Claims (21)

  1. Dosisanzeiger für eine Ausgabevorrichtung für ein fluides Produkt, wobei der Anzeiger aufweist:
    - einen Körper (4),
    - eine Betätigungsvorrichtung (1), die in Bezug auf den Körper (4) um eine erste Achse drehbar angebracht ist und Mitnahmemittel (14, 15) aufweist,
    - ein zylindrisches Anzeigeelement (2), das in Bezug auf den Körper (4) um eine zweite Achse drehbar angebracht ist und eine Verzahnung (21) aufweist, die mit den Mitnahmemitteln (14, 15) der Betätigungsvorrichtung (1) zusammenwirkt, um bei jeder Betätigung der Ausgabevorrichtung verdreht zu werden, wobei das Anzeigeelement (2) des Weiteren numerische und/oder symbolische Anzeigemittel (25) aufweist, um dem Benutzer die Anzahl der ausgegebenen oder zur Ausgabe verbleibenden Dosen der Ausgabevorrichtung anzuzeigen,
    wobei die Betätigungsvorrichtung (1) mit Betätigungsmitteln (7) zusammenwirkt, die mit dem Körper (4) in einem Stück ausgebildet sind, wobei die Betätigungsmittel (7) bei jeder Betätigung der Ausgabevorrichtung verschoben werden und mit der Betätigungsvorrichtung (1) zusammenwirken, um die Verschiebung der Betätigungsmittel (7) in eine Drehung der Betätigungsvorrichtung (1) umzuwandeln,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    - eines von Betätigungsvorrichtung (1) und Betätigungsmitteln (7) mindestens eine Betätigungseinrichtung (8) aufweist, die in Bezug auf die Verschiebungsrichtung der Betätigungsmittel (7) teilweise schräg verläuft, wobei die mindestens eine Betätigungseinrichtung (8) mit mindestens einer komplementären Betätigungseinrichtung (17) zusammenwirkt, die auf dem anderen von Betätigungsvorrichtung (1) und Betätigungsmitteln (7) vorgesehen ist, so dass eine Verschiebung der Betätigungsmittel (7) in eine Drehung der Betätigungsvorrichtung (1) umgewandelt wird,
    - und dass die Betätigungseinrichtung (8) einen schrägen Teil zum Umsetzen der Zählung der Dosis und einen geradlinigen Teil aufweist, der in der Betätigungsrichtung der Betätigungsmittel (7) nach dem schrägen Teil angeordnet ist, wobei es der geradlinige Teil ermöglicht, nach Zählung der Dosis dem Betätigungsverlauf der Vorrichtung zu folgen.
  2. Anzeiger nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Anzeigeelement (2) um die Betätigungsvorrichtung (1) herum angeordnet ist, wobei die Verzahnung (21) in der inneren Umfangswand des Anzeigeelements (2) ausgeführt ist.
  3. Anzeiger nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die erste und die zweite Achse identisch sind.
  4. Anzeiger nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei ein mit dem Körper (4) einstückig ausgebildetes Abdeckelement (3) um das Anzeigeelement (2) herum angeordnet ist, wobei das Abdeckelement (3) ein Fenster (24) aufweist, um die Anzeigemittel (25) des Anzeigeelements (2) sichtbar zu machen.
  5. Anzeiger nach Anspruch 4, wobei eines von Anzeigeelement (2) und Abdeckelement (3) Führungsmittel (22) aufweist, die mit auf dem anderen Element (3, 2) vorgesehenen komplementären Führungsmitteln (23) zusammenwirken.
  6. Anzeiger nach Anspruch 5, wobei die Führungsmittel (22) mindestens eine Führungsnut (22) aufweisen und die komplementären Führungsmittel mindestens einen Führungsvorsprung (23) aufweisen.
  7. Anzeiger nach Anspruch 6, wobei die Führungsnut (22), die insbesondere spiralförmig sein kann, mehrere Drehungen um das Anzeigeelement (2) bzw. um das Abdeckelement (3) ausführen kann, wodurch es dem Anzeiger möglich wird, eine Anzahl von Dosen zu zählen, die höher liegt als die Anzahl der in der Verzahnung (21) des Anzeigeelements (2) vorgesehenen Zähne.
  8. Anzeiger nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der schräge Teil am Anfang des Betätigungsverlaufs der Vorrichtung vorgesehen ist.
  9. Anzeiger nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die mindestens eine Betätigungseinrichtung (8) eine Betätigungsnut (8) und die mindestens eine komplementäre Betätigungseinrichtung (17) ein Betätigungsvorsprung (17) ist.
  10. Anzeiger nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    wobei die Mitnahmemittel (14, 15) der Betätigungsvorrichtung eine flexible Lasche (15) aufweisen, die einen Mitnahmevorsprung (14) trägt, der mit den Zähnen der Verzahnung (21) des Anzeigeelements (2) zusammenwirkt.
  11. Anzeiger nach Anspruch 10, wobei die flexible Lasche (15) einen ersten Teil der flexiblen Lasche (15a) und einen zweiten Teil der flexiblen Lasche (15b) aufweist, wobei der erste Teil der flexiblen Lasche (15a) den Mitnahmevorsprung (14) trägt und der zweite Teil der flexiblen Lasche (15b) die erste flexible Lasche (15a) mit der Betätigungsvorrichtung (1) verbindet.
  12. Anzeiger nach Anspruch 11, wobei zur Gewährleistung einer Zählung bei jeder Betätigung und zum Ausgleich von Fertigungstoleranzen der Drehwinkel der Betätigungsvorrichtung (1) größer ist als der durch einen Zahn der Verzahnung (21) des Anzeigeelements (2) definierte Winkel, wobei der Körper (4) Widerlagermittel (13) zum Sperren der Drehung des Anzeigeelements (2) nach Drehung auf einem Zahn der Verzahnung (21) aufweist, wobei die weitere Drehung der Betätigungsvorrichtung (1) durch eine Biegung des zweiten Teils der flexiblen Lasche (15b) der Mitnahmemittel (14, 15) kompensiert wird.

