Claims (8)
- Stabpoliermaschine mit einem Arm zum Greifen und Tragen, einem Motor, einem Griff und einem aktiven Kopfteil, welches ein Werkzeug zum Schleifen oder Polieren aufnimmt, einer Saugleitung, einem Grundelement (10), welches vorne einen Armteil (10a) zum Greifen aufweist, einen Motor und einen Aufnahmeteil (10b) für die biegsame Leitung zum Absaugen von Partikeln und Staub,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Grundelement (10) mit einer Schnellsteckvorrichtung (13) eines modularen Elements (14), das einen Werkzeugkopf (15) aufnimmt, verbunden und an diese gekoppelt ist,
und dadurch, dass die Schnellsteckvorrichtung so angeordnet ist, dass sie eine Kontinuität der mechanischen Leistungsübertragung von der Motorgruppe zum Werkzeug ermöglicht, um die Rotation und den Betrieb sicherzustellen,
und dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Werkzeugkopf (15) austauschbar ist und die Verwendung einer Vielzahl von Werkzeugen ermöglicht, die ausgehend von einer Anordnung des Standard-Werkzeugkopfs, der sich an das modulare Element anpasst, angeordnet und befestigt werden. - Stabpoliermaschine gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Grundelement (10) an seinem Ende mit einen zylinderförmigen Schulterteil (10a) mit vermindertem Querschnitt ausgestattet ist, der das Platzieren einer Schnellsteckvorrichtung ermöglicht, wobei sich das Ende (14a) des modularen Elements (14) an den zylinderförmigen Schulterteil anpasst und mit der Schnellsteckvorrichtung zusammenwirkt,
und dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Endteile (10a) (14a) so angeordnet sind, dass sie das Zentrieren und den Halt der starren (21) und biegsamen (22) Antriebswelle sicherstellen und innenliegend so angeordnet sind, dass sie das Durchlassen und Ansaugen abgeschliffener Partikel, von Staub und Anderem ermöglichen. - Stabpoliermaschine gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schnellsteckvorrichtung eine Buchse (16) zum axialen Gleiten gegen eine Rückstellfeder (17) aufweist, die an dem Schulterteil (10a) des Grundelements angebracht ist, wobei ein erstes Ende (17a) der Feder in Anschlag gegen die Verbindungsseite (10b) zwischen dem Schulterteil und dem Äußeren des Körpers des Grundelements kommt, und das andere Ende (17b) der Feder auf einem unteren Kragen (10a) aufliegt, der an der Buchse (16) gebildet ist,
und dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schulterteil radiale Öffnungen (10d) aufweist, die Kugeln (19) aufnehmen,
und dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Buchse (16) im Schnitt ein Profil aufweist, das für die Kugeln eine Rollrampe bildet,
und dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verlängerung (14a) des modularen Elements Eindrückungen (14c) aufweist, welche den Sitz für die Kugeln bilden,
und dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sicherungsring (18) das Verriegeln und in Position Halten der Buchse sicherstellt. - Stabpoliermaschine gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Grundelement (10) und das modulare Element (14) in der Nähe ihres Endes mit überstehenden ringförmigen Formen (10e-14d) ausgestattet sind, die Mittel zum Drehen der starren Antriebswelle (21) und der biegsamen Antriebswelle (22) aufnimmt,
und dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wellen (21-22) miteinander gekoppelt sind,
und dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die überstehenden Formen das Durchlassen und Ansaugen abgeschliffener Partikel, von Staub und Anderem ermöglichen. - Stabpoliermaschine gemäß Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das biegsame Antriebsmittel (22) ein vorstehendes Ende aufweist, welches ein Verlängerungsstück (22a) bildet, das eingreift und durch Mitnahme mit dem komplementären Teil zusammenwirkt, der am Ende des starren Antriebsmittels gebildet ist.
- Stabpoliermaschine gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stützkopf (15) für das Werkzeug durch Schnellanbringen auf seiner Achse das vordere Ende des modularen Elements aufnimmt, mit einem Mittel zum Verriegeln der Position.
- Stabpoliermaschine gemäß Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mittel zum Verriegeln der Position einen Griff (26) aufweist, der am Ende eines Hebels (27) zur ausrichtbaren und neigbaren Verbindung angeordnet ist,
und dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das modulare Element mit seinem Ende auf einer Achse (28) angebracht ist, die zwischen einer gabelartigen Form (29) des Kopfs angeordnet ist, wobei verformbare Einschubmittel (30) auf der Achse in Räumen angebracht sind, die in dem Gang zwischen der Gabel (29) und dem Ende des modularen Elements gebildet sind,
und dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hebel (27) an seinem Ende mit einer Form eines Nocken (27a) ausgestattet ist, die das Verriegeln der Position sicherstellt oder nicht. - Poliermaschine gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1, 2, 6, 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stützkopf (15) für das Werkzeug ein Profil aufweist, das für alle Werkzeuge geeignet ist.
