Les moyens de câblage ou de retordage du fil sont constitués, d'une manière parfaitement connue pour un homme du métier, par une broche de câblage ou de retordage permettant de réaliser, soit une opération de câblage direct, soit un retordage. Par exemple, la broche entraînée par tout moyen connu et approprié, reçoit une bobine d'un premier fil à traiter appelé « fil de pot ». Pour réaliser l'opération de câblage direct, la broche présente un fût creux pour l'amenée d'un second fil dit « fil de cantre » en provenance de la bobine de dévidage (6). Le fil de cantre est amené au travers du fût creux de la broche pour être réuni au fil de pot, au niveau d'une tête de câblage (7). Cette tête de câblage peut être combinée avec un moyen d'appel permettant d'annuler la tension résultant du câblage ou de la torsion. Ce moyen d'appel peut être composé d'un ensemble du type à cabestan et cylindre presseur. De telles dispositions ne sont pas décrites en détail car parfaitement connues pour un homme du métier.   • la possibilité de traiter des qualités de fils ayant une torsion élevée ;
  • le gain de productivité obtenu ;
  • la flexibilité du processus ;
  • le contrôle de retrait du fil compte tenu du profil du godet chauffant ;
  • l'utilisation d'un accumulateur permettant de refroidir et de relaxer le fil à l'état complètement libre, sans aucune tension ;
  • la meilleure régularité de la tension du fil résultant d'un passage du fil très court avec des points de contact ;
  • la distance minimale entre le délivreur et le godet chauffant permet de mieux contrôler la torsion avant fixation en évitant des changements de torsion à court terme ;
  • la combinaison des trois opérations de câblage ou de retordage, de thermofixation et de bobinage, permet de limiter, d'une manière importante, la gestion des matières en encours.

Claims (12)

  1. Machine for stranding or twisting and continuous setting of yarns comprising a plurality of treatment stations integrating, in combination or in succession, according to the same working position:
    - means (1) for stranding or twisting a yarn (5),
    - thermosetting means consisting of a rotating heating bucket (2) which has arrangements suitable for controlling the shrinkage of the yam, the said arrangements consisting of a longitudinal section bounding successive zones extending along nearly the whole length of the said bucket, that is a zone of resumption (2a) of the initial curling, a zone of residual shrinkage (2b) and a setting zone (2c),
    - the zones (2a) of resumption of the initial curling and of residual shrinkage (2b) consist of conical faces, while the setting zone (2c) consists of a cylindrical face,
    - a magazine (3) suitable for cooling and relaxing the yarn in the completely free state, without tension,
    - means (4) for winding or rewinding the yarn (5),
    the said means being subject to yarn drive and guiding members.
  2. Machine according to Claim 1, characterized in that, at the or each treatment station, the stranding or twisting (1), thermosetting (2) and winding or rewinding (4) means are mounted in combination with the yarn feed members and arrangements of the frame (8) of the said machine, in order to bound a reduced and compact space integrating yarn unwinding means (6), according to a path of the yarn having a reduced length.
  3. Machine according to Claim 1, characterized in that the two conical faces (2a, 2b) have different angular conicity values (β, α), the residual shrinkage zone (2b) having an angular value (α) lower than that (β) of the resumption zone (2a) of the initial curling.
  4. Machine according to Claim 1, characterized in that the length of the setting zone (2c) is greater than the sum of the lengths of the other two zones (2a, 2b).
  5. Machine according to Claim 1, characterized in that the rotating heating bucket (2) is subject to means suitable for permitting an automatic half turn of the yarn.
  6. Machine according to Claim 1, characterized in that the magazine (3) consists of a hollow rectilinear body placed substantially vertically, and whereof the end (3a), considered from the discharge side, is frustoconical in order to create, inside said body, a buffer zone braking the discharge of the said yarn by preventing it from exiting directly.
  7. Machine according to Claim 6, characterized in that, at the exit of the magazine (3), the yarn is subject to the action of rods (8) suitable for untwisting the yarn and applying to it the tension necessary for winding.
  8. Machine according to Claim 1, characterized in that the magazine (3) consists of a relaxation belt where the yarn forms a reserve, the rewinding speed being adjusted so that the quantity of yarn accumulated in reserve is maintained between two predefined minimum and maximum values.
  9. Machine according to Claims 6 and 7 or according to Claim 8, characterized in that the yarn (5) is deposited in the magazine (3) under the effect of a relative movement between a guiding element and the magazine itself.
  10. Machine according to Claim 9, characterized in that the relative movement is created by a movement of the yarn guiding element.
  11. Machine according to Claim 9, characterized in that the relative movement is created by a movement of the magazine itself.
  12. Machine according to Claims 7 to 11, characterized in that each treatment station comprises in succession, from an unwinding spool (6):
    - a spindle (1) for stranding or twisting the yarn (5) as stranding or twisting means;
    - a pressure feed member (7) for limiting the yarn tension and fixing a downstream twist level;
    - the rotating heating bucket (2);
    - the magazine (3) suitable for cooling and relaxing the yarn, equipped with the untwisting rods (8); and
    - the winding or rewinding means (4).
