Definitions
- the invention relates to a method for the commissioning of radio-based hazard detection systems having a main station with a transmitting and receiving device and peripheral elements each having a transmitting and receiving device in a cell of the danger detection system.
- Danger alarm systems in which messages are transmitted by radio, offer the user many advantages.
- the alarm systems comprise alarm sensors as peripheral elements which, in the event of a detected danger, for example fire or burglary, transmit a danger message via a radio link to a central station or main station (which should also be understood as repeater), in order to eliminate the danger further measures , how to alert the fire department or police, are initiated.
- the WO 00/21053 A describes a method for automatically programming a wireless sensing and / or control system to register one or more sensor devices distributed at various locations over an entire spatial area.
- a two-way wireless communication capability between a base station having a base station transceiver and at least one of the sensor devices having a sensor device transceiver is provided thereby.
- a registration condition is initiated in the base station to place the system in a sensor device registration mode.
- a trigger event is introduced into a sensor device and a message signal is provided to a new device identifying the sensor device from the sensor device transceiver to the base station transceiver in response to the triggering event.
- the sensor component identification address is stored in the sensor component.
- Out EP 1282094 is a method of radio transmission in a danger detection system known which operates on repeaters and yet is designed to save energy, so that a battery operation is possible.
- the receiving devices are cyclically switched on at predetermined times and send-willing participants send a preamble, which causes the intended destination for the reception in the case of reception until the end of the entire preamble remain switched on and in the event that no preamble is received again turned off.
- a time is transmitted to which the receiver turns on again to receive the actual data message.
- the central element (gateway or main station) is first brought into a so-called logon mode. Subsequently, the individual detectors are registered one after the other at the gateway. After all detectors of a cell have been registered in this way, the login mode is terminated. This can be done manually or automatically after a certain time or when the cell is full.
- the problem is that the applicant has to take care of the registration. Especially with large systems here fall to long travel times.
- the commissioning engineer has to climb on ladders in order to make adjustments to the individual detectors or to switch on the power supply of the detectors.
- the peripheral elements for example detectors
- the peripheral elements then repeatedly send search messages at predetermined time intervals and then go into a receive mode.
- Such peripheral elements which receive a search telegram of a searching peripheral element during the receive mode, send a response message to the searching peripheral element.
- the two peripheral elements communicating with each other are each entered in their own reachability table and thus form a cluster which communicates together. In this way, the peripheral elements already organize themselves among each other without the main station sending out a login request. Only after the master station sends out a login prompt will all peripheral elements that have received the login prompt log in to the master station and update their respective reachability table.
- the peripheral elements having direct contact with the main station communicate this accessibility of the main station to the other peripheral elements. This ensures that all the peripheral elements of the cell, in part via peripheral elements functioning as intermediate stations, are in contact with the main station and commissioning is complete.
- the main station performs an optimization of the cell structure and transmitted to the peripheral elements routing lists showing the way in which the peripheral elements to communicate with the main station.
- the reachability table of peripheral elements communicating directly with the main station is advantageously constructed of one line, with one character being set in the line for each peripheral element which is in contact with that selected peripheral element. This results in a particularly simple embodiment of the reachability table.
- the reachability table for peripheral elements which communicate via a peripheral element as an intermediate station with the main station, is composed of two lines, wherein in one of the lines a character is set for each peripheral element with which the selected peripheral element is directly in contact and in the second line is set a character for the peripheral element which is used by the selected peripheral element as an intermediate station for reaching the main station.
- the life of the battery can be increased at the beginning of an assembly. In this time, a strong broadcasting activity does not lead to success.
- the time intervals between the search telegrams are advantageously shortened according to claim 7 in order to obtain a functioning danger alert system as quickly as possible as soon as a main station in the cell is identified.
- the main station can first send out a search telegram to all peripheral elements and evaluate the received reply telegrams according to claim 8 or according to claim 9, initially in receive mode and respond to the search telegrams of the peripheral elements.
- the active way according to claim 8 leads to faster commissioning, while the method according to claim 9 less impaired the self-organization of the peripheral elements.
- FIG. 1 schematically a total of six peripheral elements 1 to 6 are shown as parts of a danger detection system.
- the peripheral elements 1 to 6 may be detectors (for example fire and burglar alarms), but also control elements or signal systems.
- Each peripheral element 1 to 6 has in each case an unillustrated transmitting and receiving device for communication with each other and with a main station, not shown.
