Claims (22)

  1. Verfahren zum Erhalten einer Masse zum Herstellen von Betonestrich, umfassend die folgenden Vorgänge:
    - das Festlegen der benötigten Menge an Masse und des Verhältnisses zwischen festen (P) und flüssigen Gemischen (L), aus denen sie besteht;
    - das Zuführen des festen Gemischs zu Behältermitteln (4);
    - das Zuführen des flüssigen Gemischs (L) zu den Behältermitteln (4) und das Messen des Volumens des den Behältermitteln (4) zugeführten flüssigen Gemischs, um imstande zu sein, die Zufuhr der Flüssigkeit zu stoppen, wenn die festgelegte Menge erreicht worden ist;
    - das Wiegen der im Behälter enthaltenen Masse;
    - das Mischen der in den Behältermitteln (4) enthaltenen Masse,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es ferner Folgendes umfasst:
    - das Berechnen des Gewichts des flüssigen Gemischs, das den Behältermitteln zugeführt wurde;
    - das Berechnen des Gewichts des festen Gemischs durch Abziehen des berechneten Gewichts des Volumens an flüssigem Gemisch, das den Behältermitteln zugeführt wurde, vom Gewicht der im Behälter enthaltenen Masse und Stoppen seiner Zufuhr in den Behälter, wenn die festgelegte Menge erreicht worden ist.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gewicht des Volumens an flüssigem Gemisch, das den Behältermitteln zugeführt wurde, durch Multiplizieren des Volumens an flüssigem Gemisch, das den Behältermitteln zugeführt wurde, mit dem spezifischen Gewicht des flüssigen Gemischs selbst berechnet wird.
  3. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das flüssige Gemisch Wasser umfasst.
  4. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das feste Gemisch Sand und/oder Bindemittel und/oder Additive umfasst.
  5. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorgänge des Wiegens und des Volumenmessens zur gleichen Zeit durchgeführt werden.
  6. Vorrichtung (1) zum Mischen von Massen zum Herstellen von Betonestrich, umfassend:
    - erste (2) und zweite (3) Zufuhrmittel und Behältermittel (4), wobei die ersten und die zweiten Zufuhrmittel dazu geeignet sind, mindestens ein festes Gemisch (P) bzw. ein flüssiges Gemisch (L), aus denen die Masse besteht, den Behältermitteln (4) zuzuführen;
    - Messmittel (5), die dazu geeignet sind, das Volumen des den Behältermitteln (4) zugeführten flüssigen Gemischs (L) zu messen;
    - Wiegemittel (6), die dazu geeignet sind, die in den Behältermitteln (4) enthaltene Masse zu wiegen;
    - Mischmittel (18), die im Inneren der Behältermittel (4) angeordnet sind und dazu geeignet sind, die Gemische zu rühren,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ferner Folgendes umfasst:
    - Mittel, die dazu geeignet sind, das Gewicht des Volumens an flüssigem Gemisch, das den Behältermitteln (4) zugeführt wurde, zu berechnen, sowie Mittel, die dazu geeignet sind, das Gewicht des festen Gemischs (P) durch Abziehen des berechneten Gewichts des Volumens an flüssigem Gemisch, das den Behältermitteln (4) zugeführt wurde, vom Gewicht der in den Behältermitteln (4) enthaltenen Masse zu berechnen und seinen Fluss in die Behältermittel (4) zu kontrollieren.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung ferner Mittel umfasst, die dazu geeignet sind, das Gewicht des Volumens an flüssigem Gemisch, das den Behältermitteln (4) zugeführt wurde, durch Multiplizieren des Volumens an flüssigem Gemisch, das den Behältermitteln (4) zugeführt wurde, mit dem spezifischen Gewicht des flüssigen Gemischs selbst zu berechnen.
  8. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung (1) zudem Signalgabemittel umfasst, die mit den Wiegemitteln (6) zusammenwirken und dazu geeignet sind, zumindest dann ein Signal auszusenden, wenn die Menge an festem Gemisch (P) in den Behältermitteln (4) im Wesentlichen der Menge an Gemisch entspricht, die gewünscht ist und/oder die festgelegt werden kann.
  9. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung (1) zudem eine Steuereinheit (7) umfasst, die mit den Messmitteln (5) und den Wiegemitteln (6) zusammenwirkt und dazu geeignet ist, den Fluss des festen Gemischs (P) in die Behältermittel (4) automatisch zu stoppen, wenn das Gewicht des festen Gemischs (P) in den Behältermitteln (4) im Wesentlichen der Menge entspricht, die gewünscht ist und/oder die festgelegt werden kann.
  10. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuereinheit (7) dazu geeignet ist, den Fluss des flüssigen Gemischs (L) automatisch zu stoppen, wenn die gemessene Menge im Wesentlichen der Menge entspricht, die gewünscht ist und/oder die festgelegt werden kann.
  11. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuereinheit (7) Schnittstellenmittel (8) zum Festlegen von zumindest der benötigten Menge an Masse und des Verhältnisses zwischen den festen und flüssigen Gemischen, aus denen die Masse besteht, umfasst.
  12. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuereinheit (7) eine Verarbeitungseinheit umfasst, die dazu geeignet ist, die Menge an festem Gemisch (P), die den Behältermitteln (4) zuzuführen ist, gemäß den Mengen an Masse, die gewünscht sind und/oder die festgelegt werden können, und den Verhältnissen der Gemische (P, L) zu berechnen.
  13. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten Zufuhrmittel (2) mindestens eine Leitung (9) umfassen, die mit mindestens einem Absperrventil (12) ausgestattet ist.
  14. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweiten Zufuhrmittel (3) mindestens eine zweite Leitung (5) umfassen, die mit mindestens einem Absperrventil (17) ausgestattet ist.
  15. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 13 oder 14 wenn verbunden mit Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Absperrventil (12, 17) von der Steuereinheit (7) gesteuert ist.
  16. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mischmittel (18) mindestens eine sich bewegende Schaufel (19) umfassen.
  17. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung (1) Mittel zur Entnahme der Masse aus den Behältermitteln (4) umfasst.
  18. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zur Entnahme der Masse mindestens eine Pumpe umfassen.
  19. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zur Entnahme der Masse eine Kompressoreinheit umfassen.
  20. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Behältermittel (4) einen Druckbehälter (41) umfassen, der mit den Mitteln zur Entnahme zusammenwirkt.
  21. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wiegemittel (6) mindestens eine Wägezelle (61) umfassen.
  22. Maschine (500) zum Herstellen von Massen zum Herstellen von Betonestrich, umfassend ein Fahrzeug (501) und eine Vorrichtung (502) zum Mischen von Massen zum Herstellen von Betonestrich, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Maschine eine Vorrichtung (1) zum Mischen von Massen zum Herstellen von Betonestrich nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 21 umfasst.
