Description

The invention relates to a lock for holding and for the controlled, in particular manual removal and / or supply of ammunition in an ammunition chain of an ammunition magazine.

Derartige Geschosse, wie u.a. From DE 44 42 590 A1 an ammunition magazine is known, the grenades are removable and a weapon can be fed. The removal and feeding takes place via a projectile loading arm, which supplies the grenade by vertical pivoting of a piecing device. The magazine has for this purpose a plurality of superposed compartments, in each of which several grenades are arranged side by side. The grenade is moved in the transverse direction. Such transport devices are space consuming. Therefore, large caliber ammunition in vehicles is often introduced by hand individually in a magazine or this removed again. Such projectiles, such as u.a. Mortar shells, but have a net weight of up to 15 kg.

Dieses Weiterdrehen erfolgt automatisch durch eine vorgespannte Torsionsfeder.DE 41 26 199 A1 describes an ammunition container for large-caliber ammunition, which can be assembled in a revolving magazine belt, in which the removal or supply of the ammunition can be made substantially at any position of the magazine tape to the outside. A two-stage movement is effected by means of an eccentric lever whose axis of rotation coincides with the longitudinal axis of the ammunition container. This facial expression is used to close or open the two cups surrounding the ammunition. One of the two shells is movably disposed on the eccentric of the eccentric lever and freely rotatable, so that after the release of the holding mechanism upon further rotation of the eccentric lever, a movement of the movable shell in the direction Ammunition takes place. This further rotation takes place automatically by a prestressed torsion spring.

In DE 195 14 780 A1 an ammunition magazine for receiving a plurality of projectiles is described. In order to introduce the projectiles into the magazine in a simple and fast manner, an outer guide wall has an opening which can be closed with at least one flap.

In order to achieve an ammunition magazine without external drive that the ammunition can be quickly removed from the magazine, it is proposed to arrange the individual ammunition body by means of brackets on chain links of a back-rigid chain. The ammunition is then removed quickly by pulling out the chain, since the individual chain links pivot to the back of the chain and thus release the ammunition. By pushing back the chain, the ammunition can be stowed again. In particular, the storage of the chain links on rollers involves critical situations in handling the Munitionsbefüllung / - removal.

Based on this prior art, the invention has the object to provide a device that ensures a simple and controlled filling / removal of the ammunition in the ammunition magazine.

The problem is solved by the features of claim 1.

Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen sind in den Unteransprüchen enthalten.Advantageous embodiments are contained in the subclaims.

From the viewpoint that large-caliber ammunition to be taken magazines need a large amount of space, but are more than to save space, the invention is based on the idea to provide a spring-loaded device as a lock for a ammunition chain on each of the rows of storeys and the bullet slots of the magazine , which, small and simple in design, realizes a manual release and clocks for further bullet removal and easy handling the bullet feed creates. This lock holds the chain in a loading or unloading position and secures it. The loader has two free hands to populate the chain. Provided is an automatic collapse of the device after each clocking. These locking and control elements are designed so that they require only a minimum of installation space and mass. A preferably textile handle on each 1st chain link allows manual insertion and removal of the ammunition chain.

It is considered that, for example, 120 mm projectiles vertically only a distance of about 125 mm and horizontal of 140 mm from the center of the floor to the center of the floor is available for the device.

In an advantageous manner, a secure holding of the ammunition chain in the magazine is ensured even with a malfunction of the locking elements by means of the device. Additional retention of the chain in the magazine by means of projectile flaps in the event of an unintentional release of the device increases the security on the magazine.

Die Munitionskette 21 ist auf den Schienen 9 einer Ebene in Richtung ihrer Längsachse horizontal verschiebbar angeordnet.FIG. 4 shows in a detail view the occupancy of the projectile compartments 6 with ammunition 20 located in an ammunition chain 21 (not shown here). The ammunition chain 21 consists of several chain links 22 and floor brackets 27, which are connected to each other via eyelets 29. The ammunition chain 21 is arranged horizontally displaceable on the rails 9 of a plane in the direction of its longitudinal axis.

The shell-like separable projectile supports 27 can be supplemented in the rear part (in front with a projectile mounting adapter 23). On resting on the rails 9 part of the chain links 22 are synthetic-plastic surfaces 24 provided, which cause a mechanical damping and slidability to the frame 2, in particular to the rails 9. For damping to the projectile 20 damping elements 25 can also be attached to the adapter 23.

Fig. 6 zeigt eine Hälfte der Geschosshalterung 27 mit einem Kettenstopper 33 (Gleitstein) sowie den Dämpfungselementen 25.6 shows one half of the projectile holder 27 with a chain stopper 33 (sliding block) and the damping elements 25.

Fig. 7 zeigt die Munitionskette 21 mit dem Steuerbolzen 31.FIG. 7 shows the ammunition chain 21 with the control bolt 31.

Based on the Fig. 8, the operation of the lock at projectile removal will be explained in more detail.

The lock consists essentially of the pawl 16, the Unterstellhebel 30 (for the pawl 16), the spring-loaded locking lever 34 and located on the floor bracket 27 chainstopper 33 in cooperation with the control bolt 31st

For the removal of a projectile 20 is usually right and left each of the magazine latch lock 17 is opened. By operation, the bullet compartment door 8 opens (not shown here) by about 30 ° and can then be rotated by 180 °, so that it can be supported for example on the underlying projectile compartment door 8. By pulling the Unterstellhebels 30 of the locking lever 34 is brought into a position which makes it possible to pull the projectile chain with control pin 31 from the magazine.
By pulling the Unterstellhebels 30 of the flap lock 7 by about 20 ° is pressed by spring force, the pawl 16 down and thus holds the lower lever 30 in a vertical position (not shown). With the located on the ammunition chain 21 handle (not shown) now the ammunition chain 21 can be pulled. About the chain link 22 located on the control pin 31, the pawl 16 is then raised at an outlet slope, not shown, wherein the lower lever 30 endeavors to go back to the starting position. After the bullet center M is located approximately above the locking lever 34, the lower lever 30 moves to its original position. The control bolt 31 of the projectile chain 21 raises the same time on the inclined plane, the pawl 16 so that the locking lever 34 is returned by spring force back into the starting position. The ammunition chain 21 is stopped and held securely by means of the holding piece or chain stopper 33 located on the opposite projectile holder 27. The projectile chain 21 is now locked again.

For removal, the projectile 20 is now rotated by opening the projectile holder 27 by 90 ° and is thus free from the normally seated loader. For a further removal, the ammunition chain 21 is pulled again, whereby the above procedure is repeated.

Depending on the fire command the projectile 20 is removed from the projectile holder 27 and brought in a known manner in the standby magazine, made the igniter setting or prepared the number of propellant charges.

The introduction of the ammunition 20 in the ammunition chain 21 runs approximately opposite to the ammunition removal. The projectile 20 is inserted into the opened projectile holder 27. By closing the projectile holder 27, it is possible to rotate the projectile 20 by 90 °. Thereafter, the chain 21 is inserted. The projectile 20 comes in the area of the locking lever 34 and moves it down. The control pin 31 reaches the front outlet slope of the pawl 16, which is raised, so that the Unterstellhebel 30 can move freely. The lower lever 30 returns to its original position, the retaining element 33 of the chain link 22 is moved over the resilient locking lever 16. By further insertion of the chain 21, either the complete ammunition chain 21 can now be introduced in one action or prepared for penetration of the next projectile 20 into the ammunition chain 21 by pulling it out onto the blocking lever 34.
