Description

The invention relates to a furnace for cooking treatment of food by means of thermal energy and / or microwave energy, with a thermal energy absorbing or thermally sensitive components receiving, ventilation limited switch room, which is forced ventilated by means of forced cooling air to dissipate the heat in the switch room and within a housing for thermally highly stressed or heat-sensitive components is provided, which is fluidically connected to at least one cooling air blower of the switch room in combination.

In ovens for cooking treatment of foods, ovens or stoves, it is common to accommodate the electrical or electronic components in a lying above the furnace muffle switch room and to cool this room, for example, with a so-called cross-flow fan. In ovens with single or additional microwave device usually a separate fan, for example, a radial fan is provided for cooling the high frequency generator (magnetron). In particular, in so-called compact ovens, so ovens with relatively small external dimensions, which are also installed above the kitchen furniture in cabinets or the like, problems arise for example with regard to the smaller in comparison with large herds switch room and its cooling, especially if the oven with all conventional heaters such as top heat, bottom heat, convection heating, pyrolytic self-cleaning operation and the like to be operated and if in addition still a microwave operation should be possible. In microwave ovens, it is known to provide a so-called inverter power supply, which is formed by a power semiconductor and a high voltage transformer. In known devices such an inverter power supply is essentially only used either in pure microwave ovens or microwave ovens with conventional thermal heating with relatively low heat output, so that the thermal load on the environment of the treatment room, in particular the switch room in the heat-sensitive and / or electronic components and additional thermal energy dissipating devices, such as a magnetron of the microwave device is relatively low.

From the publication US 2004/0149752 a microwave oven is known which includes an inverter power supply for supplying the magnetron, a holder for holding the inverter power supply and a cooling fan for cooling down the inverter power supply. The holder consists of a holding part for holding the inverter power supply unit and an air guide for guiding the cooling air from the cooling fan to the inverter power supply. The air guide part covers the inverter power supply unit and guides the cooling air in such a way that above all a semiconductor switch and a high voltage transformer of the inverter power supply unit are cooled down.

The present invention has for its object to obtain in a furnace of the type mentioned in the best possible operating temperature in the thermally highly loaded or particularly heat-sensitive components containing switch room even when all operating modes, even if for the placement of these components only a very limited space is available.

This object is achieved according to the invention in an oven of the type mentioned in that within the switch room, a narrow space forming housing for thermally highly loaded or heat-sensitive components is provided that is fluidly connected to at least one cooling air blower of the switch room.

With the measure according to the invention, in particular for extremely thermally loaded, ie heat-emitting and / or extremely heat-sensitive components or units / units such as an inverter power supply of the microwave device created a kind of shelter within the housing, fed in which cooling air flows targeted by air guide elements and needs to be cooled points can be. Due to the limited space within the housing and thus the short flow paths for the cooling air to achieve a direct "blowing" of these components, combined with an increased vortex formation, ie a turbulent flow of object-related cooling air flows and thus optimal cooling or heat dissipation effect.

The housing is designed in the manner of a flow channel and is fluidly connected on the one hand to the outside air and on the other hand to the suction side of the at least one cooling air blower. In most cases, it will be advantageous to arrange the housing with its suction side at the rear boundary of the furnace, on which furnace side, according to experience, the outside air from the furnace is the least heated.

According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the housing has a plurality of air outlet openings, which are at least partially facing the suction side of the at least one cooling air blower. Thus, for example, an air outlet opening can be assigned to a separate cooling-air fan for the magnetron of the microwave device, while a further outlet opening, for example in the form of a group of holes, can face the suction side of a cooling-air fan, which cooling-air fan in the form of a cross-flow fan generally serves to dissipate heat from the switch compartment , The plurality of air outlet openings may be arranged such that, for example, mutually perpendicular exhaust air streams are formed, supported by appropriate placement of the air guide elements.

It is advantageous if the housing is provided with adjustable feet and secured with air clearance on its support. In this way, the housing itself is surrounded by a communicating with the outside air cushion, which provides heat dissipation to at least the lower outside of the housing.

Further details of the invention will become apparent from the illustrated in the drawings and described below embodiments.

It shows:
FIG. 1
View on the open top of a furnace, not shown,
FIGS. 2 and 3
the housing according to FIG. 1 consisting of a lower molding ( FIG. 2 ) and an upper molding ( FIG. 3 ).

