Dispositif d'éclairage (10) pour l'illumination d'une surface de bâtiment (16) ou d'une partie de surface de bâtiment, comprenant un boîtier d'éclairage (11), avec une unité de sources lumineuses (12), au moins un élément réflecteur (13) et une ouverture d'éclairage (24), caractérisé en ce que l'unité de sources lumineuses (12) est formée d'un corps creux (17) cylindrique circulaire en section transversale, essentiellement fermé, métallisé intérieurement, dans lequel trois sources lumineuses (21, 22, 23) de couleurs différentes sont disposées équidistantes les unes des autres, le long d'une ligne circulaire (20), autour d'un axe central (19) du corps creux, et qui présente une ouverture de sortie de lumière (18) à travers laquelle passe le mélange des lumières colorées émises par les sources lumineuses, l'élément réflecteur (13) étant disposé sur le trajet de la lumière (P1, P2, P3, P4), entre l'ouverture de sortie de lumière (18) et l'ouverture d'éclairage (24) de manière qu'au moins la majeure partie de la lumière sortant à travers l'ouverture d'éclairage et émise par l'unité de sources lumineuses (12) est réfléchie par l'élément réflecteur, et l'unité de sources lumineuses se trouvant au moins en partie dans le boîtier d'éclairage.
  2. Dispositif d'éclairage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le corps creux (17) est formé d'un élément essentiellement cylindrique lequel s'étend le long d'un axe du corps creux (19).
  3. Dispositif d'éclairage selon l'une des précédentes revendications, en particulier selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture de sortie de lumière (18) occupe au niveau du corps creux (17) une zone périphérique d'entre 90° et 150°, de préférence, d'environ 120°.
  4. Dispositif d'éclairage selon l'une des précédentes revendications, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture de sortie de lumière (18) est partiellement translucide.
  5. Dispositif d'éclairage selon l'une des précédentes revendications, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture de sortie de lumière (18) est métallisée sur sa face interne (25).
  6. Dispositif d'éclairage selon l'une des précédentes revendications, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture de sortie de lumière (18) est conçue allongée.
  7. Dispositif d'éclairage selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la longueur de l'ouverture de sortie de lumière (18) correspond essentiellement à une longueur des sources lumineuses (21, 22, 23).
  8. Dispositif d'éclairage selon l'une des précédentes revendications, caractérisé en ce que les sources lumineuses (21, 22, 23) sont chacune allongée le long d'un axe (M1, M2, M3).
  9. Dispositif d'éclairage selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que les sources lumineuses (21, 22, 23) présentent chacune une caractéristique d'émission, symétrique en rotation, autour de l'axe associé (M1, M2, M3).
  10. Dispositif d'éclairage selon l'une des précédentes revendications, caractérisé en ce que les sources lumineuses (21, 22, 23) sont alignées, les unes par rapport aux autres, essentiellement parallèlement.
  11. Dispositif d'éclairage selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les sources lumineuses (21, 22, 23) sont alignées parallèlement à l'axe du corps creux (19).
  12. Dispositif d'éclairage selon l'une des précédentes revendications, caractérisé en ce que les sources lumineuses (21, 22, 23) sont formées de lampes fluorescentes.
