Abstract

Die Vorrichtung weist eine Verdrängerpumpe (1) mit mindestens einem Strömungsgefäß (13) und mit einem Pumpantrieb (12) sowie ein diese haltendes Trägermittel (11) auf. Des weiteren umfaßt die Vorrichtung eine Meßanordnung (2), die auf vom Strömungsgefäß (13) ausgeführte Verdrängerbewegungen (s13) reagiert, wobei die Verdrängerbewegungen (s13) mittels eines am Strömungsgefäß (13) angeordneten Drucksensors (21') oder mittels eines am Trägermittel (11) angeordneten Dehnungssensor (21 ") erfaßt werden. Die Meßanordnung (2) dient dazu, die Verdrängerbewegung (s13) robust und zuverlässig zu erfassen und ein diese repräsentierendes Sensorsignal (x21) zu liefern, das insb. zum Erzeugen eines den momentanen Volumendurchfluß repräsentierenden Durchflußschätzwerts (Xv) und/oder zum Erzeugen eines einen momentanen Betriebszustand der Vorrichtung signalisierenden Statussignals (Z) geeignet ist. Ferner wird ein mittels der Meßanordnung (2) realiserbares Verfahren gezeigt, das der Überwachung einer derartigen Vorrichtung dienende Informationen liefert.
