  16. Document de valeur (1) selon l'une des revendications 13 à 15, dans lequel les pigments à constante diélectrique élevée (16) présentent une configuration spatialement anisotrope, de préférence approximativement une forme d'aiguille ou une forme de pastille.
  17. Document de valeur (1) selon l'une des revendications 13 à 16, dans lequel le rapport de la couverture de surface des pigments à constante diélectrique élevée (16) est d'environ de 6:1 à 1:6, de préférence d'environ 2:1 à 1:2.
  18. Document de valeur (1) selon l'une des revendications 13 à 17, dans lequel des pigments métalliques, de préférence des pigments de Fe, Cu, Al ou Ag, sont prévus en tant que pigments à constante diélectrique élevée (16).
  19. Document de valeur (1) selon l'une des revendications 13 à 18, dans lequel des pigments en polymère conducteur, de préférence en polyaniline, sont prévus en tant que pigments à constante diélectrique élevée (16).
  20. Document de valeur (1) selon l'une des revendications 13 à 19, dans lequel des pigments constitués de corps de base au moins partiellement revêtus de métal, sont prévus en tant que pigments à constante diélectrique élevée (16).
  21. Procédé de fabrication d'un document de valeur (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 20, dans lequel:
    - un corps de support est fourni, et
    - pour au moins un élément de sécurité (6), une couche de marquage (8), comportant des pigments électroluminescents (10), est appliquée au moyen d'un procédé d'impression sur le corps de support (2), dans une zone de marquage (4),
    caractérisé en ce que, répartie dans la zone de marquage (4), une pluralité d'éléments de déplacement de champ électriquement (14) isolés de leur environnement respectif, et ayant une constante diélectrique de plus de 50, sont disposés avec une distance moyenne l'un de l'autre d'environ 5 µm à 500 µm, pour la formation d'interstices pour les pigments électroluminescents, les éléments de déplacement de champ (14) rehaussant localement dans les interstices une intensité de champ électrique gravé macroscopiquement.
  22. Procédé selon la revendication 21, caractérisé en ce que le procédé d'impression est un procédé du genre sérigraphie, impression en taille douce, impression offset ou impression offset sec.
  23. Procédé selon la revendication 21 ou 22, dans lequel les éléments de déplacement de champ (14) sont imprimés sur le corps de support (2).
  24. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 21 à 23, dans lequel lors de l'application de la couche de marquage (8) on utilise une encre d'impression dans laquelle des pigments (16) ayant une constante diélectrique supérieure à 50 sont contenus en plus des pigments électroluminescents (10) et d'un solvant et/ou d'un liant, pour la formation des éléments de déplacement de champ (14).
  25. Procédé selon la revendication 24, dans lequel l'encre d'impression contient une teneur en pigments globalement inférieure à 30 %, de préférence inférieure à 25 %.
  26. Procédé selon les revendications 24 ou 25, dans lequel l'encre d'impression contient une teneur massique d'environ 1 % à 20 %, de préférence d'environ 5 % à 10 %, en pigments électroluminescents (10).
  27. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 24 à 26, dans lequel l'encre d'impression contient une teneur massique d'environ 1 % à 20 %, de préférence d'environ 3 % à 15 %, en pigments à constante diélectrique élevée (16).
  28. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 24 à 27, dans lequel le rapport de la teneur en pigments électroluminescents (10) sur la teneur en pigments à constante diélectrique élevée (16), dans l'encre d'impression, est d'environ 6:1 à 1:6, de préférence d'environ 2:1 à 1:2.
  29. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 24 à 28, dans lequel les pigments électroluminescents (10) et/ou les pigments à constante diélectrique élevée (16) présentent une taille moyenne de particule de moins de 50 µm.
