Abstract

Für eine Fahrzeug-Leuchtenanordnung wird eine langfristig wasserdichte Kapselung eines Leuchtengehäuses vorgeschlagen, welche das Anspritzen eines thermoplastischen Elastomers an die Gehäuseaußenfläche zumindest im Bereich einer Gehäusetrennfuge vorsieht. Dabei bildet sich, gegebenenfalls unter zusätzlicher Verwendung von Haftvermittlern, eine haftfeste und kriechwasserdichte Verbindung zwischen dem Material des Gehäusekörpers und dem thermoplastischen Elastomer. Durch die Verwendung des thermoplastischen Elastomers und dessen Aufbringen in einer Gussform ergibt sich ein günstiges Herstellungsverfahren.