- the individual peripheral elements are put into operation by the installer uses and connects, for example, the batteries.
- the peripheral elements 1 to 6 do not know whether other peripheral elements 1 to 6 and the main station 7 (see FIG. 2 ) are ready for use.
- a searching peripheral element (for example 1) then sends out a search telegram with a length of for example 250 ms with the content: can hear me and send me to the main station with a special Identifier, for example, zero forward. Subsequently, the searching peripheral element goes on reception, for example for short time intervals every 200 ms.
- the searching peripheral element 1 tries to query at different time intervals whether another peripheral element (for example 2 to 6) is present in its vicinity. When one of the nearby peripheral elements 2 to 6 responds to the search telegram, the searching peripheral element 1 queries whether the responding peripheral element (for example, 2) represents a normal peripheral element or the main station.
- the searching peripheral element 1 will attempt a transmission telegram at the main station 7 at increasing time intervals to register. Due to the growing time intervals, for example 10min, 1h, 4h, the life of the battery is increased. If only a few peripheral elements 1... 6 are present in the cell during the start of the assembly, energy would otherwise be consumed by the strong transmission activity, but no additional information content results. If a main station 7 is detected, the peripheral element will attempt to contact other peripheral elements at shorter intervals.
- the main station 7 attempts to identify which peripheral elements 1 through 6 can make contact with the main station 7.
- the main station 7 can start broadcasting broadcast messages transmitting its presence to the peripheral elements 1 ... 6, or the main station 7 is initially in receive mode and communicates its presence to seeking peripheral elements 1 ... 6 in the response telegram with.
- the active mode of the immediate transmission of a telegram by the main station 7 is the preferable way, since thereby the commissioning procedure is accelerated.
- the peripheral elements that are in direct contact with the main station 7 (in figure 2 the peripheral elements 5 and 6), synchronize with the main station, enter this in their reachability tables.
- peripheral elements 5 and 6 which are in direct contact with the main station 7, also transmit this information to the peripheral elements which are not directly connected to the main station 7, but only to the peripheral elements 5 and 6 which then function as intermediate stations Way, the entire network is built in the cell of the danger detection system, each peripheral element 1 to 6 thus learns on which way the main station 7 and thus a danger control center 8 can be achieved.
- the main station 7 tries to control all the peripheral elements 1... 6 and waits for an acknowledgment signal.
- the main station takes over the optimization of the network topology, this can be a distribution of cluster heads, which are working as intermediate stations peripheral elements (in the embodiment, the peripheral elements 5 and 6), done and individual routing lists are changed , The routing lists are then transmitted via the acting as a stopover peripheral elements 5 and 6 to all peripheral elements 1 to 6.
- the availability tables used in the Figures 1 and 2 can be read as follows: the position in the line indicates the identifier of the respective peripheral element, wherein at position zero, the main station 7 is to be written.
- the peripheral element 1 communicates in FIG. 1 directly with the peripheral element 2 and the peripheral element 5, ie that at the points 1, 2 and 5 of the reachability table in each case a one and zero otherwise entered.
- peripheral elements for example, 5 and 6
- the reachability table of such peripheral elements 5 and 6 has only one row, in which there is a one at all the points representing peripheral elements or the main station, with which these peripheral elements 5 and 6 are directly in contact.
- the peripheral element 6 communicates directly with the main station 7 and with the peripheral element 4, so that there is a one at positions zero and four, respectively.
- peripheral elements (1, 2, 3, 4) which are not in direct contact with the main station 7 but communicate with the main station 7 via respective intermediate stations.
- the reachability tables of these peripheral elements are made up of two lines. One of the lines (in FIG. 2 the top of the rows) again indicates with which peripheral elements the respective peripheral element is in direct contact, for example the peripheral element 1 communicates directly with the peripheral elements 2 and 5.
- the second line indicates via which peripheral element the main station is reached.
- the peripheral element 1 reaches the main station 7 via the peripheral element 5, ie at the positions 0 and 5 there is a one, otherwise zero. In this way, the cell structure of the danger detection system is fully represented in the reachability tables of the peripheral elements.
- the fitter can put the peripheral elements into operation, for example by inserting and connecting the batteries, without having to be put into operation by a service technician.
- the peripheral elements are able to establish a network among themselves and to detect the presence of a main station 7 for the commissioning of the hazard detection system and to use the cell structure for the commissioning.

Description
WO 00/21053 A - Aus der
EP 833288 - Aus
- In
