invention porte sur un film plastique avec formation de bords destiné à recouvrir le sol en agriculture. Chaque bord formé est plié deux fois dans le même sens de manière que le premier pli (4) ait une largeur (b) inférieure (c) au second pli (5), de préférence de la moitié de la largeur de ce dernier. Les parties superposées de chaque bord formé sont soudées les unes autres par des soudures successives (7i) sur la longueur du bord, de préférence en transversale, et de manière que le premier pli (4) ainsi que le second pli (5) soient soudés au corps principal (1) du film plastique, et non l'un à l'autre. En outre, le premier pli (4) est soudé au corps principal (1) par soudures par points (8) pouvant être d'une forme quelconque, et de préférence, ovales ou en forme de cercles dont les dimensions ne sont pas plus grandes que la moitié de la largeur (b) du premier pli (4) et qui sont situées de préférence à mi-chemin entre deux soudures transversales successives (7i). De cette manière, on forme les poches d'insertion de poids qui ont également une ouverture pour insérer le poids dans chaque poche quasiment égale à la longueur de chaque poche. Les soudures par points (8) tirent le premier pli (4) vers le corps principal (1) du film plastique lorsque celui-ci se colle afin de fermer les ouvertures d'insertion de poids et de piéger la terre dans les poches.
