Claims (12)

  1. Dispositif de commande hydraulique pour la commande d'un consommateur hydraulique (2) avec un diaphragme de dosage réglable (40) par l'intermédiaire duquel un fluide sous pression est alimenté au consommateur hydraulique au moyen d'une conduite montante (16), avec une balance de pression d'alimentation (32) disposée en amont du diaphragme de dosage (40) et avec une balance de pression d'évacuation (60) qui est disposée dans une conduite descendante entre un diaphragme de mesure de sortie réglable (42) et le consommateur hydraulique (2) pour la régulation du courant de sortie du débit de fluide sous pression sortant du consommateur hydraulique (2) vers un réservoir (T) lors de la descente sous charge sous pression et qui est alimentée dans le sens de fermeture par la pression en amont du diaphragme de mesure de sortie (42), caractérisé en ce que, pour la régulation du courant de sortie, une faible pression constante est réglée dans la conduite montante (16) et en ce que la balance de pression d'évacuation (60) est alimentée dans le sens d'ouverture par la pression constante dans la conduite montante (16).
  2. Dispositif de commande selon la revendication 1, dans lequel, pour la régulation de la pression constante dans la conduite montante (16), la balance de pression d'alimentation (32) est alimentée dans le sens d'ouverture par une pression constante.
  3. Dispositif de commande selon la revendication 2, dans lequel la pression constante est réglable à l'aide d'une soupape de limitation de pression de descente (48) réglée sur la basse pression qui, lors de la descente, est raccordée à une conduite de signalisation (36) reliée à la conduite montante (16) par l'intermédiaire d'une buse (43) et qui forme une soupape pilote de détente de pression conjointement avec la balance de pression d'alimentation (32).
  4. Dispositif de commande selon la revendication 3, dans lequel la soupape de limitation de pression de descente (48) est réglable.
  5. Dispositif de commande selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le diaphragme de dosage (40) et le diaphragme de mesure de sortie (42) sont formés par une soupape trois voies réglable en continu (26).
  6. Dispositif de commande selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel une soupape antiretour déblocable (66) est disposée entre la balance de pression d'évacuation (60) et le consommateur (2).
  7. Dispositif de commande selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, avec une conduite de dérivation (70) contournant la balance de pression d'évacuation (60) à laquelle est associée une soupape antiretour de dérivation (72) s'ouvrant vers le consommateur (2).
  8. Dispositif de commande selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, dans lequel la pression de commande est prélevée par une soupape trois voies (74) qui, dans sa position de base (a), relie une conduite de commande (78) pilotant la pression de commande avec une conduite (62) alimentée par la pression d'alimentation et, dans une position de commutation (b), avec un tronçon de conduite (58) pilotant la pression entre le diaphragme de mesure de sortie (42) et la balance de pression d'évacuation (60).
  9. Dispositif de commande selon la revendication 8, dans lequel la soupape trois voies (74) est alimentée par la pression montante dans le sens de la position de base (a) et par la pression entre la balance de pression d'évacuation (60) et le diaphragme de mesure de sortie (42) dans la position de fermeture.
  10. Dispositif de commande selon la revendication 6, dans lequel la soupape antiretour déblocable (66) est déblocable par la pression de commande.
  11. Dispositif de commande selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, avec une pompe à débit variable (6) qui peut être commandée en fonction d'un signal de pression de charge du consommateur prélevé au moyen d'une conduite LS (14).
  12. Dispositif de commande selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le consommateur (2) est un cylindre hydraulique.
