Description

The invention relates to a dishwasher with a washing container and a pipe system connected thereto with air conduction.

A dishwasher has, as is known, a rinsing process whose program sequence consists of at least one partial program step "pre-rinsing", one sub-program step "cleaning", at least one sub-program step "intermediate rinsing", one sub-program step "rinsing" and one sub-program step "drying". To increase the cleaning effect while the rinsing liquid is heated before or during a Teilprogrammschrittes. The heating of the rinsing liquid is usually carried out by means of electric heaters. For drying items to be washed in a dishwasher different drying systems are known.

For example, the items to be washed can be dried by self-heat drying if the rinsing liquid is heated in a rinse-out subprogram step and the hot, rinsed items are automatically dried by the self-heat of the item to be washed during the drying process. In order to achieve this self-heat drying, the rinsing liquid is heated to a certain temperature in the partial program step "rinsing" and applied to the items to be washed by means of spraying. Due to the relatively high temperature of the rinsing liquid in the partial program step "rinsing" usually from 65 ° C to 75 ° C is achieved that a sufficiently large amount of heat is transferred to the items to be washed, so that the water adhering to the items by the heat stored in the items to be washed evaporated.

In another known drying device, a separate heating source, e.g. a hot air blower, used in the rinsing tank to heat the humid air mixture during the drying process, so that the air in the washing container can absorb a larger amount of moisture.

There are known dishwashers in which the moist air is discharged to the outside. This is disadvantageous because the surrounding kitchen furniture is damaged.

Therefore, other dishwashers are known in which the moist air is passed before passing over condensation surfaces, where the moisture condenses. This condensation water is directed either into the rinsing container or into special collection containers.

From the DE 27 16 686 A1 a dishwashing machine is known in which a heat pipe protrudes into the washing and forms a cooling surface there. The heat released by the hot humid air is transported to the outside by means of the heat pipe. So that the heat pipe does not dissipate heat during partial program steps in which heating in the washing compartment is desired, the heat pipe is filled with an inert gas in these partial program steps, which prevents the function of the heat pipe.

In the dishwasher of OS 37 41 652, a heat exchanger is connected to the washing container via channels in such a way that air is conducted from the washing container by convection and / or by a blower over the heat exchanger. In this case, the heat exchanger consists of a latent heat storage, which cools the air from the washing, whereby water condenses from this. This cooled air, whose water content has been reduced by condensation, is returned to the washing compartment. There it warms up by contact with dishes, baskets, and the container walls of the washing container. As the temperature increases, the relative humidity of the recirculated air decreases. As a result, they can absorb moisture again in the washing container and the cycle can be run through the heat exchanger again.

For example, the refrigerator of US 3,985,182 A liquid-filled cuvette extends through an insulating wall into a higher temperature compartment and at the same time into a lower temperature compartment to transfer heat from the higher temperature compartment to the lower temperature compartment. The two cooling compartments are separated from each other by the insulation wall so that no air exchange takes place.

A disadvantage of the heating systems described above according to the prior art described above is that the heating of the rinsing liquid is associated with a high energy requirement and the required heat energy for each heating phase must be recreated by means of the electrical heating elements. Likewise, the known heating systems have the disadvantage that the heating of the rinsing liquid in the partial program step "rinse" and the operations in the sub-program step "drying" are themselves associated with a high energy demand and the required heat energy is lost after the drying process.

It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a dishwasher with which it is possible to efficiently clean and dry the items to be washed located in the washing container, and to keep the associated energy expenditure as low as possible from an economic point of view.

This object is achieved by the dishwasher according to the invention having the features according to claim 1. Advantageous developments of the present invention are characterized in the subclaims.

The dishwasher according to the invention with a rinsing container has an air-conductively connected to the rinsing tank line system, projects into the at least one heat pipe with both ends, wherein the heat pipe on the one hand for cooling and damaschine. In addition, the fan increases the effect of the heat pipe, since the air to be conveyed is promoted faster.

According to another preferred feature of the invention, the air is cooled by means of the heat pipe. Thus, the actual function of a heat pipe, the cooling is used with removal of the absorbed heat energy. By cooling the air, its moisture absorption capacity is lowered and the moisture content of the air precipitates as condensate.

According to another preferred feature of the invention, the air is heated by means of the heat pipe. Thus, the further function of the already existing heat pipe-the transported heat is absorbed when cooling the humid air and condensing the moisture from the moist air-used to further save energy.

According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, a heater is arranged in the line between the inlet and the other end of the heat pipe. If the heating of the air through the heat pipe is not sufficient, the air is additionally heated with a heater to ensure the drying function. Despite the additional energy consumption for the heating energy savings compared to the above-described prior art is achieved.

According to a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, a condenser is arranged in the conduit between the outlet and the one end of the heat pipe or alternatively in the conduit between the one end of the heat pipe and the other end of the heat pipe. If the dehumidification of the air through the heat pipe is not sufficient, the air is additionally passed to a condenser to ensure the drying function, which performs the missing dehumidification.