In the FIG. 1 shown top floor of the furnace forms a switch room 1, which is surrounded on both sides by dashed lines shown side walls 2 and back by a dashed lines shown back wall 3 and up through a cover plate 4 and possibly also by an upper intermediate plate also not shown , Housed in this switch room 1 are electrical or electronic components for the control and regulation of so-called conventional heating elements such as a top heat / grill, a bottom heat below a likewise not shown oven muffle, which is placed directly below the switch room 1. The oven should therefore be equipped with all conceivable heating elements for conventional oven operation including recirculation mode and self-cleaning mode, in which temperatures up to almost 500 degrees C occur inside or Ofenmuffel. Base of this switch room 1 is a base plate 5. Since the oven should also be set up for microwave operation, a microwave device is further arranged in the switch room 1 with a magnetron 6, with a radial fan 7, at the pressure side of a magnetron 6 leading duct 8 is arranged , As well as with an inverter power supply of the microwave device, which within a reference to the FIGS. 2 and 3 explained housing 9 is arranged. The magnetron 6 flowing around, now heated cooling air passes into a arranged in the front side 10 of the furnace exhaust duct 11 and from here into the open. This exhaust air flow is illustrated by arrows 12. Further, in the switch room 1 housed a cooling air blower 13, which is designed as a cross-flow fan and other components or component groups that are commonly used in such ovens or stoves. As further in FIG. 1 shown, the radial fan 7 is connected with its suction side directly to the end face 14 of the housing 9, while the cooling air blower 13 is located on a longitudinal side 15 of the housing 9. The housing 9 itself is arranged directly on the back of the furnace and thus also of the switch room 1 such that its air inlet openings 16, 17, 18 are connected to the oven rear side directly to the outside air. For this purpose, 3 corresponding air inlet openings are provided, for example in the form of a hole group in the rear wall.

As based on FIG. 1 and the FIGS. 2 and 3 explained, the housing 9 has a plurality of air outlet openings, for example 19, which communicate with the suction side of the radial fan 7 and an air outlet opening 20 in the form of a group of holes, the Suction side of the cooling air blower 13 faces. The housing 9 consists of two composable and connectable molded parts 9a and 9b, wherein the molded part 9a represents the underside and the molded part 9b represents the upper side of the housing 9. The FIGS. 2 and 3 show the two mold parts 9a and 9b unfolded. Each molded part 9a and 9b has behind the air inlet openings 16, 17, 18 bent and elongated air guide elements 21, 22, 23, which form a total of three substantially mutually parallel channel sections for the incoming from the outside in the direction of arrow 24 cooling air. Subsequent to these channel sections and air guide elements 21, 22 and 23 there are further air guide elements, for example 25 and 26, through which the cooling air introduced in the channel sections (arrows 24) is distributed in a swirling manner in the direction of the arrows 27, for example, in the direction of high thermal loads and therefore to be cooled components of the microwave device, for example in the direction of a high-frequency coil 28, a heat sink 29 of the inverter power supply and in the direction of an only indicated board 30 also the inverter power supply, which board 30 is disposed in the lower part of the housing 9 at a distance from the housing walls, so that the cooling air flow can sweep both sides of the board. Due to the fluidic coupling of the flowing inside the housing 9 cooling air flows through the air outlet openings 19 and 20 to the suction sides of the two cooling air blower 7, 13 and by the presence of the aforementioned air guide is obtained at least two substantially mutually perpendicular exhaust air flows in the direction of arrows 31 in the direction the radial fan 7 and in the direction of arrow 32 in the direction of the cooling air blower 13, as in FIG. 1 clarified. The air outlet openings 20 in the form of hole groups are arranged in the upper part 9b of the housing 9, ie in the immediate vicinity of the suction side of the cooling air blower 13 and serve in particular for heat removal from the region of the power semiconductors and the high voltage transformer of the inverter power supply of the microwave device. At the bottom part of the molded part 9a of the housing 9 adjustable feet 33 are formed, with which the housing 9 with air clearance on the base plate 5 rests (see FIGS. 1 and 2 ). Due to this air gap 34 or gap can flow in the direction of arrow 35 cooling air and the underside of the housing 9, whereby the housing itself is forcibly cooled.