Anzeiger nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Körper (4) einen zumindest teilweise zylindrischen Wandteil (4) aufweist, der zwischen der Betätigungsvorrichtung (1) und dem Anzeigeelement (2) angeordnet ist, wobei der Wandteil eine Ausnehmung (40) aufweist, die einen Durchgang für die Mitnahmemittel (14, 15) der Betätigungsvorrichtung (1) zur Verzahnung (21) des Anzeigeelements (2) bildet.
  14. Anzeiger nach den Ansprüchen 12 und 13, wobei ein Rand (13) der Ausnehmung (40) die Widerlagermittel (13) bildet.
  15. Anzeiger nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, wobei der Körper (4) Rückdrehsicherungsmittel (11, 12) für das Anzeigeelement (2) aufweist, die dieses daran hindern, sich in eine Richtung zu drehen, die zu der ihm von der Betätigungsvorrichtung (1) erteilten Richtung entgegengesetzt ist.
  16. Anzeiger nach Anspruch 15, wobei die Rückdrehsicherungsmittel (11, 12) eine flexible Lasche (11) aufweisen, die einen Rückdrehsicherungsvorsprung (12) aufweist, die mit der Verzahnung (21) zusammenwirkt.
  17. Anzeiger nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,

Ausgabevorrichtung für ein fluides Produkt, aufweisend einen Behälter (100), der das fluide Produkt enthält, eine Ausgabeeinrichtung (200), wie eine Pumpe oder ein Ventil, und einen Ausgabekopf (6), der eine Ausgabeöffnung enthält, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung einen Dosisanzeiger nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche aufweist.
  20. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 19, wobei der Körper (4) ein Teil des Kopfes (6) ist, wobei die Betätigungsmittel (7) mit dem Kopf (6) einstückig ausgebildet sind.
  21. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 19 oder 20, wobei die Betätigungsmittel (7) auf einem Einsatz (5) ausgebildet sind, der stromaufwärts der Ausgabeöffnung in den Kopf (6) eingefügt ist.