Daher befindet sich die Leitung 5 zu der "kalten Seite" 11 des Wärmerohrs 10 im oberen Bereich des Spülbehälters 2.In FIG. 1 an embodiment of the dishwasher 1 according to the invention is shown schematically. This dishwasher 1 has a vertically arranged heat pipe 10, the operation of which runs from top to bottom. Such heat pipes white inside a capillary structure, which allows a non-described filled working fluid, from the "warm side" 12 to the "cold Side 11 of the heat pipe 10. Therefore, the line 5 is to the "cold side" 11 of the heat pipe 10 in the upper part of the washing container.

In FIG. 2 is a further embodiment of the dishwasher according to the invention 1 'shown schematically. This dishwasher 1 'also has a vertically arranged heat pipe 10', but its mode of operation is in contrast to that in FIG FIG. 1 shown embodiment from bottom to top. For this purpose, no heat pipe 10 'with capillaries is needed, since the working liquid falls by gravity from the "warm side"12' to the "cold side" 11 'of the heat pipe.

Daher befindet sich die Leitung 5" zu der "kalten Seite" 11" des Wärmerohrs 10" im oberen Bereich des Spülbehälters 2".In FIG. 3 1, a further embodiment of the dishwasher 1 "according to the invention is shown schematically, which, in contrast to the two vertical heat pipes 10, 10 ', has this dishwasher 1" FIGS. 1 and 2 The air circulation in this embodiment extends from top to bottom, and therefore, the conduit 5 "is located to the" cold side "11" of the heat pipe 10 "in the upper portion of the purge container 2".

Daher befindet sich die Leitung 5" zu der "kalten Seite" 11" des Wärmerohrs 10" im oberen Bereich des Spülbehälters 2".In FIG. 4 A further embodiment of the dishwasher 1 '' according to the invention is shown schematically, this dishwasher 1 '''also has a horizontally arranged heat pipe 10'', although the air circulation runs from bottom to top, and therefore the line 5''is to the' cold 'side "11" of the heat pipe 10 "in the upper part of the washing container 2".

The method described below is basically the same in all embodiments shown.

A dishwashing machine 1, 1 ', 1 ", 1"' is known to have a rinsing process whose program sequence consists of at least one partial program step "pre-rinsing", one sub-program step "cleaning", at least one sub-program step "intermediate rinsing", one sub-program step "rinsing" and one partial program step "Drying" exists. According to the invention and in the illustrated embodiments, air from the washing compartment 2, 2 ', 2 ", 2"' during the partial program step "drying" through the conduit system 4, 4 ', 4 ", 4"' and back into the washing compartment 2, 2 ', 2 ", 2"' passed. For this purpose, the blower 9, 9 ', 9 ", 9'" is turned on. The airway is indicated by arrows A, B and C. indicated. The one of the blower 9, 9 ', 9 ", 9'" via the line 5, 5 ', 5 ", 5"' to one end 11, 11 ', 11 ", 11'" - to the "cold side" - of the heat pipe 10, 10 ', 10 ", 10"', a great deal of heat energy is conducted on the "cold side" 11, 11 ', 11 ", 11"' of the heat pipe 10, 10 ', 10 ", 10"' withdrawn so that it cools very much and since cold air has a much lower moisture absorption capacity, while a large proportion of the moisture is condensed. For good heat conduction from the air to the heat pipe 10, 10 ', 10 ", 10"' heat conducting ribs 13, 13 ', 13 ", 13"' are arranged. The heat pipe 10, 10 ', 10 ", 10"' conducts the heat removed from the moist air (sensible heat) and the heat produced during the condensation (latent heat) to its other end 12, 12 ', 12 ", 12"' - the "warm side" of the heat pipe 10, 10 ', 10 ", 10"'. The now very dry air passes via the line 6, 6 ', 6 ", 6"' from one end 11, 11 ', 11 ", 11"' of the heat pipe 10, 10 ', 10 ", 10"' to the other end 12, 12 ', 12 ", 12"' of the heat pipe 10, 10 ', 10 ", 10"' and is heated there. For good heat conduction from the heat pipe 10, 10 ', 10 ", 10"' to the air heat conducting fins 14, 14 ', 14 ", 14"' are arranged. The now heated and very dry air now passes via the line 7, 7 ', 7 ", 7"' from the other end 12, 12 ', 12 ", 12"' of the heat pipe 10, 10 ', 10 ", 10"'to the inlet 8, 8', 8 ", 8 '" of the washing container 2, 2', 2 ", 2"'and thus again in the washing container 2, 2', 2 ", 2"'. The heated air introduced into the washing containers 2, 2 ', 2 ", 2"' is now much drier and has a high absorption capacity for moisture. It rises in the washing container 2, 2 ', 2 ", 2"' upwards and absorbs the residual moisture on the items to be washed. It is now, as already described above, the heat pipe 10, 10 ', 10 ", 10"' forwarded.

Through the use of a heat pipe 10, 10 ', 10 ", 10"' is only one compared to the prior art much lower heating of the material to be treated necessary, in the described embodiments in the program step "rinse" only about 50 ° C. , possibly even lower. This means a significant energy saving. Due to the heating of the air, the moisture absorption capacity thereof is increased again with each passage through the line system 4, 4 ', 4 ", 4"', which leads to an improvement in the drying result and / or to a shortening of the drying time.

With the present invention, a dishwasher 1, 1 ', 1 ", 1"' is provided, with which it is possible to efficiently clean and to wash items located in the washing container 2, 2 ', 2 ", 2'" dry and the associated energy expenditure as low as possible.
